Great job to Jr and the staff of precision auto on naco. Pass the shop everyday on my way to the gym. Needed some work done and the price they quoted compared to dealer was unbelievable. Took their time and did the job right. Will definitely be visiting again when its time for my tune up.
I moved to San Antonio two years ago. Since then I've yet to find a good mechanic that was trustworty and had reasonable prices till I came to PA. Great customer service! Home town feel. And gave me a great price. I will be returning for sure!
I found this place through a deal I got online for a $15 oil change, I drove to the place and I honestly thought this place is not going to be good but DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER! This is THE best auto shop I have ever been to. The service was excellent and professional and very quick (WAYYYY better than waiting 2 hours at Firestone). I bought windshield wipers before I went there and left them in the front seat and they offered to install them without me even asking which I thought was very courteous. Also Jr gave a link to their app which has more great deals and coupons I can use on my next visit. And I will definitely go back not only because of the deals but also the friendly service they provided :)

I took my 94 Toyota Camry in for an intermittent starter problem on 8/10/11 and it was returned to me in good working order. I appreciate the attentive service and will return to Precision Auto Masters (PAM) in the future for regular maintenance. I have also recommended PAM to my company for fleet service as well. These guys are great--thorough and reliable. Their specialty--the unusual, the hard jobs. Diagnosed a cooling problem that few beyond the manufacturer knew about...and, they stand behind their work....hmmm, even found Jr. standing behind my car, but he was just checking that the lights all worked...these are my "go to" guys!
These guys were terrific! When my oil change turned into a full brake job, they made sure I got the lowest price they could provide on the repair, then gave me and my 2 year old a ride back to my home so I didn't have to wait. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy, and even after taking as much off the price as possible, they still gave us a military discount and let us use the coupon I brought in for the oil change. Best experience I've ever had with car repair.

I was at the gas station across the street from their San Pedro location when I noticed one of my tires was completely flat and had no other option but to go to the nearest tire shop. I can't believe I have never been to Precision Auto Masters before but they fixed my tire immediatley very quick and very cheap!!! The guys here were also very professional and not distracted from their work. I have recomended this place to my friends and would recomend them to anyone who is in need of quick, quality labor for a great deal.

Precision Auto Masters is the Best in San Antonio. I am a woman and they treated me great. Explained what they would be doing to my car and gave me an excellent deal. I compared the cost of repairs they completed on my car and I ended up saving about $200.00 in comparison to other auto shops. Thanks Guys!!!

JR and the rest of his staff were excellent! I took in my car and had a small warranty. They made all the calls and got everything in order so all I had to do was pick up my car when it was done. Drives excellent and I would recommend to anybody.

I have had great service from Precision Auto Masters. Junior is always accommodating and courteous over the phone and in person. The other mechanics are nice as well. I have had small things like an oil change to big things like new struts. If there was a small error in the estimate because of timing or parts, there would be an accommodation made, usually in a discount in the total bill. Honesty is their policy. This is the way mechanic shops should be run to keep loyal customers. If I could I would rate them as 4 1/2 stars. Cindy L.
These guys are the best. I've been happily going to the San Pedro location for at least a year now. I always feel like I'm getting good work done for good prices. The time a part I had replaced turned out to be faulty Junior came to my office, got my car, took it in, replaced the part and brought it back to me. They have always treated me well.
Andrew and Junior are just really great guys.
I had to get a pretty expensive repair done on my car and it did end up taking several days, but they did not raise their price or charge me for extra labor. The final price ended up being pretty close to the estimate and they kept in GREAT contact with me throughout the entire process.

Hello..I was on vacation with family. The Yukon overheated and we were distraught. We found Precision Auto Masters on-line. Well, it is the BEST SHOP EVER...they worked with our limited budget and provide the best car care ever. I don't usually post, but I had to because of their accomodating service.
They did a great job and are honest. They fixed the most immediate problem and didn't try to force additional stuff, they let me know of other problems and gave me a timeline that items should be fixed. They are reasonably priced. I will keep going back there.
My radiator flush was long over due. I purchased an on line discount coupon and hoped for the best. I was pleasantly surprised at my experience. I was treated professionaly from start to finish. I was in and out of the shop within an hour. I asked for an estimate on a repair that needs to be addressed in the future. Again, I was surprised to find the estimate for repair was approxiamatly 25% lower than other estimates I received for the same repair. I will be going back for that repair. Family owned businesses have to work that much harder. Precision Auto Masters has proven that to me!

I had recently had work done on the brakes of my Quest up the street (Nacogdoches) when the brakes began a high pitched squealing and grinding sound. I decided to pull into Precision Auto...and Boy am I Glad I Did!\r

After checking out my vehicle, they gave me an estimate for replacing the brake pads and resurfacing rotors if needed. Brakes ended up needing just cleaning and adjusting and the price was 100 dollars less.\r

I needed an oil change and I needed it quick so I went and saw Jr. at the Nacogdoches Rd. location and he took care of us in 15 minutes! He and his staff were very friendly and their prices are great! I trust them and from now on I will be taking my vehicle to Precision Auto Masters.
After reading the great reviews on the San Pedro location and talking to Jr., I went to the new location at 13610 Nacogdoches Rd. (near O'Connor Rd.) and I am more than pleased. My '98 Chev Lumina has seen better days,it was bucking and hesitating on inclines, but I can't afford a new car.
Not only are these the friendliest people but they are honest. They did the work (completer tune-up) and charged me a good reasonable price, didn't take advantage of me cause I'm old or female, didn't try to sell me on anything else. I had a great experience when I took my car to be serviced at Precision Auto Masters. Literally all I did was drop it off and they took care of the rest, including calling my warranty company to see what was covered when the problem was diagnosed. It took a total of three days including an overnight order for a specific part for my car.
I will continue to take my car to be serviced there and to recommend to all my friends.
