After the first couple visits, you will discover you wasted your money. They know this too and that is why they will try to lock you into a contract to get repeat business from you. They make you honor the contract no matter what. My entire family was sick for months soon after the 3rd treatment. I gave Berrett a 4th chance before suspecting it was their chemicals making us sick. But the pests kept rolling on. So I had to cancel but Berrett still charged me a cancellation charge almost equal to remaining visits on the contract. Therefore Berrett thinks it's ok to charge their customers for doing absolutely nothing. And if you try to make them make good on their guarantee, they will have some rediculas excuse not to honor it. I saw no value in their service.

Berrett Pest Control is the WORST pest control company I have ever encountered! I have unfortunately been dealing with this company for a year now, though they've only serviced my property on 3 separate occasions, one of which was supposed to be a make-up for a prior missed service (they scheduled, yet never showed up). Berrett is EXTREMELY high-priced, especially when you consider that they WILL NOT SHOW UP! They either show up unconfirmed when no one is home and leave a note on the door, or they schedule to show, then never do.
I tried to cancel my service back in January after their 2nd no-show in December, but I am STILL trying to get out from under their bogus quarterly charges for service they have never rendered, and it is now June!
If one of their representatives shows up to your door peddling their service, do yourself a favor and chase him off your property and out of your neighborhood as quickly as possible!

Horrible, They the below reviews are from folks that work for the company. I am an actual customer. They ruined my home!!!. First, They lie about a contract, then they are 4 hours late or don't show at all! They dont come out when u call for warranty service! Also, they dont get rid of bugs! I have pics to prove it!!

I have used Berrett for two years now and am very pleased with the service. We have the termite stations and are pleased. They also got rid of my outdoor ant problem. The service techs are friendly and professional. Reasonably priced service.

We've been using Berrett for years now. The technicians are always clean and courteous. They even take off their shoes when spraying indoors. If you see any bugs in between scheduled visits, just call and they will spray again.
