Just might be the best pizza I have ever eaten! Light and crispy! Made with the best ingredients! A little pricey but worth it! (I left without that feeling of having eaten a lot of bread.) There are only 4 locations and they are all in the Metroplex! Lucky us!

Fireside pies has fabulous salads. They are so large filled with many good ingredients. Their homemade dressings are so good. I would love to purchase a bottle to use at home.

I love trying new restaurants very often. Makes me believe that I have gotten into the wrong business. I am sorry to say that in my opinion, Fireside Pies is over-rated. I like that they offer creative pizzas, however mine was so soggy that I had to eat it with a fork even if I had chosen not to. You can really rack up your bill if you are not careful...sauces are extra. In my opinion, in this economy and time when there are an abundance of pizza places, there are many better ones to choose from for price and taste.

I love Fireside Pies!!!! Their food is so delicious it is addictive. They have an amazing fondue appetizer that is to die for. The atmosphere is really comfortable, the service is usually great and the prices are reasonable and worth it.

Every one tells us to eat at Fireside Pies in Frisco. We finally tried it. Be ready to withstand the wait for a seat. Typical wait time is 45min to 1.5 hours! It is an extremely inviting and warm atmosphere. And watching the food come out made us desperate to try this highly raved food. The salads are shared. They are a little overdressed - I recommend the Warm TMP salad. We have only tried two pizzas so far. TThey are not stellar so we are a little confused. The crust, or at least the part that isn't soggy, is wonderful. But the middle, thin layer is just flemsy when you eat it. The Oven Samper is a great start, but skip the salad if you order this.
We can't wait until the weather warms up and we can try out the patio and a pitcher of Sangria. We're going to try it a few more times and see if we can find out favorite pizza on the list.

Pros: great decorating/ambience, service is wonderful, good wine selection

Cons: the wait, overdressed salads, crispier pizza

Everything on the menu here is simply too much. Whether it is too greasy (pizzas, etc.) or simply too big portions (salads that could feed five people). This place seems to think that by providing a ton of food you won't notice that it really just tastes ok. Nothing great here, but a LOT of it. I felt guilty of conspicuous consumption just being there. Oh, and it's really crowded with spoiled Plano teenagers. Fine it that is who you want to eat with, frankly not my favorites.

Pros: Pretty atmosphere

Cons: Food mediocre at best, portions too large, crowd is not the most enjoyable company

Next to a true Chicago Deep Dish pie this is my favorite pizza anywhere. All of their pizzas are made from the freshest ingredients. They use a lot of local ingredients too. The pizza are definitely gourmet and the different types have some great combinations of flavors. The wait is always long no matter what time you go, so be prepared to wait. Get one of their great drinks at the bar while you wait. The bar is usually packed so you may have to squeeze in for a drink but food this good is worth it.
