Ronni is a complete SCAM artist! She had us setup a huge Tailgate party for her customers, and were promised a certain amount of $$ for our efforts.. She said she was so pleased with us, and asked if we would continue for the rest of the season! We said yes, even though she didn't pay up right away.. She is very convincing! We finally quit after the 5th or 6th game, after never being paid :( We lost a lot of $$ from expenses (Table Rentals, Tents, DJ's, Food, Drinks, TV rentals, Premium Parking Passes)
We wanted to see the good side in her, but she would just continue to lie with a smile. We would advise to stay FARRRRRRRRR away from Maximum Sports Connection, and especially Ronni Sokol.

It looks like Some of you are getting your tickets and what not, HOWEVER, this company has ripped off to many many cowboy fans. We sent RONNI SOKOL $1600.00 for 4 cowboy tickets last year. We flew from WA State. Upon our arrival to the tailgate party we were informed that our tickets were at will call and she would go get them later on. There were NO tickets for us. She avoided my group and when I questioned her about the tickets she told me that she was going to have to ask me to leave. There was another couple from out of state that was also there trying to collect funds she owed them. Long story short, I went and got a cop that was on duty out front and he got the owner of the building we were in across from the stadium and the OWNER of that facility, bought our tickets. Ronni then tried to take credit for it! I know this gentleman spent a lot to get our tickets last minute. He told me himself HE bought the tickets and at a hefty premium. To begin with they were 200.00 tickets so she was making 800.00 profit to begin with. Doing business with this company and her other companies, (she has had to change names) is a HUGE risk and someone is going to get ripped off. Don't let it be YOU!

Do not, I repeat, Do not do business with this company or Cowboy sports Tours. They are the same. Name was changed due to lawsuits and collectors trying to collect. Do not believe the other reviews that are positive. Chances are they are from friends or family. Google Ronni Sokol for yourself and see the countless news stories of the people she has stolen from. ABC news, Dallas Morning News, and FT worth Star-Telegram are among the many different sources for this Info. If you don't believe me, maybe these sources will tell the story.

I would like to echo the comment left by Kat L. in January of 2013. My experience with Maximum Sports Connection has been nothing short of awesome. We were at the Cowboys - Giants game in 2012 the weekend that Hurricane Sandy hit, got everything that was promised, and were treated very well by them. Because of the situation up north, we were not able to fly back to NJ until Wednesday. Hotels in the area knew that travelers were stranded and immediately started increasing their rates significantly. Ronni herself fought with the hotel we were at to get them to give us the corporate rate for the duration of our stay. She went above and beyond what was expected to make sure that we were well taken care of until we could get back home. I will definitely use her agency again!!!

Have been with Maximum Sports for nearly seven years and have been on many trips. Never had no problems at all. The company is great to deal with you want to see the Dallas Cowboys at home or on the road. Been on the Bahamas trip three times and it is the GREATEST trip available.

As the season approaches we are excited to go back with Maximum Sports. We have been with them the last 3 years and every trip is better than the last. The events are over the top. We never imagined we would ever meet Dallas Cowboys players. On these trips we get to meet current and former players. The stadium tour is always one of our favorite things to end the trip. (forgot to mention the tailgate it is awesome) Maximum Sports keep doing what you are doing, We are life long fans of yours. See you for the Broncos game. GO COWBOYS

This company should not be allowed to stay in business. I booked this trip in January, paid her in full and when I went to check out of the Atlantis Resort they told me she had not paid my bill. I had trouble from the beginning when she did not book my flights. Starting looking online to find out she has an 'F' rating at the BBB and alot of other bad press. I would warn anyone to stay away from this business when booking a trip. I had to choose a star rating of 1 to 5 but it really is a ZERO!

We have been with Maximum Sports Connection several times. We have always had a great time. The dinner and radio show is the coolest event we have been to. And the tailgate is second to none. The best part is everything is taken care of from start to finish. We would definitely recommend them and we will be coming back this year! Thanksgiving!!!

I've been traveling with Maximum Sports since 2007 and have never been more impressed as I was on my last trip with them. This year we went to Dallas for the game against the Giants. Being from Florida, hurricanes are a way of life for us...but not for the fans up north. While we were there, airports up north got shut down due to Sandy's imminent arrival and concerns about damage.

Many fans on her package were left stranded with added expenditures they never anticipated having to make. Ronni went above and beyond for these folks, calling around to local hotels near the airport and negotiated group rates for them. She then contacted the folks scheduled to film a post game show the day after the game with a couple players and arranged for them all to get the opportunity to come down and watch the filming as her guests.

