Auto Service Experts #2

This is the best auto repair shop I've used in the city of San Antonio. They are responsive, friendly, and very courteous toward the customer. The prices are great and the work is done in a timely fashion. Going there is a very enjoyable experience!

These dudes top the rest. All they care about is you and making sure your car is fixed. I cant believe how easy these dudes make fixing your car, it takes no hassle.

My cars a/c was not blowing cold by for a free air conditioning check and they recharged my car with Freon and now the a/c works great. Thank you!

Absolutely AWESOME!!! I cant believe it! I heard about this place from my friends, but I didnt know it would be like this! Im actually in the waiting room right now writing this review. I just cant believe it!!! The desk lady just asked if I wanted a refreshment OMG OMG OMG!!! Come here!!!

This place is cozy, nice, and they treat you like family. They were so nice to me, and the waiting room was like a cozy little house! Anyways I dont care what anybody says this place is the best!

I've had 4 cars repaired at this place over the last few years. The service has been top notch and the prices are best in town. The workmanship is great and they have honored the warranty when I had a minor issue with one of the cars. Haven't found a better place in San Antonio to get cars fixed. I have recommended them to several friends

My car broke down on my way to Houston for a dog show. Good thing I was a block away from Auto Service Experts. They took me, my dog, and my car in and they said that it would take awhile but they really came through. It took them 1 hour to fix my car and get me back on the road! I would have missed my show without them. Thanks!!!

Did a little research to find this auto repair company, but it was worth it. Tried so many other San Antonio Car repair shops and I'm usually disappointed. This company is good. Their process is better than what I??ve used in the past. Great job.

Auto Service Experts did a great job fixing my car. Carlos took time giving me helpful tips and even gave me a free oil change for using him. It was great and he really cares about his customers.

There is no beating this company, especially when it comes to the quality of service. I highly recommend using Auto Service Experts to repair your engine. They do thorough work and they do it fast. Also, they are always punctual. I suggest giving them a call if you need your car fixed now!!!

They had excellent service. My car runs, they didn't push a million other repairs on me and just took care of business. I was also on a break for my work, I was so hungry. Did you know they have a McDonald right next door! It was great!!!!!

I have always come to this shop because they do the best work when it comes to diagnosing the problem correctly. I have been to other shops and I usually end up buying of lot of extra parts because they do a lot of guessing at the problem. I also like the fact that Auto Service Experts does a great job at getting things done quickly. The keep the wait times down, and I can usually get my car fixed while I wait.

I choose this shop because they were gave me an 18 month warranty on my engine repair. Other shops would only give me a 12 month warranty and were going to charge me extra for an 18 month warranty. I plan on keeping my car so this really helps me out a lot.

These guys are very helpful and have lots of experience. I have had them inspect several cars I was looking to buy, and they gave me good advice on them. Also helped me with some advice and repairs I was doing myself, which I really appreciate!

This place is awesome!! I went there to get my brakes fixed. They were so friendly and I ended up getting my brakes fixed for much less than the last time I had them done at a different auto repair chain store. I didn't even have to wait long. I will definitely come back and recommend them to everyone.

This is a company I personally would recommend to anyone who wants an excellent automotive repair with personalized service from courteous people. If you have a problem finding a company to meet your needs you have found the answer to your problem. You can breathe easy I personally recommend Auto Service Experts. They repaired my car quickly and I am extremely grateful.

I went to the repair shop for a free a/c check, and after checking my car they found that it was low on Freon. They did a quick dye test and found a pinhole leak on one of the air conditioning hoses. It really gave me confidence that the fix was going to be correct when the technician showed me the leak with UV light. They got me in and out quick at a good price and I know i??m going to need my a/c this summer.

It was a pleasure to go to a repair shop that was not filthy and that actually kept my car clean when they worked on it. Jay gave me a good deal on a starter replacement. He let me buy my own part and even picked up the part for me next door at Advance Auto Parts. Really cool guys!

I had taken my car to two other shops for an intermittent sputtering problem but each of the other shops was unable to fix it. I dealt with Carlos and he really knows his stuff. He put the computer on the vehicle and showed me the graph of the vehicle performance as we drove. With the help of the graph he was able to isolate which injector was having trouble. Saved me a lot of time and money. Will definitely use again!

My brakes had been making noise for quite a while so I took it in for the free inspection. They did a pad and shoe replacement and got me back on the road without telling me that I needed a bunch of extras. Thanks!

Good mechanics and good prices. Took my car to Advance Auto Parts to pick up a starter and then found out I didn't have all the right tools. These guys took care of me quickly and without a lot of hassle.

Took my car in for an oil change during my lunch break and had a very nice experience. These guys had the job done before I could walk back across the street from Mcdonald's with my lunch. They even had a cold bottle of water waiting for me to go with my lunch. Very nice guys!

These guys know transmissions! Two other shops told me that I needed a tranny but these guys checked it out and found out it was just a sensor which saved me a lot of money. A very honest shop!

Fixed my transmission in 1 day and the price was much cheaper than the other estimates I had received. Will definitely use them again!

Had drive belt replaced and brakes inspect. Work was done on time. There was no pressuer to replace brakes even though they were worn. Very courteous service. Neat and clean office. Would recommend for auto repair.

This is the WORST - not one of the worst - THE WORST mechanic shop in the United States!! I don't think you can find a worse place to take your car they are very disrespectful and don't do ANYTHING right!!
