1) Forget living in a gated community since the gate is always broken\r\n2) Advertising for amenidies they don't have. I moved in over 7 months ago and was told a new indoor basketball court was ""going up"". Well it started going up about 4 months after I signed my lease and is still not finished, I probably will not be living here by the time it is.\r\n3) The pool is always closed for it to be ""shocked"" and ""sparkling clean"" but then when it is open is still dirty. And the chairs by the pool are all broken.\r\n4) If your wanting to use the club house for any reason, although it is part of our advertised amenidies, you will have to put up a deposit of $200 ($100 of it non-refundable).\r\n5) Trash day means bringing your trash to the curb on Tuesday and Friday yet everyday there is someones trash out sitting by the curb and managment never does anything about it.\r\n6) Goes without saying that parking is a joke\r\n7) Theft and theft notices\r\n8) Missplacing your rent checks (be sure that you get a receipt and remember who you gave it to). No longer have a drop box (vandilized) so you have to bring it in during business hours only.\r\n\r\nThe staff here is a joke. One will tell you one thing and the other another. When you call with questions you get put on hold for over 20 minutes and ignored. Customer service is terrible, seriously!! Keep looking, for what we pay we should be able to expect more.
