I want to express my appreciation for the fine work Joaquin and his crew provide to our pool. I find Joaquin to be considerate, honest and hard working. His knowledge and attention to his craft is quite evident. I highly recommend Joaquin for your pool care.

I have been using everblue Pool Service for the last 5years. I have never had an issue and they always exceed my expectations. The price is right and the staff is always very knowledgable with the latest in equipment. I personaly know Joaquin he is very honest and always willing to help, We love our pool and it is constantly as clean as possible with their affordable weekly service.

I was disappointed with the pool service we received from Everblue while I was deployed from May - Nov 08. They were generally careless in their work. For instance, my backwash hose had been sloppily assembled which caused cracks in it and the chemicals in the pool were way out of whack (extremely high chlorine and PH level way off)...probably hadn't added acid in months. They also replaced the motor on our pump. Unfortunately, it leaked. When the leak became significant, I asked Joaquin to come take a look at it to correct the problem. He came by and said it was the gasket, not the motor and that he could put some silicone on it and maybe that would fix it. If not, the gasket would probably have to be replaced. As of today, it's leaking just as bad and he had the guts to charge
me $50...for what??? This is EXTREMELY poor customer service! Sorry, but the gasket (which is attached to the motor which they replaced) never leaked before they replaced the motor and the fact
it's been leaking ever since logically tells me it was something they did/failed to do as part of a regular motor installation. The fact that they would charge me to inspect it, fail to fix their shoddy workmanship and charge me $50 is unbelievable!
Brief update to the story. Had River Oaks come out and it took the tech about 20 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. Excellent service, reasonable price and the problem is fixed. This is further proof Everblue could've/should've fixed the problem they created. I can only conclude they didn't, hoping they could get another service call and charge more money. Steer clear of these people!
