Just so you'll know, Tim and Rey cleaned our carpets, yesterday. These are two proud, hard-working, courteous, and neat employees.
We could not have asked any more capable or polite folks into our home.

Workers were very professional and curteous. Did not push other services on me, but were very thorough on exactly what I needed and how to acheive it. I have 2 dogs, plus I babysit the occasional friend's puppies. We had plenty of stains I could not get out both from the dogs, wine, and pen leaks. They are all gone, my carpet looks brand new, and the smell is so clean! I feel like I just moved into a new home. What I loved best is that they were prompt on their time. No waiting around for hours to have them never show up like some places. I will be using them again.

I just wanted to thank you very much for your kindness and patience with me when setting up an appt. to have my father's carpets cleaned. I got a wonderful report from both my sister and my Dad in Austin this morning after your guys completed the work. I understand that everything went really smooth and your guys were very nice, VERY VERY fast, and did an excellent job. My dog and I will be there in a couple of weeks to do our own inspection haaha!! Again, thank you and I have a big mouth so I will refer your business to many.

We had our carpets cleaned 2wks ago by Tim & Carlos and they did a fantastic job! We were putting our house on the market and just knew we would have to offer a carpet allowance but the guys did such a good job it looks brand new! They got RED stains out of WHITE carpet! I tell everyone I know you are the company to call. You probably saved me $2500 at least!

I wanted to let you know that JT did a wonderful job on our carpet. We have had many companies come out to clean our carpet and JT is the first one that took the time to really clean and not rush the job. He was courteous, friendly and very careful of our walls with the hose which my husband is extremely picky about. I will recommend K & M to all our friends and family!

Yesterday two of your employees, Gilbert and Mike, cleaned my carpet. They did a wonderful job! They were very efficient and worked so hard and did a remarkable job! I have used two other carpet cleaners since in this house and neither one of them compares to your work. You are out of their league!

Gilbert and Mike were professional, friendly, and thorough and, even though I was the last job of the day, they worked so hard to do a superior job, and they did! I will always request them to do my carpet, and I will always use K & M Steam Cleaning to clean my carpet. They gave me your magnet to put on my refrig.

Thanks again for a job well done by your dedicated employees, Gilbert and Mike. My hat is off to them!!

Today I had my carpets cleaned by Rey and Lex, and it was wonderful. First off, they showed up right on time and I received a courtesy call before they got there. They were both VERY professional and hard working. Lex took the time to explain everything and then made sure I was comfortable with it all before beginning the work. They were also very understanding about my dog, which speaks highly of their character. My carpets look great and my couch and love seat smell fabulous and there is no dog hair!!! I choose KandM Steam Cleaning because they are locally owned and operated, and now having experienced their service, I can say that this company speaks well for Austin, Texas. Thank you Rey, Lex, and Ken. I will def. call again!

I can't tell you how impressed I am with the job that Tim and Jimi did on my tile floors and a wool area rug that I have. I am so amazed at how clean they were able to get our grout (which had never been sealed). Tim and Jimi were very professional and offered a few suggestions. Thanks so much for a job well done and for making me a very, very happy customer. I will definitely be calling your company again.

I'm new to the area and depended heavilly on CitySearch for recommendations. I was happy to learn that K&M's rating was well earned and deserved. From the prompt call pickup, easy-for-me scheduling, call before arrival, great crew, to the expertise, I was pleased. We had a puppy stay for Christmas and she did what all puppies do; K&M was able to remove the staining and smell, 24 hours after treatment, the smell was gone - the enzyme takes a bit of time to work it's magic. The crew did not oversaturate the carpet so it too, dried within a reasonable time (3 hours). I've used other cleaners before, but K&M really have done the best job in my years of having this work done. Unrelated; be cautious of the carpet companies that scrub your carpets (the non-steaming method) the process will ruin a new carpet as it seems to untwist and matt the fibers - as happened to me in Houston.

My house had smoke damage from a fireplace problem and they offered a solution to take care of the odor. It worked and our house is smoke-free. I am so glad I called K&M to have my carpets cleaned. Not only were they flexible and willing to work around my schedule, they were also so professional, timely, and - thorough! I have been wanting our carpets replaced for a long time but, now we don't need to. I came home and could not believe the drastic difference!! Alexis and the rest of the staff are caring, knowledgeable, and very professional.

As you are aware I just had my tile floors serviced by your company and Lex did my cleaning and sealing. In getting the service done there were some challenges with my floor, which now looks great. I wanted you to know that Lex was excellent. He was helpful, hardworking and courteous. I counldn't have asked for better service. I just wanted to take a moment out of my day to let you know how PLEASED I am with the work your company did with my carpets. The gentlemen who came to my house were extremely professional and hard working. I had a couple of problem areas related to pets that I thought would not come clean, Jason made a few suggestions on how to address the problem areas and I decided to take his advice, I am so glad I did. Not only are your prices very reasonable, but you really get your money worth.

My pet stains are gone, my house smells amazing, and my bank was not broken. I liked the work that Chris and Jason did so much that on top of the cost to clean the carpets I felt very, very good about providing a tip on top of it. Even with the tip thrown in, you were still much cheaper and better than any other carpet company I have used at my current home, or homes in the past.

Usually when a company gives someone a refridgerator magnet I just toss them, In your case, the magnent is going right on the fridge so I can find you easily the next time I need this service. I live in a track home that came with some fairly cheap carpeting, my neighbor had to tear his out recently because it just started looking bad, so while they are tearing their carpet out, mine, thanks to your company, looks as good as when it was new, how cool is that?

You should be very proud of your company, and your staff. If you need a referral here and there, you can feel free to have a customer or two contact me, I would be happy to share my experience with them (of course I don't want my phone ringing off the hook : ).

I just wanted to send you a short note to say how wonderful my floors look! The two young men who came to do them were very professional and thorough. My parents are in their 80's and met them at my home yesterday. My mom and dad had nothing but good things to say about Alexis and his helper. The floors were pretty gross after three years of kid traffic and pet stains, but this morning are looking as great as the day I moved into my new house! I found you guys three years ago when I left a lease house and had you clean those floors. So happy I chose you that time and will call you again and again and again!

I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with the job K & M did for me at my home. Alexis was very informative throughout the entire process. He explained it to me from start to finish. Both he and Brad did such a nice job. It was a pleasure to come home to the wonderful smell of CLEAN! The carpet looked great and felt much better too!

I HIGHLY recommend K & M to everyone. Ken, the owner is one of the nicest men I have ever dealt with, you can tell he is genuine and sincere. The price was very reasonable as well. I will use them from now on. I can't say enough good things about them! They really do care about doing the very best job possible and it shows!

I've used K&M several times and my carpets always look beautiful afterwards. The prices are good and they always do an excellent job. I have several small indoor dogs and you'd never know it after K&M cleans my carpets!

My carpets have never looked so good! They look brand new. I wish I had done this a long time ago. Between kids and pets, they were stained and shabby looking. After K&M came out, they are look beautiful. The staff was great and I am so impressed with the quality of work.

I would like to take this opportunity to say what a wonderful job K&M did on cleaning my carpet. I had many stains on my carpet from my dog and they were able to remove all of them. My carpet looks and smells new now!

The 2 gentlemen, Gilbert and Raul, that did the work were very professional and helpful. I am disabled and they were concerned with my possible slipping when walking from the damp carpet to the tile. The carpets look and smell as good as they did when they were new when they were finished. I will definitely be using your company in the future.
