Exceptionally friendly staff.
As a member I feel the instructors truly care about my growth and development.
The facilities are clean, relaxing and serene.
Highly intense workouts, but come regularly and you'll quickly see results.

I had two gift cards that I had received, but had lost. I was told by front desk they had no record and would not honor the 200 value of my gift card. I have regularly received spa gifts and, in my experience, spas keep a record of such information for this very reason. I love their yoga classes but will not be going there for spa services. Bad policy.

A bit expensive but totally worth it!!!

I just had a facial with Alexis and it was truly the best facial I have had anywhere ever. The systems she uses are truly amazing. Be sure to ask her what you need specifically (they have lots of facials to choose from) and then buy the products she recommends....they are just amazing. I have never even seen many of these facial therapies offered anywhere else...truly cutting edge. I look not only cleansed and refreshed....but, YOUNGER...which seems impossible from a facial....but, it's true. My friends have all noticed the difference!!!

I misplaced a gift certificate (worth almost $400) and the staff told me it was lost forever without a chance to redeem! I had a credit card statement showing the transaction but they informed me they keep no record of such things! This spa basically kept my money! In addition, the relaxation area is minuscule and treatment prices are not necessarily honored even when in the desk menu! I was not impressed with the treatment either! TERRIBLE is the only work I can use to describe this spa!