None of these things were things she had to do...but she did them anyway. Based on that and the many awesome trips I've had the pleasure of taking with Maximum Sports (including a trip to watch the Hall Of Fame game & Emmitt getting inducted...where I got to shake his hand, and the Bahamas trips where I got to hang out with Jay Ratliff & dance with both Everson Walls and Bill Bates) I would wholeheartedly recommend Maximum Sports & Ronni Sokol to any Cowboy fan who wanted a fantastic Cowboy experience.

I wish I could give them zero stars also. I also went to the Dallas vs. Steelers game and it was nothing but a hassel from the get go. Never received an itinerary, was told there was only one tour available, when indeed there were two, and it was the staff member who actually gave the tour not mentioned that lied to me. Had to spend HOURS trying to get our already paid for tickets, they did have Demarcus Ware signing autographs, but would only sign a picture of himself, for $25. Was promised Landry passes, never received those. Was told by Ronni that "it got out of hand". There was a page and a half of people who bought tickets and never got them. A bus full of people who purchased tickets was told to turn around because they didn't have their tickets. It was definately not an enjoyable trip constantly worrying about if we were gonna be one of the "lucky ones" to get a ticket! Check the Better Business Bureau, cause I would have to also agree the positive reviews on here have to be from employees.

If I could, I would rate them zero stars. MSC is nothing but a company of scam artists. I wouldn't doubt if all the 5 stars were from company employees. DO NOT USE THEM! Ronni Sokol is a criminal. Look up her name in mugshots.com. Have you ever seen a business get all 5 and 1 stars. Doesn't make sense. We purchased tickets from them for the Cowboy v Steelers game on 12/16/2012. We when arrived to pickup our tickets they told us they "oversold" the tickets. Which I later found out is a common phrase they use for scamming people. They then offered standing room only seats, which they didn't have enough of and they double printed the tickets, so when people made it to the stadium, they were told that ticket has already entered the game. They may take care of a few customers that use them all the time, but if you are from out of town or new, you will be scammed. I hope this helps. I wish I had seen there bad writeups and "F" BBB rating prior to wasting my $600 with them.

I will never travel with Maximum Sports again. There is a reason why they have a D- rating with the Better Business Bureau. We used them this season to watch the Cowboys beat the 49'ers. Was supposed to get a king sized bed, but got a twin. Was supposed to have level 100 seating, but got level 200 seating tickets. Breakfast was supposed to be included but we ended up paying for it. When I asked to get my breakfast refunded, I was told that they would send me a check, but I never got that, and my emails are not responded to. Very disappointed indeed!!

I believe in giving anyone a second chance. Ronni really show no class and/or real concern for her customers. We got our package information well in advance of the Super bowl. But no tickets information. We came to Dallas on Friday before the Super Bowl. My husband and I call her several times from Friday until Sunday mMorning. Never hearing from her. We discussed our issues with the front desk (who by the way had not ideal that persons were staying in the Hotel and that a bus was to come and pick us up). When he call and left a msg stating that he had several family upset about super bowl ticket and that if he did hear from her he would call the DFW police. She calls him back. But she never contacted any of her customer directly. We got on the bus that was supposed to be there for 1:30 @ 2:30. Still no tickets. He helper (the poor girl) was so ashamed that she works for this company, but hey she needed her job. Anyway long story short we walk about three miles around the Stadium to a ticket broker to pick up tickets. It was by the grace of God that we had two seat together (at the very top to the stadium) someone came in the upgraded their tickets. Which was what my husband was under the assumption he had did. I will never use this company again. I work for the military and I will have her company added to the inappropriate usage for military as no one should have to have this much stress when paying the money we paid. And the undue stress she placed on her customers, not to mention her staff, could have been easily avoided by simply professionalize (i.e. providing information to the customer). We (all who did not have their tickets) were calling this lady several times daily for three days. Now put yourself in our shoes.

This was my family second package with her and both times she treated us like second rate person. I am not sure if she is having personal issue or what. But I will be during a formal compliant. I collected all the information from the additional unhappy customer. She did not follow up on her word. Not once did she contact us to show an concern for us.

Cowboys fan Alishea Thomas of Richmond, Va., had been making payments for months toward a $1,000 travel package so she could watch her Dallas Cowboys battle the Washington Redskins last Sunday and celebrate her birthday with friends.

