Our unit was entered on several occasions without notice or permission during the day when we were not around. This was a shocking and frightening revelation. We later spoke to neighbors who also expressed the same problem. Staff maybe entering and going though their tenets belongings.

Office management is raciest and add extra fees to the rent every month. They claim ??pet friendly?? but constantly send out letters threatening extra pet fees.

The electric provider (only choice in area) for our 900ft unit was over $150 per month. Not sure if there is something wrong with how they are getting the power readings or if the walls are that thin as they could not help since the meters and wiring are property of the apartment owners who were unresponsive about issue.

Management will bend you over and rape you to make extra money for the company. (We actually have an email from management stating such when charging us for days beyond our lease.) Don??t?? expect any deposit back.
