We have used this company for the last three years, per recommendation of our neighbor, who has been using them for 35 years. We asked them to evaluate our AC, which they said they would estimate at no cost. We just got a bill for $100. Will be happy to revise this review if they waive this bill, but has already left a bad taste in my mouth. If they sucker us in with a "free estimate" then they should respect their words. To make matters worst, they misdiagnosed the problem anyways. The AC started back up with no need to replace the motor fan.
Additionally, the same neighbor who recommended them to us stated that she had them come out for her AC as well and they tried to sell her a complete new unit when three others told her that it was unnecessary.
Really disappointed with the current service. Seems they are trying to gouge faithful customers in a bad economy.
Terrible. Owner is unresponsive. A/C went out around 7pm for the fourth time. Tech cam out and said there was a leak in the system & motors were burned out. Someone would come in the morning to fix. Techs came the next day and the unit still didn't work after repairs. I called again and was told to flip the breaker to reset the system. After this suggestion didn't work, I called again and was told to wait a while to see if the system kicked on, which it didn't. The tech had to return and told me he had switched off the unit in the attic and forgot. Now the unit upstairs runs continually and won't shut off. There is insulation and pieces of the duct coming in through the vents all over the house, which is new. I have had 6 service calls since purchasing the house 6 months ago. Now the company refuses to address the duct work problem under the warranty. Owner won't take my calls. Do not do business with this company.
