service is not the greatest and the cook can improve. Lastly, food portion sizes are not the same in comparison to Westhimer location.. Weird

First let me say, we've had issues before here with rude waitstaff, but we gave the place another chance - figuring it was maybe just one waiter that had a problem. The last time we went, we were seated and told a waiter would be with us soon. The restaurant was only half full and a lot of the waitstaff was standing around chatting. We sat there forever without being acknowledged by anyone. We weren't even served water. Nobody came by to say that they would be with us in a minute or anything. We gave them every chance under the sun, and finally we got up and left. We went to Shogun in Vintage off of Louetta and had the BEST service! Give your business to Shogun or any of the other great restaurants off of 249 and avoid this disaster of a restaurant at all costs! (Note: the P F Chang's in the Woodlands has great service, so this is not a slight against the company, just that one particular location on 249).

                              Pros: Nothing

Cons: Unorganized, rude, very slow service, unprofessional

This is usually the restaurant of choice for birthday parties in our family, and we always have a great experience. Of course, with it being PF Chang's, there is always the great food and atmosphere, and the waitstaff is always professional. Only downer is that if you usually need a reservation for larger groups if you don't want to wait, but hanging out by the bar isn't so bad!

We basically had our food and drinks tossed at us. The waiter made alot of noise slamming dishes around. He had an uppity attitude as well. It was very irritating. Food was great though.

I agree with the persons previous review about the barenders and food being good. However, local singles? What? Maybe it depends on the time of day you go. I most of the time see couples or older gentlemen. Every now and then you'll see a single. I don't go there to pick up people. I go there to eat good food..... If you want to see more singles, go to Bakers Street Pub.

                              Message from P.F. Chang's

P.F. Chang’s is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang’s chefs hand-roll dim sum, hand chop and slice all vegetables and meats, handcraft every sauce and wok-cook each recipe, every day in every restaurant using fresh ingredients.

With roots in Chinese cooking, the culinary landscape at P.F. Chang’s now stretches across Asia with diverse, culturally inspired recipes including hand-rolled sushi, Vietnamese-style soups and bowls, traditional Chinese dim sum, wok-fired chicken and beef entrees, and family style noodles and rice. All made from scratch every day.
