I called home watch for my security needs, they were very knowledgeable and understood what I wanted and needed. Customer service was excellent!!! When the install guys came out they did a wonderful job installing all the cameras, very professional.
When people ask about the cameras, I tell them Home Watch.

HomeWatch did a very good job installing the cameras, I'm very happy with the job they did. I wanted this system not because I have crimes going on but to prevent crimes from happening. At least I can see what's going on now!! Thank you HomeWatch.

I called home watch to get a quote, the owner was at my house that evening and put together a quote for what I wanted.
The install guys were here the next morning ready to start my camera installation.
Bobby showed me how to work my camera system in my home and from any computer I can log in to see my house, even on vacation.
Home watch did a great job on the whole process. I would recommend Home Watch for your security needs.

I have a nail salon, I had HomeWatch put in my camera system. Erik designed the system to fit my needs. It makes me feel comfortable to know that my salon is fully secured. I can see any theft, any wrong doings, everything going on while I'm there and when I'm not. Thank you HomeWatch for the professional installation and great job you did for me and my salon.

HomeWatch put a camera system up at my business. The installation was professional, their IT guy showed me how to use the system, it's the best asset for my company. I can see what's going on with my employees, when the trucks come in, verify time, and watch my business from my home. It stopped a theft problem I was having. Would highly recommend HomeWatch for your security needs.

I'm a mom at the office for the most part, I watch my home throughout the day from my desk, it's wonderful seeing who is coming in and out of my house. The Home Watch team did a great job installing the cameras where I wanted them, helped me understand how it works, I tell all my friends they need this security for their home.

I spent serious money with Homewatch and the camera system never operated as explained. Immediately, work was needed on my systems and the owner of the company promised to get the system in order and then stopped returning calls, emails, texts - you name it! This company will sell you whatever you want but has no service to back it up. No integrity from even the owner of the company and terrible quality in the system that was sold to me. Terrible experience.

Since the beginning of 2007, Conner Industries, Inc. and Homewatch Security Cameras have been doing business. From the first project of correcting a poorly done install from another vendor to most recently supplying and installing systems in two of our plants, Homewatch has done a great job for CII.

We first worked with Reed a couple of years ago when he was with another company in Far South Texas. He and his crew installed the same type of system that we are currently using at three of our facilities. They did such a good job for us that we brought Homewatch on now as our exclusive Camera system vendor. The product looks great ? even over a WAN connection.

We are truly glad to have Reed and Homewatch as our camera system vendors; they bring additional value to the systems they provide.

For some time, my wife and I have been considering purchasing a camera surveillance system. Having reviewed some information on the internet, we decided to visit the Woodlands home show in August as an alternate option. It was there that we reviewed the system displayed by Homewatch.

Following a demo we were convinced that was the system that met our needs. That decision was partially based on the following:

(a) The equipment and cameras were integrated into a system with known compatibility;

(b) The ability of capturing camera recordings on to a hard drive; and

(c) Ease of operation.

While it is important to have confidence in the system design and equipment, the most important factor in influencing our decision was the knowledge and disposition of the personnel representing Homewatch at the home show. We were informed of the expertise of the installers and were given an installation date of 8/18.

That expertise was confirmed on the agreed installation date. The installer reviewed the agreed locations for the four cameras; surveyed the attic to establish the best route for the cables to be nearest to the router; and ran cables to a single outlet in the sheetrock. That was all done in a very professional manner as well as demonstrating the necessary knowledge. The IT representative was equally knowledgeable and professional and had responsibility for "fine tuning" the system that included transfer of the camera monitoring into a lap top to permit external display of the cameras when away from home through the internet. Both representatives were responsive to questions.

Against such a background, we have no hesitation in recommending the system; the representatives from Homewatch; and the professional expertise of those who installed and made the system operational. It was a pleasure to work with an organization that has the necessary expertise and commitment to the customer.

I am writing this letter in reference to the security cameras we had installed here at Northwest Dodge.

The job was done by Reed and his employees at HomeWatch. They made it a very painless install, paying attention to detail and making sure that I understood what they were doing every step of the way. Everything was done in a timely manner and they worked out any glitches as fast as technology would allow.

Since the job was done, they continue to answer any questions that we have come across.
