Celaborelle is an awesome place to eat. I ate there a lot when I worked in downtown Fort Worth. It has a great buffet with a very good selection. I don't know enough about the food to know the names of what they have, but it is all good. Especially the chicken and rice dish. Oh my goodness is it good. Thinking about it makes me want to eat dinner there tonight.

This is off the beaten path in an old house that's seen better days, but boy is the food outstanding! In addition to an elaborate Middle Eastern/Mediterranean buffet, you get a fresh entree, too, for only 9 bucks! You can't beat that anywhere. It's my idea of a dining adventure, but some would rather pay 3 or 4 times as much for the decor, the celebrity chef, and the right crowd in the right neighborhood. I guess they can afford it. I can't!
