I've had AAA insurance for years through AAA California and never had a problem. I've spent more time on the phone since I changed to Texas AAA six months ago than I did in the previous eight years with my former insurer. Lost forms, policies cancelled without warning, disinterested phone help, misleading information from the phone drones. You name it, they do it. Don't bother with these idiots!
Pros: Low cost insurance
Cons: Costly errors and agents who don't give a damn
