I placed my order with Royal Tee's more then 3 weeks in advance and got them 4 days later then I had requested. Quite honestly it's not so much the fact that my order was 4 days late, but that I was told they would be ready by a specific date and when I showed up (a day later then the scheduled date), the shirts were not ready and I was told that I was in the wrong for not calling before I came. Shouldn't they have called and told me they weren't ready yet as promised? I call back 2 days later to find out the status and can't get an answer from anyone that works there. Finally after 3 phone calls I speak to the owner and was told that the order was being printed "as we speak". This was at 1:30. When I show up at 5:30 to pick the order up, I have to wait for 45 mintues while they print the order. I had been completely lied to on the phone earlier that day and faced a huge inconvenience of making TWO drives to their location to pick them up, and then had to sit and wait for 45 minutes while they were printed....4 days AFTER the deadline! When asked for a discount for my inconveience, I was basically told to take it or leave it. They honestly could give a darn less if I ever use them again! There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all at Royal Tee's! I understand that equipment can break, but call your customer and communicate this to them. Through the entire process, Royal Tee's did not place even one phone call to me with an update!

They screwed up my first order, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them again...BIG MISTAKE. The first time I used them, I went to pick up my order on the date and time it was due only to find they hadn't even started on my order. So I had to sit in their lobby, while I was supposed to be at work, and wait over an hour for them to finish. So now about two years later, I gave them another shot to redeem themselves. This time, they not only failed to deliver the material at the time it was due (again) but they lied and told me they were working on it when they hadn't even started on it (again). And this was all two days after it was originally due. So after they finally finished, they refused to discount the merchandise or even offer an apology. Their actions and attitude are truly unacceptable and classless. Don't make the mistake I did and trust them to handle your business.

Walked in the door and wasn?t even greeted for about 5 minutes. Once I was finally asked why I was there I soon came to learn that our order hadn?t even been started so was told their dryer was broken. Their response to me was ?well, you really should?ve called before coming.? Hello woman, you are the one who said it will be ready on Tuesday; therefore, good customer service would mean YOU call the customer and inform them that your machine is down and when to expect the order. Then it might be helpful to actually have the order ready when you say it will be, or again, CALL the customer. Needless to say, the next day they said it would be ready and yet again it hadn?t been started so a lengthy waiting room sit was the next step. After all of this they didn?t even offer a discount or a ?real? apology. I don?t recommend Royal Tees.
