They should rename the store to CONN ARTIST because after they recieve your money you will feel taken.I called the service department to tell them my washer was leaking and they stated they would send a service man. The service man came out on Jan17 just to tell me my washer was leaking (OH REALLY) then he told me 2 weeks for the part. on Jan 31 he never showed up so I called to complain ! The next date Feb 12th he stated he would show up between the hours 4 and 6 and yes you guessed it he never showed up ! Still waiting on my washer to be fixed. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CONN'S AGAIN. People just take you business somewhere else do not get CONNED LIKE I DID ! I will be filing a compalin with the BBB as well.

RUN!!!! And run AWAAAAAYYY FROM THIS PLACE. They should not even be in business. Several years ago I had purchased some appliances from them and I had BAD customer service but they did have good prices, but that was at a city over 500 miles away. So my husband and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and we stopped in at the Conn's Arlington Tx location. We didn't find what we were looking for but we did see 2 items we liked and made arrangements to have them delivered. They were courteous with us up to the point that our transaction cleared. Once our $800 dollars cash were in their pockets, the nightmare began.

They lied about the delivery dates and times. THEY LIED SEVERAL TIMES. They contract with another delivery service and THEY LIED TOO. We attempted to talk to talk to the delivery company since the store 'couldn't help us' and the delivery company was even worse. They put me on hold once with the receiver off the hook and I heard a long conversation and much chaos; they didnt know who was doing what and were looking for files etc. They weren't sure what drivers had what....then they hung up on me. After that we couldn't get through anymore. They kept promising to keep the delivery time, which never happened. They ended up showing when both me and my husband were at work. We asked them to take the items back to the store and my husband said he would pick them up and bring them home himself. They couldnt get our items to the store until 3 days later. They loaded them on my husbands truck then he noticed that the legs on the cherry wood tv stand were battered as if they had been to Hades and back... My husband asked them to unload the items and asked for a refund. This ensued another nightmare. We didn't get out money until a whole week afterwards.
I am sharing my story with anyone and everyone. It happened to us. DONT LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU. DO NOT SHOP AT CONN's. There are so many other places in this competitive market and anyone can top the LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE at Conn's.
I went on their website and their belief's must have been copied from another merchant. This is just a 'wanna-be dream'. If they ever achieve their beliefs I would be the first to shop there. As it is, I don't expect they ever will. RUN, I SAY. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
TWO LOCATIONS OVER 500 MILES APART HAVE GIVEN ME ENOUGH BAD EXPERIENCE FOR A LIFETIME.
This site 'forces' you to fill in at least 1 star but they don't deserve even 1 tip of a star.

I purchases a 50" Samsung Plasma TV 3/08/09 picked it up on 3/10/09 got home and found a dead pixel. Called the sales person that helped me and told me to call the Service Dept. and file a service call. I called back to the store and spoke with the Manager and he told me the same thing, "nothing can be done without the Service Techs Information". I told him I will follow their procedures and that I have been a customer with them for several years. The Technician shows up after a week and tells me that they could not anything for 1 pixel that it has to be 7 or more. He said I could have told you this over the phone but my job is to come out and make the service call. They still have not replaced my TV and I was told I have to pay a 15% restocking fee to get another. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE !!NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT CONNS AND WILL LET OTHERS KNOW!
