Grace Gardens of El Paso is the worst! Owners broke contract agreements left and right. Owners refused meeting to discuss problems that occured during the wedding night (long lines for drinks- only one person attending bar, ran out of food and served half glasses of tea, hair in child's plate, served alcoholic drinks with come to find out no liquor license, etc etc) then threatened to call police if we stepped on premises to talk to them. Sandra and her husband are equally unprofessional - no integrity whatsoever.

I?m limited on text and so unfortunately I will be brief. These people were trying some and I don?t think they are entire jerks and so the 2 stars instead of one but...they really need to step it up on customer service.
A little background-our wedding was in summer of 2007 when they just opened up. I hope they started providing better service after that
In case you don?t read all this review I will right up front give you quick advice. Ask them to put every single little thing in writing all they way down to the cups they will be using and make them include in the contract if they are willing to subtract or give you discount from what you owe if they mess up and don?t keep their end of the deal
I understand they spent tons of money on this place and that early beginnings are usually rocky. But no excuse for bad CS. We dealt with one of the owners (the wife) and the secretary who did not communicate and constantly gave us conflicting stories and big headaches
The place was to have certain features when it opened up and by the time our wedding took place such as a pond, trees, grass etc. The grass was a total disaster. Blotchy all over with big dead yellow patches. I complained and they tried to explain over and over how it was an accident etc. I expected them offer some type of discount to make up for how horrible the outside was. They never even mentioned a discount and acted as if these things happen and I just have to take it
The DJ that came with the place was a dork. Once I told him what music I did not want played he quickly was upset and was asking me if I do realize that other people have different tastes. Duh! He acted like a child "oh man I already have my whole wedding music setup and you're going to make me work harder" type of attitude. Screwed up our first dance song too. I asked for a song and he claimed he was sure he had. At the wedding he played some other song. He didn?t even give us a warning and tell us that he never found the song etc.

Pros: Big , holds many people, beautiful inside, beatiful outside if actually looks like a garden

Cons: Bad customer service. Thats pretty much it.
