I was referred by a friend. The waiting room was packed and I had to wait about an hour due to an emergency. I thought he would rush me through. I was pleasantly surprised he took the time to listen, run test, x-ray's and give me exercises to do to help my shoulder. He didn't look at my age and say " that's as good as it gets" he understood and was willing to help me achieve.