Unfortunately, the tour company -- Maximum Sports Connection, the "official Cowboys fan travel partner" -- never replied to her increasingly frantic e-mails asking the flight time.

Each time she called, Thomas was put off by staff members, who said the owner, Ronni Sokol, wasn't in but would e-mail her. "I didn't even get the courtesy of, 'Hey, I'm working on it,'" said Thomas, a supervisor at a federal agency.

Four days before the planned departure, she filed a failure to provide services claim with her credit card company after American Airlines told her no reservation had been made in her name. She recouped only $700 of the $1,002.79, because some payments were more than two billing cycles old.

"And I bought a dress for my birthday that I never got to wear," she said.

More than 100 other Maximum Sports Connection clients did make it to Dallas/Fort Worth Airport -- on a one-stop flight on U.S. Airways, instead of a more convenient nonstop American flight -- only to be told that promised reservations at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center were canceled.

Darron Mayes, co-organizer of a group of 24 Redskins and Cowboys fans from northern Virginia, quoted Sokol as saying that Gaylord had "overbooked," but that she had arranged alternate accommodations at the Marriott DFW hotel in Fort Worth.

"That is not correct," Gaylord spokeswoman Martha Neibling said. "There was no overbooking."

Neibling said Maximum Sports failed to make its payment deadline. And while cancellations in the hotel trade are common, losing a block of about 200 rooms so close to check-in was rare, she added.

Since Mayes and co-organizer Elijah Jenkins had promised a stay at the Gaylord Texan, they took rooms at the property, which offered them Maximum's group rate of $139 instead of the $268 rack rate. Mayes and Jenkins covered all the room charges themselves, but were later told by Sokol that they would be reimbursed.

Dallas-based Maximum Sports has an enviable "A+" rating from the Better Business Bureau, and Cowboys spokesman Brett Daniels, referring to the 11-year-old tour company, said, "We've heard of no problems in the past and no complaints."

"The company just had a hiccup," Sokol told the Star-Telegram. "We couldn't meet the deadline for payment, so it was very last-minute. We've been in business a long time, and we're trying to work with each individual customer to rectify the situation."

Sokol confirmed telling customers that Gaylord had overbooked, but also disclosed that she had failed to pay for the rooms in time because of a cash-flow problem. Then, she reasserted that Gaylord had indeed overbooked because not all of the rooms released after the cancellation were made available.

She blamed the last-minute airline switch on customers who themselves failed to meet a payment deadline.

But Betty McKenzie-Mabry, a Maryland travel agent who led a 31-member group, said an American Airlines group sales official disclosed that Maximum's credit card was declined.

Moreover, Maximum failed to arrange for tickets on U.S. Airways for seven in her group, who stayed home as a result.

"I had to tell them at 11 p.m. Thursday night, and we were supposed to leave the next day," she said in a call from Greenbelt, Md.

Another fan, an Army servicewoman, flew to the Washington area from South Korea to use her prepaid package. The soldier refused to travel with the group because of the flight and hotel changes, McKenzie-Mabry said.

McKenzie-Mabry described an ugly scene at D/FW Airport, when her group was told of yet another hotel change, from the Omni to the Marriott. "They cussed me out in the airport," she said.

Sokol said she is contacting customers with an offer to compensate them for their inconveniences, which could be applied toward discounted 2011 game packages. This year's packages ranged from $399 to $1,075.

Refunds will start at $100 and go up, depending on the cost of the package and problems encountered, she said.

Jenkins confirmed that Maximum contacted them early this week, then again Wednesday, asking for receipts for the Gaylord rooms so he and Mayes can be reimbursed.

This travel agency stinks and so does owner Ronnie Sokol! Never trust them for your travel needs. On reserving packages for the Dallas Cowboys v. Washington Redskins game on Dec. 19, 2010, I and the other 5 people in my group were so looking forward to a nice trip and game. We were informed by emails several hours prior to our departure from Washington, Alabama, and California of changes in our package from the Gaylord Hotel to the Marriott and other relevant changes. Upon arriving at the hotel Ronnie repeated different stories (lies) to all the arriving participates (100s), was rude, and not at all sympathetic for the mistakes that her agency made. I could go on and on, but to sum up, after promises from Ronnie and her assistant, it is now Feb. 4, 2011 and we have not been reimbursed! I have used Maximum Sports Connection several times to book trips to Dallas Texas to see the Dallas Cowboys football games. The owner Ronnie is very friendly and she takes care of all the arrangement needed for your trip. The prices are a little high but well worth it. I would recommend her company.
