Be careful of getting tricked into paying extra fees. I had a bad experience where I was being forced to pay extra charges.

This is the 2nd time I have rented from E-Z Washer. I have always found them to do exactly what was promised. Their staff is very friendly-never get voicemail. When I move back to Austin, I will definately use them agaim.

E-Z WASHER DRYER LEASING, AUSTIN Over charged me unethically, very unhappy customer.

Very rude customer service, threatens to report to collection agency, gave only one time 10 day notice. Is this ethical to give such less time with just one time notice?

I was charged with almost half price of the new washer which is rediculous saying that the washer is not in a deliverable condition.
I made sure and demonstrated that the washer dryer are in working conditon when picked up, the pickup person denied to give that in written and eventually got ripped off with this suprising overwhelming charges calling as repair service charges.

So here is the situation on why a bad review. I came to Austin for 5 months for a contract for work. Call E-Z and they said 'okay, we'll set it up'.

Unfortunately, Kelly failed to make 3 months?? scheduled payments following initial delivery, even though the invoice we leave with our customers on delivery always states very clearly when the next payment is due. We also make it easy for customers to view and pay their invoices online and failing all of those measures, we??re a phone call away.

It??s always possible for mail to be placed in the wrong postal box by mistake ?? but E-Z cannot be held responsible for postal errors. That??s why we always take the extra step of hand-delivering the initial invoice containing the next-payment information.

Regarding the frankly libelous statement that she says the manager said, I was sitting next to him during this conversation and he never said anything of the kind ?? he was simply requesting payment and trying to set up a time to collect the washer/dryer.

E-Z Washer Dryer stands by its 22-year record of responsive, professional service and client satisfaction. We will continue to welcome honest, constructive comments and input, positive or negative, but we will defend ourselves against attempts at libel.

Mr. P called our office on 5/17 and set up service for a washer and dryer. May is an extremely busy month for us but we offered to deliver the following day 5/18. At the time we took payment from Mr. P and put him on the schedule his order was confirmed, he was told that we would call him after 3pm that day to give him the 3hour window for his delivery the next day. Just after 4pm I attempted to reach Mr. P at the phone number provided and got his voicemail. I left a very clear message stating that I could not leave the window on his voicemail as we must speak to the customer directly to ensure they receive the information. I also advised him that if he was unable to call me back by 5pm that I was back in the office at 8am the following day. We never received a call back.

On 5/18 at 9am I attempted to call Mr. P again as his delivery was scheduled for that morning and again I reached his voicemail. I left another message advising him to call us as soon as possible because his delivery was in the morning and hoped he would call us to avoid incurring a rescheduling fee. Still not hearing back from Mr. P we called yet again at approximately 9:36am because our drivers were going to his apartment next. At that time we left another very nice message making him aware of this and that we hoped he was home or that he would call us back. Our drivers knocked on his door several times and finally left a door hanger notifying him that we were there.

Mr. P finally called us back and wasn??t happy with the rescheduling fee and wasn??t being reasonable. The fact is, Mr. P called us to provide a service and he was fully aware that his delivery was the following day. Essentially it was his responsibility to call us back and find out what time his delivery was. We went above and beyond trying to reach him to avoid this whole scenario. If he knew he wouldn??t be home at some point during that day he could have stated so, made other arrangements such as a key release or chose a different delivery day that was more convenient for him, this was not the case.

We did offer to meet Mr. P half way and lower the rescheduling fee despite the fact that we tried to reach him multiple times. All in all we both agreed it was best to move on. We issued a refund minus the cancellation fee and sent him a copy along with a very nice email.

We take pride in our customer service, when you call E-Z you always speak to someone never a recording. We are local and have been serving Austin for 22 years. We never like to have an unsatisfied customer but with most things you can??t always please everyone. We can say that we have thousands of satisfied customers and that??s what we focus on.

Please understand I am not a person that likes to write public review however I experience the worst customer service ever.

Recently found EZ Washer to deliver a washer and dryer, they said they would notify me of a 3 hour delivery time.

"Well sir you were? no I was not? well sir the BOB was checked off and MY GIRLS never make mistakes and I am not arguing with you sir...
Maanm I am not arguing, I just want to pay the regular delivery fee and not be unfairly penalized..

well i went on craigslist and bought a new refurbed set for $200...done

I highly recommend using EZ washer and dryer. They helped me out when no other companies would. It is a relief that there are companies like that. Sometimes people just need a break and they gave me one.

EZ washer and dryer has the WORST customer service. They delivered my washer and dryer and then I never received a bill!! I did however receive a nasty phone call from their uneducated manager who yelled at me even after I explained to him that they billed the wrong apartment OBVIOUSLY. This place should be out of business and every employee should take an etiquette class. I mean how in the world do you deliver to the correct apartment but then bill the wrong one??? I was blamed for their mistake. The manager also threatened me and said he would "have his fun with me" if I wasn't going to pay the late fees which I felt were not my responsibility. Maybe I need to get a lawyer and file a restraining order. Heaven only knows what kind of people they hire. This place is trash.

The first two were not clear on the actual cost or delivery cost or even the time frame on when I could expect to have them delivered. Most were over a week! I called E-Z and was approved within the hour and delivered the next day. Emiley and Jet were both extremely nice and professional on the phone.

GREAT customer service. I called about renting a stackable W/D, at the time they didn't have any available and offered to put me on a waiting list. I said no and called a couple of other companies. Azuma was the only company that had stackable W/D available for immediate leasing. I?d read some negative reviews and had concerns about Azuma?s equipment service/maintenance. I asked Azuma if they had made changes recently to their service department or if they had any explanation for the negative comments I?d seen. I was not satisfied with their answer and I called E-Z Leasing. The staff (Jet) at E-Z leasing was fantastic. I explained to them that I really didn?t want to use another company and asked if there was anything they could do about getting more equipment. They took my name and number and called me back within the hour. They had ordered more stackable W/Ds and would be able to deliver my W/D in less than a week! E-Z Leasing was very professional and accommodating. I?m very impressed with their outstanding customer service.

My twin sis and myself are HUGE fans of EZ Washer Dryer! Great terms, awesome customer service, good prices, and the rent-to-own is a great deal, too! Cindy is so nice and courteous and remembers me when I call. Best prices in town, without the corporate hoop-la. Highly recommended!
