I tried Emery Lauten Massage and Bodywork on the recommendation of a friend (who frankly knows more about massage than I do) but I have to say I left very very impressed. The therapist took careful notes and specifically tailoring the session to address my aches, pains and areas of tightness. And not only did I feel 1000 times better when we were done, she took the time to educate me on some simple exercises and stretches around my problem areas.
The space is very nice - well decorated and professional. Booking the appointment was a breeze. I felt very comfortable with the therapist. I can not wait to go back again.

I had a wonderful massage that combined both, the relaxing experience of a spa with the pain relief you only get from a highly trained therapist. I will be back.

If you are looking for high quality massage therapists, Emery has the best around. She takes her business very seriously and is a miracle worker with soft tissue injuries and holistic healing.
I cannot recommend Emery Lauten Massage and Bodywork any more highly. They are a cut above the competition.
