My living room and bonus room were flooded from an overflow. Joshua was very prompt and curteous. He made me feel totally comfortable with what he was doing and he went out of his way to make sure everything was done correctly. I sincerely appreciated his help.

I just had my carpet cleaned today and am so impressed with K&M. My experience started out great with friendly customer service over the phone with Joe Dan. I called on Wednesday and he got me set up for cleaning on Thursday! Domingo and his assistant (I cannot remember his name) were BOTH great! They were very friendly and got right to work. They had no problems moving the furniture and were very careful in the process. I am so pleased with the service I received from this company and will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks K&M :-)

The names on my receipt did not appear in your lists above. The Crew chief appears to be M Kee and Tech is Saul. They just left and I really wanted to express my satisfaction with every part of the process. They were AMAZING! They got out odors and stains I didn\\'t think possible. They were both professional yet friendly and extremly efficient. I can\\'t express how pleased I am with the service. I've used K&M Steam Cleaning in the past and didn't hesitate to call them once again. But this time, it wasn't for my carpets, but for my couch. I was pleased with my experience from day 1 when they were able to schedule the appt within 48 hours, and, go out of their way for such a small job! They arrived on time and were once again so friendly and professional. Both techs explained exactly what they were going to do.. the couch turned out looking brand new and I now have a protectant on it to help with any future stains... Thank you K&M for continuing to impress me! :)

These guys are AMAZING! I have a 6 year old son, 4 cats and 3 dogs all in a tiny house. We make HUGE messes. I had a red stain that had to be over 3 years old. My 17 year old cat had urinated on the carpet and I knew I had to do something about it. I have seen their adds everywhere so decided to give K&M a shot. WOW! I am so glad I did. I've dealt with other carpet cleaners before..they come in and rush through. These guys took their time yet were extremely efficient. They were able to remove: old stains, horrible red stain, cat stain AND odor, old playdoh..basically everything you can imagine. They were friendly yet professional. I am SO thrilled. I will always use them and plan to call them soon to clean my furniture and area rugs. They were GREAT! I can't express how pleased I am with them. If you are needing anything cleaned I would highly recommend K&M.

Pros: They seem to be able to get anything out of your carpet.

Cons: Absolutely nothing! I'm very picky, yet can't think of anything I would change

Not only were Rey and Victor courteous - they were very efficient! I thought it was going to take longer but they were able to bust out my apartment in no time. The carpet was just horrible before - really embedded with dirt and who knows what else (it was a horrible grey color)!! They pre-treated it and went over the troublesome spots until the carpet was the color it was supposed to be. I never knew the carpet was actually beige! Thank you so much for all you have done! I will definitely be sure to call back and have my carpet done again in 6-12 months.

Hi Ken, you're the MAN! And Ryan and Ronnie are the Dream Team of K&M!!! The crew is so nice, polite, professional, and just down right PERFECT! The finished product is beyond words - my carpet is about 10 years old, had stains that the previous cleaning company couldn\\'t finish the job but Ryan and Ronnie got them out effectively and in timely fashion. At first I was concerned about the strong chemical but I was so wrong, the carpet smells wonderful but not overwhelming! My whole K&M experience was great. I called for an estimate, and they sent a crew out to my house that day (same day service!!!) within 2 hours of my call! The gentlemen on the crew were very polite, prompt, and efficient. The whole job took about 20 minutes. The carpet looked great, and there were no hidden fees. My last carpet cleaning guy passed away that I had used for over 12 years since being in Austin and I was not sure where to turn to find someone else. Luckily, I had seen K&M in the Money Mailer for several years and saw all the satisfied customers on the web and flyers. I made an appointment and got one in 2 days! I was very pleased with the carpet repair that Lupe did in such a short time too! I was not sure how I was going to get that seam fixed and saw on the flyer that you repaired carpets. Got a great carpet cleaning, tile cleaned and repaired - all at a great price and all within 2 hours and 2 great guys who knew what they were doing. I will definitely use K&M again. Thanks to Lupe and Ron for a job well done!

I had Austin's team clean my carpets in the begining of last week. The crew was so polite and courteous they did a fantastic job. I will definitely be using your company again. I have had other companies out here to clean before, but none compared to the awesome job those two young men did in my house. They made sure to explain everything they were doing before they did it and were very helpful in moving my couches and end tables to be sure the whole room gets cleaned... I cant find the other guys name on the technician list but be sure to give their team a pat on the back they were awesome!!!

Today I had Cody and Josh come out to clean 5 rooms and they were excellent!!! They were both very professional and polite. This is the 5th time I have used K&M and this crew was by far the best all around. Cody took extra care in explaining the products and taking out any existing stains in the carpet. He was very thorough and I couldn't be happier. They are a great team and an asset to any business!

Our realtor (Carol Dochen Realtors) recommended you when I asked who I should call to have the carpets cleaned in our home that we had sold, after the movers had moved all of our furniture. Her office manager, Kim Wallace, said "K&M!" We had *terrible* black marks on our cream colored carpet where some of our furniture had been, possibly from the air vents -- it looked awful, and I was very afraid the stains would not come out (in fact, another very well known and much more expensive local carpet cleaning company had said! the stains would not come out). And the new owners of our house were doing their final walk-through before closing in two days. Rey looked at the black marks and said he could get them out. And he DID!! Our carpet looked almost new (and it was 11 years old). I couldn't believe it. He pre-treated the stains with a miracle cleaner (to me it was a miracle), and boy, did it work. And he and his partner, Zeke, were professional and very pleasant. I can't thank you enough for making our carpets look great for the new owners of our former home.

I had K&M come into my house and clean all the carpets. They were on-time, courteous and reasonable - three elements seldom encountered in this business. Their work was efficient and excellent, cleaning older stains that the last service failed to remove and leaving the house in fine shape. I heartily recommend these folks to anyone needing this type of service. You will not be disappointed.

I was very impressed with your company before you even made it out to my house. With a 1-year old in tow and another baby on the way, communicating with Ken through e-mail was a blessing! I appreciated so much the questions you answered and the information I received up front. I am so pleased with the cleaning that my carpets received. I was so excited when I came home and saw them; they haven't looked that good since the day we moved in. Paul and Crisa even moved my couch, recliner and loveseat in order to completely clean the living room carpets. Your staff was so friendly and professional. I really appreciated the attention Paul gave to my little girl, too. Getting down on her level to talk to her & giving her a "peace offering" (a magnet), made her feel more comfortable about having strangers in her house. I have already recommended your service to my friends & I will use you again in the future when I need any of your services.

Your crew did a great job! They were on-time, very efficient, and thorough. The carpet looked brand-new when they were finished. I was extremely concerned about the pet urine smell and how well it would come out. Your crew told me several times they were only treating the carpet and not the padding. So I understood it may not eliminate the smell entirely. However, when we entered the house today, 4 days after the cleaning, the smell was nearly undetectable. The family moving in did not smell any pet odors! What a relief!! Your prices were much less than Blackmon Mooring and Stanley Steemer. Yet the quality of the job was top-notch! We will recommend and use your company again in the future!

I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the cleaning and sealing of my tile. I was disappointed when the same guys that cleaned did not come back to seal the tile. However, the second set of guys was just as nice as the first.
