I recently had a wreck and my car was towed by HPD to Expro Collision. Upon arrival I was met by the manager who seemed a little pushy. I asked my car be taken to another and he told me if that was the case I would have to pay them for the towing 250.00 dollars plus an additional 350.00 to take to another location. He assured me that they were going to do a great job and have my vehicle looking new. He even pointed out some dings he would take care of for me. Well I got my ruck back and needless to say-I was right. They are crooks. They reused parts that were supposed to be replaced and so now I have to get my insurance and a lawyer involved. I confronted the manager and he blew it off as if he hadn't heard me andd now they wont return my calls. STAY AWAY! DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU.

In many ways these people deserve all five stars. They understand customer service. They are professional, gracious, and patient. My pickup truck was rear-ended at 75 mph and one insurance company totaled it, the other opted for repair. Expro considered it a real challenge. The whole repair took 3 months, but a lot of that blame went to the insurance company adjuster who needed to come to inspect many, many times, and Expro would have to stop the work until adjuster showed up. There was an issue of contaminated fuel which was likely caused by the body shop, but certainly not intentionally. The location is inconvenient to where I live. All in all, they did very good work and I would have to think long and hard about taking my vehicle elsewhere.

I just feel like I have to share my experience with the Expro Auto Collision with others. I have recently gotten into an accident in my Dodge Neon. It was in the middle of the night (I was driving home from a friend's house). I was scared and in shock, I was crying. Expro manager came to pick me up (yes, in the middle of the night), had my car car towed to the shop and took care of all the details. They sat me down, comforted me and told me that everything would be alright. They gave me a loaner car to drive right there on the spot and told me to call them any time if I needed any additional help. The care and concern that I have seen from these guys just amazed me. I have never seen anything like this before. Anyways, my car was there. They handled everything with my insurance company on my behalf so I never had to worry about a thing. While my car was being repaired at Expro, the manager assigned to me (his name was Giovanny, I believe) has always kept in contact with me, updating me on the status of the repairs on my car. Actually, everybody over there just have been so incredible and always willing and happy to help. The level of customer service was second to none, honestly, way above my expectations! As a matter of fact, I have received a call from the owner himself asking me how I was doing and if they could be of any additional assistance to me. I was like, "WOW!"! I was amazed. My car was repaired quickly and when I came to pick it up, it looked just like the accident has never happened. Of course, I am not planning on having any more accidents any time soon, but, should the need arise, I know where to take my car. Thank you so much, Expro, you now have a customer for life!

i had an acciedent. friend of mine recomanded expro, i took my car to the shop. they gave me a reasonable estimate and i left my car there. a week later my car was ready but i couldn't make it within bussiness hours to pick my car but to my surprise the manager terry offered to wait for me after hours. my car looked great and i recomand expro to every body. excellent work, people, and service

I had a great experience at Expro the ppl there just great and very helpfull, i had bad accidend with my Benz and i thought my car will never be the same, but after fixed my car at Expro i was surprised my car looked even better than before, since i service my car and my family's cars only there and i'm so happy with their services, clean work and very reasonalble charges for the great job they do.

This place takes their sweet time fixing your car. No one will ever return your call. A month later. My car is still there.
You call and they will tell you they will call you back. Not once on a month has anyone returned my call when they say they would. If you call them every 3 days, they will tell you of you rush them they will not do a good job

Great Job, Great Service

I was in an accident on a Saturday night. Expro towed my vehicle with no out of pocket charge for the tow...they just included in the bill. They also gave me a temporary loaner-car right then and there until I could come in first thing Monday morning to get my official rental-car. It took about 14-17 days and my car was already finished and ready. Very good friendly service staff that is hardworking and very helpful. I never got the "run-around" from this place, never felt like I was getting lied to or taken advantage of either. I recommend this place!!!

Horrible service, mistreatment of customers

My car was totaled last year and I was supposed to drive a rental for a number of days. The day I was supposed to return the car, I accidentally broke the headlight. I was prepared to pay for it, so no problem. When I get there, Geovanny reassures me that the price will be reasonable. I had brought my mom so that she could drive me back home. Well, this guy had a problem with her and so not only was I charged $400 but we were also thrown out of the shop because he felt she was giving him attitude.
The thing about that is that he told me he was going to call the cops if we didn't leave because my mom was spreading bad word of mouth to other customers. This was an absolute fabrication; even the woman my mom was talking to was telling him my mom wasn't saying anything. In fact, the woman was telling my mom that this place told her to lie to her insurance company about an accident she had. Anyway, when I complained later to the president, all I got was a $150 refund and this Geovanny character still has his job.

I HAD AN ACCIDENT WITH MY 2008 HONDA ACCORD THE WRECKER DRIVER SUGESTED EXPRO AUTO COLLISION. MY CAR HAD A BIG DAMAGE AND TO BE HONEST I HAD A DOUBT THAT MY VEHICLE CAN BE REPAIRED. I MET MIKE THE GENERAL MANAGER, GEOVANI, AND TERRY THEY ASSURED ME THAT MY CAR WILL BE REPAIRED AND I WON'T BE ABLE TO TELL THAT IT WAS REPAIRED. MY INSURANCE COMPANY TOLD ME IT WILL TAKE 3 WEEKS TO REPAIR. EXPRO GAVE ME A FREE CAR TO DRIVE, AND TO MY SURPRISE EXPRO CALLED ME IN 2 WEEKS TO LET ME KNOW THAT MY CAR WAS READY BEFORE MY INSURANCE HAD A CHANCE TO CUT ME THE CHECK FOR THE REPAIR. MY CAR WAS PERFECT THANK YOU VERY MUCH EXPRO YOU ALL DID A BEATIFULL JOB I CAN'T TELL THAT MY CAR WAS WRECKED IT LOOKS GREAT. I RECOMAND EXPRO TO EVERY BODY.

Expro provided the highest quality service I have ever seen. There were some major dents on my car when I brought it in for service. The experts at Expro sat down with me clearly explaining their work, provided a very reasonable estimate and worked with me and my insurance company to fix the problems. My car looks like new and I couldnt believe my eyes after they repaired the dents. Expro is dependable and I shall always use their service and recommend them for your auto collision repairs. They also went above and beyond their usual service by providing me with a rental car when I was unable to obtain one from Avis/Enterprise at a reasonable price.

WARNING! Do not take your car to this place. They take forever. No one will return your call when you check the status of you vehicle. Friendly, but they are all full of it. Terrible customer service.

In February we bought a new KIA Sportage. Little did we know the car had a bull's eye painted on it. Since the purchase there have been 4 accidents. Each time we took the car to Expro Auto Collision & Repair Center. Mike, Giovanni, the secretaries have been paragons of service and have treated us with respect and dignity. The repairs were made with the utmost Professionalism and each time the car was returned to us as if brand new. The company worked with our insurance and, again, the service was the best we have ever encountered. I would recommend this Autobody Repair company above all others in Houston. Five stars are not enough. They deserve at least 10.
