I just want to let you know what a fantastic job Eddie and KC did at my house this morning. Wow?they were extremely professional, and so courteous. I wasn?t as prepared as I should have been, but they were so patient and helpful. Eddie actually found a scorpion in my room and removed it for me!

It seems that many companies have lost the art of service, but you guys are on it. I really appreciate it, and plan to be a customer for a very long time.

Had to write and let you know how much I appreciated Rey & Juan this morning, not only do my carpets look amazing which makes me so so happy, but just working with Rey & Juan was a complete pleasure. Both were professional, hard working and to top it off ... they were incredibly nice/fun to work with. My husband is a big UT fan and we have this tacky UT 2x4 carpet that is outside the garage door, well, Juan just had to clean it out of total reverence to their beloved UT! John is going to be so happy when he comes home tonight, I know I have a huge grin on my face as I write this because I can't wait for him to see it!

Bottom line, our carpet was the pits/gross/embarrassing, but the guys went above/beyond the call of duty and made getting my carpets cleaned a pleasurable experience ... who knew!? It wasn't even on my radar to get them cleaned, but I heard your ad on The River and you sounded sincere, so I took the bait ... really glad I did. We can't afford to replace the carpet for a couple of years, so this was the perfect solution. Will definitely use your company next time. JP and Victor worked incredibly hard on my carpet and recliners. Our carpets had not been cleaned in 4 years, since each year we said we would replace them. I have a small house, two children, an elderly dog, a rabbit, and I teach groups of homeschoolers who head to the park out back and then track dirt and mud (and who knows what else) back into the house. The carpets look great! They even removed the strange "science experiments gone bad" stains from my son's room and the "make your own natural dye" project from the carpet in the study. The cost was much less than we were! anticipating for this big a job, and you didn\t nickel and dime us with treatment charges like other companies have. The price was fantastic and we actually feel we are at least $4,000 richer (cost of new carpet) because of the work done by JP and Victor. Unless my lottery numbers pay off, we will be seeing you next year. I have already told 3 neighbors about your service.

Found your company by looking online. The crew were prompt and very hard-working and did the best job I\'ve ever had in carpet cleaning. My tile floors had never been cleaned professionally and look fabulous! Jimi answered my questions well and they both worked hard and didn\'t waste a moment! Roman is personable and responsive to questions and I hope he can be a crew leader some day soon.

The last company we used just tipped up the furniture and then filled the whole house with steam and made me dread getting the carpet cleaned. This carpet cleaning was such a pleasure, they were professional, careful of our furniture, and did a great job. We did call back on the pet treatment, but that is because the smell was so bad to start with. Great job, we will tell friends.

The professional crew from K&M was prompt for the appointment (Minor carpet repairs and cleaning). The rates were very reasonable, better than most companies that I have used in the past and the job was done right the first time. For those that research prior to contracting services - I would put K&M into your address book as the folks to call when you have an issue or need cleaning.

Bravo Ken! The absolute best customer service I have had in years...for any service. The first phone call revealed I was working with a professional, polite and knowledgeable staff. My questions, concerns and scheduling restrictions were met with someone on the other end of the phone who wanted to help and made every effort to make me happy. The team that came to the house was on time, professional looking and acting and did a great job of answering questions and being patient with us and our little boy. The carpets had never been cleaned (6 years old) and we had our doubts about many stains and spots we had acquired over the years. The results were fantastic, unbelievable and beautiful. We have another baby on the way and it is nice to know that he will have a nice clean floor to play on. Now that we know what to expect with the K&M team we will be calling more often and referring family and friends to the best steam cleaning company in town! Keep up the good work Ken! PS...Give those technicians of yours a bonus, they were outstanding!

I wanted to let you know that I went home after lunch today and was blown away by the difference having our couches and area rug made! We have been in our home for about five years, and we purchased the furniture about the same time. So, after five years, we were definitely overdue for cleaning, but I had NO idea it would make that big of a difference. My wife and I are very impressed.

I called K & M for the first time in April- I called in to get pricing and information about the tile and carpet cleaning and was just going to get pricing- I had called a few other companys before calling K & M and I was so impressed with the lady who answered my call. She made the conversation very pleasant and took the time to answer all my questions- I had initially just wanted pricing but after the phone call I went ahead and scheduled for them to come to my home for carpet cleaning- I was concerned that the price would change once they entered my home- but that was not the case- Everything was just what I was told-The carpets turned out great- I have told my kids and husband that shoes are not allowed on my carpet from this point on......The carpets looked great.... I just wanted to say thanks to the office for being so friendly and helpful.....I will be a returning customer

I had to have someone else come in and finish the job after K&M left. Half of the tile in the room was cleaned perfectly, but, because the job was done hastily, the other half was still dirty and they didn't even notice! Once I noticed the problem I called and asked for them to finish the job. They told me they would have to use a different chemical, but they would have to charge me extra because it was a second trip. I asked about all of this before they did the work, so I was surprised to hear that I was going to be stuck with an inflated bill. If I didn't feel price-gouged I wouldn't be writing this negative review.

The technicians were prompt, friendly, professional and quick. My three-year old asked a lot of questions, and they patiently answered each one to his satisfaction. They asked if I wanted to add protectant, but didn't try to annoyingly up-sell me when I said I just needed the cleaning. He even gave tips on how to treat stains and keep my carpet looking great. I read about K&M before scheduling service and they lived up to every positive attribute, and then some. I had to reschedule with Ken twice, and he was SO NICE and accommodating. Normally with services similar to carpet cleaning the customer service only makes its way in the call center. Not the case here. The guys who showed up at my house were kind, professional, and efficient. I am very impressed. I hate carpet in general, but as long as I keep it around... I'll keep these guys too. I'm going to test 'em out on grout cleaning soon too though...

Rey and Dill were great. Rey was very reasonable in determining how much to charge for our smaller rooms. He set my expectations before they began work; he and Dill did the job quickly but thoroughly; and the results were far better than I would have expected. Before Rey and Dill showed up, the carpet was an eyesore and stank up the whole house. Now it looks brand new. Nice job Rey & Dill.

I just had my carpet cleaned today and am so impressed with K&M. My experience started out great with friendly customer service over the phone with Joe Dan. I called on Wednesday and he got me set up for cleaning on Thursday! Domingo and his assistant (I cannot remember his name) were BOTH great! They were very friendly and got right to work. They had no problems moving the furniture and were very careful in the process. I am so pleased with the service I received from this company and will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks K&M :-)

I've used K&M Steam Cleaning in the past and didn't hesitate to call them once again. But this time, it wasn't for my carpets, but for my couch. I was pleased with my experience from day 1 when they were able to schedule the appt within 48 hours, and, go out of their way for such a small job! They arrived on time and were once again so friendly and professional. Both techs explained exactly what they were going to do.. the couch turned out looking brand new and I now have a protectant on it to help with any future stains... These guys are AMAZING! I have a 6 year old son, 4 cats and 3 dogs all in a tiny house. We make HUGE messes. I had a red stain that had to be over 3 years old. My 17 year old cat had urinated on the carpet and I knew I had to do something about it. I have seen their adds everywhere so decided to give K&M a shot. WOW! I am so glad I did. I've dealt with other carpet cleaners before..they come in and rush through. These guys took their time yet were extremely efficient. They were able to remove: old stains, horrible red stain, cat stain AND odor, old playdoh..basically everything you can imagine. They were friendly yet professional. I am SO thrilled. I will always use them and plan to call them soon to clean my furniture and area rugs. They were GREAT! I can't express how pleased I am with them. If you are needing anything cleaned I would highly recommend K&M.
