Called company to clean my air ducts. Made appointment for a Saturday and gave me a price of $10 a register (10) and $129 for the a/c unit itself. They called the morning of service and said someone will be out to discuss my service.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I was charged $325 to clean my cushions on my sofa and loveseat to remove pet stains from it. They had to come out a second time to retreat it again because it still smelled like urine. I asked them to come out a third time and when I missed the technician's phone call they left. I tried to reschedule the appointment but they told me they would charge me $69 for a "trip fee". I asked for the owner because I thought this was ridiculous to pay this and I called them right back after I missed their call. I tried to explain to the office manager how unhappy I was with the $69 fee, she then started yelling at me saying no exceptions. I then asked for her manager and she would not give me his information. I asked for her manager 's name she lied and said"Bob". These people are very rude and disrespectful. And when I did find out the manager's name it was actually Tony. I only found this out because he called me and left me a message regarding my incident. After explaining how rude his office manager was he apologized and said he would address her and that I would still be charged $69! What a rip off!! Whatever happened to the customer is always right. Please do not give these people your business. You will be sorry you did.

We have called over 4 times seeking resolution over a service issue from more than a month ago. One of the bedrooms, the main area treated for pet odor, smells like mildew. The tech stated it was going to cost $250 instead of the $99

Cliff notes - I do not recommend this company. They over charge, way over estimated the actual square footage they cleaned, and basically just saw $$ signs. They wanted to charge $1800 for what another company would charge $3-400 (I had another company come out).

Long story - We had a small flood. The fill line broke on the toilet and sprayed water for ~5 minutes before the water line was turned off. We called The Cleaner Image in a pinch because a neighbor had used them the day before and seemed satisfied. Since it was after 6pm (we called at 6:06pm) there was a $150 trip charge, regardless of any work performed. I don't necessarily have a problem with that, but instead of saying, "don't worry, insurance will cover everything but your deductible" they could have mentioned the trip charge when we first called. After arriving, I informed them we didn't want to go through insurance because this surely wouldn't even be as much as my deductible. They proceeded to tell me, "oh yes, this will end up being pretty expensive - we have to drill holes in the walls, tear out your carpet pad and replace it, extract the water, leave 6 fans and a dehumidifier for several days, etc". I told them to hold on, I am a good friend with a carpet cleaner and want call to ask his advice. Unfortunately he lives on the other side of DFW or I'd have called him first. My friend in the business even talked to them on the phone, but they didn't want to back down. I ended up going ahead and having them use the water claw to extract the water since we were already out the $150 trip fee, but that was all. Total time on site - 1 hour, but 30 minutes was us debating what needed to be done. Total bill: $410.

They wanted to leave 6 fans (at $35 per day each), a dehumidifier (uknown per day), remove carpet pad, drill holes in the wall, etc, for an estimated ~$1800 they said. They claim they extracted water for ~400 square feet. My friend came out the next morning, and said I needed 3 fans max (insurance will only pay $25 per day for a fan per blue book - I rented them from Lowes for $18 per day). He checked the walls with a moisture sensor and they were all bone dry except one that got sprayed directly with water. He checked humidity levels in the house and there was no need for a dehumidifier. He said he'd have charged less then $400 for EVERYTHING. My friend estimated at most the area that needed water extraction was 150 square feet. He also said insurance would only pay $.41 a square foot, they charged me $.65.

In the end they thought I'd not worry about how much it costs since insurance would be covering it. They were quick to throw out the terms like "Black Mold" and such that scare most people into paying. We called a few days later and told them we weren't happy with our service or the estimate of how many square feet. They said they'd get with their Quality Assurance guy, but no surprise we never heard back. It was the next day when we say all the complaints against them on the BBB site, and I'm not surprised. There are definitely better, honest companies out there, stay away from this one!

Terrible experience. They do not stand by their "100% guaranteed" statement. They left 8-10 spots all over our house, then blame us because it "smells" like bleach. Their hose leaked during the job and now they won't fix their problem. They offered to fix the problem by having someone come out to "patch" the spots with carpet from the back of our closets at an extra $50 a spot! Tony and office manager were rude and unsympathetic. There advertising claims they are "accredited Better Business Bureau" which they are not. They claim to do 3 rooms for $69.00 but fail to advertise extra cost for "pre-treatment" of stains. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
