Doctor Marchand got me through a difficult stage. I will be forever greatful. I didn't think i was able to go back to work because of all the pain I was going through since i felt the hospital. all i did was cry because of the pain I was having. But thanks to Doctor Marchand I'm working again and I don't have that much pain anymore. His honest and very understanding doctor. My rating is five star. World Class Professional.

I started seeing Dr. Marchand a little over a year ago when I moved to south Austin. I never was very excited about doctors, because I would go in, they'd poke/prod, give me some dialog, prescriptions, etc and send me on my way. It had been like that for as long as I could remember, so I assumed that's how all doctors were.
I was SO wrong! Dr. Marchand is a kind and caring person and really wants to know ME. I felt like I was talking to a friend the first time I went in. His explanations are clear, he knows who he's talking to (a patient, not a fellow doctor) and he is honest, open and considerate.
About 6 months ago, I fell and went in to see him. It was toward the end of the day and he wanted to send me over for some xrays, but the location he wanted me to go to was closing in 5 minutes. He personally called over there while I was sitting next to him and asked them to please stay late for me. Not just any doctor would do go to that kind of trouble!
