If you like being talked down to like you're four years old by snotty $11/hr. office clerks who think their stuff doesn't stink, then by all means, rent from this management firm.

If you like calling and emailing over and over with no response, then by all means, rent from this management firm.

If you don't mind the fact that you (made the mistake of) signing a lease renewal in October ans still haven't gotten a copy by April of the following year, then by all means, rent from this management firm.

If you like being blown off and told they will call you back 'at their convenience' when calling about a dead animal in your laundry room, then by all means, rent from this management firm.

If you like being treated like you're an imposition despite the fact that you're paying them $24,000 over the term of your lease, then by all means, rent from this management firm.

I was interested in a rental property they have listed and the agent basically told me that if I was not able to rent right away there was no need for her to show me the property. She said she only got paid on rentals when they actually rented. I hope whoever owns the home finds out that the agent is basically refusing to show the house unless she knows for sure she is going to get paid. Most people don't decided if they will rent a place until they have seen it. And most agents are more than happy to show a place to have the opportunity to get paid.

She said she only got paid on rentals when they actually rented. I hope whoever owns the home finds out that the agent is basically refusing to show the house unless she knows for sure she is going to get paid. Most people don't decided if they will rent a place until they have seen it. And most agents are more than happy to show a place to have the opportunity to get paid.

Unfortunately I had to choose 1-star for this evil, corrupt, Real Estate Brokerage firm instead of 0 stars. I will second the comments on the 11/18/08 review from thisisridiculous. We also used CB D'Ann Harper Realty back in Nov 2008 to sell our house. What ensued was a nightmare from hell. Just like the other reviewer, our so called "expert" Realtor convinced us to list our house $150K higher than what it eventually sold for, 6 months later. Do I dare mention that the first buyers for our house were also represented by another Realtor from the very same office of this corrupt Real Estate brokerage firm? Too many sordid details to go into here, but the bottom line was there was incompetence, collusion, fraudulent acts, and deceptive trade practices galore amongst both Realtors. We ended up having to secure an attorney to cancel our contract with CB D'Ann Harper so we could hire a new Realtor from another Real Estate firm. We have moved around a lot in the last 20 years and have a lot of experience buying and selling Real Estate. Never before had we experienced such incompetence, corruption, and client abuse from a professional Real Estate Company. Do detailed research on the net and find out the ratings for these various Realtors when selling or purchasing a house. The BBB is not that reliable either since large Companies like these usually end up settling out of court to avoid bad ratings and bad publicity. Look at websites like these for complaints, ask around (co-workers, friends, acquaintances) for intel. You never know if someone close to you, or someone they know might have had a bad experience with a particular Realtor. Avoid the horrid, hellish experience we had to endure with CB D'Ann Harper.

Don't use CB D'Ann Harper to sell your house!!!! I met with an agent to sell my home because they were supposed to be the "expert in the neighborhood" They convinced me to list my house at a higher price than I should have. What I know now is that they are about 8 months behind the market trend. At the time, I didn't know and I trusted Coldwell Banker because they have a team of people who research things all day long. Over the course of the last 6 months the agent has asked me to lower my price again and again. He has suggested doing things that I have already thought about and were not feasible suggesting work to be done that would cost thousands of dollars. This was the only advice they could give me. The house probably would have sold in the first 2 weeks if she had gotten the price right the first time. Also CB considers putting an ad on the TV station as advertising. Having the ad once or twice in a 6 month period and having a listing on their website are the only things that they do to get your house sold. A sign in the yard streaked and blurred by the rain on the day of the open house does not cut it with me. As far as Coldwell banker goes, I have tried twice now to get out of my contract. A task that should have been very easy, especially since I have decided to wait to sell it. It has been about 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything. My agent makes lame excuses why she can't get a hold of them. I talked to two different managers and they too have given me the run around. At this point I wouldn't trust anyone from the office to sell my house considering the lack of communication that goes on there. Whats even worse is that they tried to get extra money out of me to belong in some sort of blue star club that would serve as an incentive to get my house sold. Isn't the 3% of my selling price incentive enough?

As I'm on my way to my new home they call me on the cell phone and say, "Oh, by the way. We are not done working on the house." I've lived here for about a year now and the property is run down and they won't fix anything. Rodent infestation. No keys or opener to garage. water leaks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COLDWELL BANKER!

This establishment is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. We have had a horrible time trying to get anything fixed. They take months, then when some one came out to see what was wrong, they tried to blame us for things like a door not closing properly because the foundation had shifted?!? We had to call repeatedly anytime we needed assistance and we were always met with bad attitudes and tension. Save yourself the headache!!!

This establishment is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. We have had a horrible time trying to get anything fixed. They take months, then when some one came out to see what was wrong, they tried to blame us for things like a door not closing properly because the foundation had shifted?!? It wasn't until I call the off-post housing manager at fort sam that they came and replaced both toilets (even the one that was working). Then, I received a statement claiming that I owed late charges for every month that I lived here! I had to show bank statements proving that my checks had cleared my out-of-state bank before the first of every month before I received a forced apology of a "clerical error". It has been a NIGHTMARE! RENT ELSEWHERE!
