Kiwi Carpet Cleaning

I had two bedrooms cleaned by Kiwi last night. My service technician, Rodney, was outstanding. He was thorough, careful, and took pride in his work. In our busy lives, may serviceman just rush in and rush out! Rodney took his time working on getting out some tough urine stains. He did a great job! He was considerate to take his shoes off since we have a shoeless carpet rule.
I would definitely recommend Kiwi. I have been using them for a few years and will keep doing so.

I live in a house that has carpet. Not my first choice. I HATE carpet because when you have pets its impossible to keep it even reasonably clean. I used to use a steam cleaning company. Once you try Kiwi you will never go back to the old school way of carpet cleaning.

After some bad experiences with water-extraction companies that left dirty water in my carpet and pad to rot and smell, we found KIWI Services a few years ago. We are delighted with their carpet cleaning. We have light colored carpets and KIWI has cleaned them well at least twice each year for only $4 per room with our KIWI service warranty. It makes sense to have more frequent cleanings with KIWI services.

Pros: 2-year warranty cleaning for just $4/room.

Cons: You need to be there to make sure everything is cleaned OK.

I called Kiwi to clean my soiled mattress (pet stains). The technician tied my mattress down in the bed of his small truck and drove it to their facility.
A week later, my "clean" mattress was returned in the back of the same little truck. I was charged $200, and they had driven my mattress back, UNCOVERED, from N. Austin to Kyle. It had been rained on and a bird had defecated on it. Customer service was nice about it when I called them, but I got the feeling that they really didn't care. It remains to be seen as to whether or not the pet stains will still be apparent, because it is laying over my couch-drying out.
