I wish I could give your company a good review. If you are the company that collects bills for Cy-Fair Volunteer Fire Department, then this review is for you.

I am so dissapointed that your Customer Service Representatives: Valerie and Amy care about their identity and not the identity of the customers. I am a customer who called your office trying to get information on paying a bill, which I did not know existed. In an effort to abate the bill, I was asked a question about my very confidential information. We all know that no system is really secure. A hacker can hack if they really want. Some of them work at companies like yours for that reason. They come in and learn your system, then go out and sell the information. I as a customer have a right to know that my info is going to be protected. I was tring to suggest a better way to access account information that would be safe.

I never got the opportunity to finish my concerns before both the young ladies got me upset and cut me off, left me on hold, then one of them hung up on me in an abrupt and rude manner.

How can this company get a good rating, get paid when thier information is so confidential and cannot be disclosed to customers.

It is so sad what this country has come to. People are crying for work and the ones who have work (Intermedix employees) does not deserve it if all they can make of their day is to upset their customers.

So for all the rudeness I endured this morning 09/09/10 I cannot rate your company as being good or needing to exist in Houston. My intent as a customer this morning was not to ruffle anyones feathers, only wanted to get a bill cleared and it lead to all this confusion; so not necessary.
