I called the main # and they gave me the # that was closeest to me.I was already in alot of pain from a bad tooth and called to say it was an emergency,this was a thursday morning.They told me the earliest they could get me in was the following tuesday.I was hesitant because she sounde like I might not show up,she said someone would call monday to make sure I would be there.I told her twice that I would.Monday morning I got a call but could not get to the phone.The message said that there would be no dentist there and I would have to reschedule,I guess they closed because there was no dentist.I called back and then they said the earliest they could get me in would be friday.After very little sleep over the weekend,not able to eat(not even soup)and in pain I said I would find someone else.I got on the phone and made 1 phone call told them what I went through suffering over the weekend in pain not able to eat she told me to hold on one minute.When she got back on the phone she asked if I could be there today at 2:00 and they would be able to squeeze me in.I only had to wait 30 min. until the they saw me.I got the tooth pulled,was given pain meds and antibiotics and was scheduled for a complete checkup in 2 weeks.It would have been 2 weeks before I even got in to get my tooth pulled at Southern Dental.I told a friend about what happened(she is the one that told me to go there)and she was fixing to have about $15,000 worth of work done there and she said she was going to the place that I had found.They do all the same work there that she needs.Southern Dental is probably like Southwest Airlines and they overbook there own schedule but they call you the day before.DO NOT go to Southern Dental if you have an emergency or schedule a day off because you will get a call the day before to reschedule.
