I agree with the horrible customer service review by the other poster. They will sell you $20,000 worth of product and when they send you the wrong parts or you have an issue with a product 1 week later they are no where to be found. They

The showroom has a lot of product to look at. The sales person took her time to show me all my options and I was able to make good decisions.The price quoted was what I expected and the product was coordinated with the builder correctly..

Pros: I could see a lot of product in a comfortable setting

We had an over We had an over $50,000 account; most things were handled until we had issues . we had several replacement issues. The owner tried to pass the responsibility to our builder which was not the case. We waited 9 months to get a commode installed, we had major accounting issues that were ignored with emails no response from owner. The owner does not even acknowledge us when we had to actually come into the showroom to inquire to the above. They definitely know who we are. No one greeted us and no one asked us anything. We had to literally stand there waiting then finally approached them. We were literally put off. We feel this was a very overpriced experience.

Horrible service! Three people working when I walked in today. One man was working with someone. No one greeted me...no big deal. The two other employees walked right passed me and never said a word . I was in the store long enough to be given the time of day. I left as fast as I could and went to Nob Hill. I was able to get the items I needed in less than an hour.
