I have been with Bulwark for over 4 years now and I have had nothing but the best. If I ever see a pest they come right back out and spray. It took a little bit of time before they rid my home completely of scorpions, but for over a year I have not seen a live one in my home.... and that is saying a lot! We saw quite a few when we first moved in. They started treating and we were down to maybe one a month, and all of those were dying. Then it was virtually no scorpions. Then we went months with none. We did find a dead one quite sometime later in our bathroom. My wife freaked out.... but it was dead! And now, we are scorpion free in an area that is notorious for scorpions.

And did I mention how professional and courteous the employees are. I have not meet a single one that I did not like. So to sum it up...

1- A product and service that works. (Eliminated Scorpions)
2- Quick Response to any additional needs. (Customer Service)
3- Good employees. (Clean cut and professional)

Pros: Everything that you would want in a service company.

Cons: they may not be the cheapest, but worth every penny.

We have been using Bulwark for about two years now. We live in an older NW Austin Neighborhood where the cochroaches are awful. I don't know about you, but I really, really can't stand them, they totally creep me out. Before we got Bulwark they were everywhere and now they are gone. It took about three visits (which was in about a 2 week span) for them to fully go away, and now I might see one just in the summer when they are worse anyway. The Bulwark employee's have always been very professional and they they even gave us a can of pesticide to spray just in case. They also sprayed our yard for fleas, free the first visit so ask about that service if you have furry friends. They always come right out if we do have a problem and take care of it quick, so I would recomend them to anyone.

Pros: They don't even have to come inside after the first few visits.

I've used Bulwark for going on 5 years now. This is the second house where I have used them. The first house was newer and had some spider issues. I never had any problems again after they started service. They also checked for wasps and fire ants and took care of those as needed.
In the second house, I'm in an older neighborhood. Bugs are much more an issue. I do see some every now and then, but 95 % of the time, they are dead. I only have them spray outside unless begin to see any inside. When they do spray inside, the problem is immediately taken care of and I see nothing again for months.
I've had good service and chose them orig. because their chemicals are not supposed to be harmful to pets, or birds outside and, thus far, I have found that to be the case.

Pros: good service, it works, reliable

A Bulwark rep came to my door tonight, telling me he would service my house & we'd "never have a bug again." I asked for a written detail of the service he was offering, chemicals used, price, etc. His reply was he didn't have one. I told him he could drop one off tomorrow or put it in the mail. His reply was "I don't have time for that." No sale from me, bub. He sounded like a fly-by-nighter looking to make a quick buck.

Cons: No service literature, Unprofessional
