Well when I first moved in me and my husband thought this place would be nice to put our traylor and start are new life it was really quiet and I liked it but then once we moved our traylor we had nothing but problems they charged us like 30 $ if we do not cut our grass the maitnence used are electricity without even asking someone keeps on stealing are trash can and are house got broken into during the holidays I would not recommend anyone to stay here it so loud especially during the weekend there are always cars coming in and out throughout the night I am trying now to get out of here myself..

Hi,
I just moved in and I have had notting but bad service. I call to the office I even go in person and they always told me the same thing, "I will deal with it first thing tomorrow morning." After repeated calls and two or three days, they send out someone to cheeck the situation just so the person that they send over say thats the best I can do. My air has been messed up sience I moved in. He has come over to cheeck on around three times. The air just works well in two rooms, the kitchen, livingroom, restroom, masterbedroom and bathroom are with poor to no circulation of air. He sais its fine, that that is as good as it will work. Recently the air unit started leaking. I called right away. Again they said they will send him out first thing tomorrow morning. The whole weekend past he did not come over and the air leaked water to both room and the restroom. The carpets are soaking wet and we have to continuesly mope the restroom floor so no one will slip on it. Monday morning, I went to the office, they said again they will take care of it. Its been a week. The man came and just looked at it and has not returned. Carpets are still soaking wet and we are just fustrated. We had to turn off the unit now the mobile is super hot. We keep calling the office. They wont answer. We found out they went on vacations and are going to be on it the probly the whole next week. That means we have to stay without air and the carpets all wet for another week. Did I mention I am pregnant due August 10 today is July 28. I dont want my baby have to stay in a hott room. If there is anyone that can help me with these situation please email me at cloves3@yahoo. Thank you and please think about it if you want to rent from them.
