When I first joined Dahn Yoga it was to improve my strength and health. I had been on medication for acid reflux for nearly 10 years. I wasn??t sleeping through the night and I would grind my teeth. Through this practice I was able to overcome all of it.
When I first started I thought ??this is really weird, but fun.? So as time went on I was able to stop thinking and just enjoy the rythm of my own body. Now I can sleep through the night and no longer need a bite guard. My appetite has changed, which was very unexpected. I don??t crave things and then binge like I use to do. from the same stomach problems their whole lives. I thought I was destined for the same suffering. I have discovered the most wonderful natural cure in the world. And it??s so simple.

In October 2007, I was urged by a good friend to try a yoga class at the HSP Dahn Yoga Center. After the hour session was over and I was feeling more alive than I had been in months, I signed up, combining a regular course and a Brain Wave Vibration class twice a week. By the end of the 3rd month, I was no longer using anti-depressants, and credit the movements of the vibration classes and the many skills of Head Instructor J and her staff toward eliminating 10 years of taking mood-altering prescriptions, and creating a healthier outlook on life.

I am the primary caregiver for my elderly parents. It is quite stressful and impacts one both physically and emotionally on a daily basis. You never know what their needs are going to be on a day-to-day basis. I have found Brain Wave Vibration to be a most useful tool for alleviating my daily stress. It is a rather simple technique to follow. All one has to do is shake one's head up and down and side to side and after fifteen minutes of doing this I feel the stress flowing out of my body. I really wish that there was a way to get the word out to more people about this rather simple technique. Then more people can reap the benefits and society as a whole will become healthier as a result. It is certainly not healthy to have all that stress bottled up inside of you. Unfortunately, most people simply do not know how to release it effectively. Stress most certainly leads to deteriorating health and a shorter life span. With Brain Wave Vibration people can live longer, healthier, and happier lives. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to share this with you.
