i stay in the heritage apt at first i loved it ,but one thing that i didnt like is that i wasnt able to get my access key until almost 2mths of stayin in the apts, then wen i finally got it i cant even have access to the gym. then my apt got broken into, i called them out to fix my window they didnt even have the supplies to fix my window that night, so they came ova the followin day to look at it n bein that my window is """" double glass"""" the company that fix the window dont keep those in stock so i wont be able to have my window fix for a couple days, well all im sayin if u are a female or even male stayin by urself move on the second floor. Also i wanted to be transferred to another apt cause i was scared of coarse im 22 n i stay by myself, so the lady gonna tell me i would have to pay all these types of fees to transfer to another apt, n that they not responsible for my safety, and i asked wats the point of havin gates around the complex. Jus like the first comment that was left they messed up on my lease also, i was suppose to be on the second floor n she put my name on the paper for the second floor so wen i caome in to finalize my lease they gave away my apt to somebody else, so b4 u sign any thing or b4 u decide to move over here think twice

We moved into the Heritage in December 07. We were excited about living in such a nice place. Access gated, 24 hour gym, and basketball court. Well, you are suppose to get a ""clicker"" that opens the gates so that you don't have to go to the keypad every time, and that same ""clicker"" is needed to access the 24/7 gym when the office is not open. After 3-4 times asking for the ""clicker"" we sit here 8 days into March 08, and still no ""clicker"". But say that you do get a clicker to open the gym, there is not one single piece of equipment that works!! I leave for work at 5 am and return home around 5 pm, the office is open until 530 pm, which is when the basketball courts close. So, I have a 30 minute window each day to park, walk upstairs to the 3rd floor, change my clothes, go down to the basketball court and use the facility. So, don't let the 24 hour gym and the fancy basketball court affect your decision.\r\n\r\nAnother problem with this place is the parking. If you don't get an apartment with the garage, which has a parking space for you in front of it, or pay $25 to park under the carport, then the parking is very limited. \r\n\r\nWe also had a bad experience moving in to this place. We selected a 1st floor room, then 3 days before we were suppose to move in, they switched us to the 3rd floor. We waited 2 weeks for them to pay an outstanding bill from cps, so that we could switch it over to our name. The key to the storage unit didn't work and we had to wait 3-5 days for them to fix that. Our brand new dryer doesnt dry our clothes in one cycle, the apartments blame the dryer and the dryer repairman blames the apartment. We never to this day received the walk through paperwork where you can note all of the things that were damaged or broke before you move in, so you don't get charged for them when you leave.\r\n\r\n

Pros: easy access to 35 and 1604, plenty of resturants and shopping

Cons: everything in the gym is broken, limited parking, bad staff, small window of time to use basketball gym
