I have never been treated with such indifference in my life. My daughters and I had appointments for one o'clock, arrived 5 minutes before and were not greeted until I said something. I was then told to wait and someone would be with me shortly. One daughter was taken to the back for a pedicure-- after 15 minutes of sitting in the chair the pedicure had still not started.Thirty minutes later, my other daughter and I were still sitting there. Another client came in with a 1:30 appointment and was waited on before I was helped. Needless to say, I decided not to get my manicure. The "spa" was filthy, thankfully my girls are well vaccinated, the "technicians" all seemed miserable and the service my daughter received on shellac nails was pitiful. Signs posted all over the place (I had plenty of time to read them) stated they were the best of Austin for 2007--I see why they haven't earned it since then..... I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for, this place is cheap-- but they didn't even provide cheap....can't believe it is still in business...Run, don't walk to anyplace but here......

Nails Of America & Spa did just an okay job on my pedicure. I didn't think they did a good job at all on the filing and had to ask them to go over a couple of spots.

My eyebrows are gone and once I told the lady who had done the damage, she kept defending herself. I was only telling her that I was dissatisfied with her work because she said she would "clean up" the extra eyebrow hairs. Instead she took all of them off and I have no shape. I'm only bitter because I grew out my eyebrow hairs for over a year so that they could be symmetrical. Now, one that used to be short (but I grew out) is long, and my other eyebrow literally is a semi-circle and very short. On top of that, the lady made one of my eyebrows start much farther back than the other. It was horrible and I want my money back.
