I can't say anything good about Wagner Services. I've had their services for 10 yrs. or better and never bounced a payment. I missed a late payment and got my water cut off. My bad, I understand but they are in my sub every day and I can't understand if you pay your bill at 9, when they open, why can't they remove the lock that same day? Everyone in the office seems to be pissed off if you open their door for business. One of their service men asked me to call them if I see the light on the pump station, oh ya I'll get right on that if you pay back the deconnection fee, you hacks and please act like your interested in your customers problems. We do pay your salaries.and not by our choices.

This is the worst excuse for a service-oriented company that I have ever encountered. They constantly use fraudulent and illegal businessepractices and they treat the customers like crap. I have already filed a complaint against them.

I have gone and paid 585 to have a meter installed on my property in order to get water. Took the company 2 weeks to come out which come to find out that they could not install a meter on my property due to the fact that it was unrestricted and the other houses have a meter at road and that I would have to run my own line to my property. Great waited all weekend to find out when they will be installing the meter next to the road. Had the ladies and Mr. Wagner himself treat me like crap and did nothing but talk rude and threat me. In addition the day the men came out to install water meter there was a meter reader joy riding around with 3 other men and bought some sort of drug and men jump in car with girl on my property. Called to let them know and Mr. Wagner told me nope I doubt that would have happen. For a second I thought I was the customer talking to a business but I guess I don??t know what kind of business they are running. Well finally got my phone call and now 4days later now they tell me they cannot put water meter next to road like they have done to the other houses and that it would cost me $4300 on top of the 585 that I paid to install the meter because now 4 days later they have to install on my property which from the road to my property its only 1000ft away. Worst service ever and very slow no management nor owner they don??t know what they are doing and to tell me that they can??t install meter on property then to tell me they can and that the only way to get water for 4300 plus the 585 I believe that is highway robbery by far and this company is robbing people if they have done that more than once and they need to have another water company in area because that man would lose all customers ASAP.

Horrible place! If your looking to buy a house and this is your water company DO NOT BUY IT! They do not read your meter! They just estimate your bill every month! I have lived in my house for 2 years and when we first moved in out bill

Extremely rude customer service. We have been customers of theirs for 18 months and have never had our water turned off. Today we paid our bill at 8 a.m. on the shut off date. Even though they already had our money , and the tech did not show for another 2 hrs. , they still turned our water off and then had the nerve to charge a 100 dollar "reconnect" fee . That's some expensive gas for his truck. I am looking into this further , have contacted our lawyer , and will be reporting to the BBB and Utility commission .

Wagner Water also know as C & R Water is charging a base fee which according to TX Commission of Enviromental Quality Administrative Code is not allowed because they are not allowing any usuage in that base fee...the usuage charge is added on top of the base fee. TCEQ's phone # is 512/239-1000 & their website address is: tceq.state.tx.us THIS INFORMATION HAS ALSO BEEN VERIFIED BY TECQ...What makes it so frustrating is that Wagner has been aware of the issue since the end of August 2008 & they have not corrected it....the worker at TECQ told me to inform him if they haven't corrected the billing. I have been extremely patient with Wagner in which I have given them over 4 months to correct the issue...they are truly screwing alot of people by over thirty dollars each month.....The worst part of the whole situation is that I don't have a choice in another water company...sounds like monoply to me!
