From the initial phone call, which came as soon as I hit send on the S.M. site, I was exceptionally impressed with Daniel. While working on the oven, Daniel explained every step as he took my oven apart and looked at it. Knowing I was on a tight budget, he even offered to order the part and have me install it myself if I wanted to. Unfortunately, the parts needed for my oven are on back order and could not be fixed before Thanksgiving. However, if I ever need any type of appliance work or A/C work, Energy Experts will be my first call. They were on time, polite and very knowledgeable.

I was impressed from beginning to end, Daniel contacted me within minutes of my requesting contact from A/C contractors. He was very accomodating to my work schedule. He called 39 minutes prior to arriving as he said he would. My son met him at the house, but Daniel took it upon himself to call me and tell me what he found and explained in detail my options and the cost. Definately will call him again and recommend to friends.

Daniel responded to my inquiry immediately and was at our home the next day for a free evaluation of our problem. He and his entire staff were polite and knowlegable. The installation of our heat pump only took one day and the service was excellent.

Daniel was very professional and efficient. He was able to quickly spot the problem, quoted me the cost the fix it (which was reasonable), and had it fixed and finished. Since we will be remodeling soon, he also gave me a quote for a new condensor unit to replace our older one when the time comes.
Will definately use him in the future.

Daniel spoke with me on the phone about the problem with my A/C for about 20 minutes to fully understand the problem. He came out and was very professional. It was for a second-opinion and he did not charge me for the call or his assessment. He offered solution to my problem and told me what to do if his intervention did not fix the problem and gave other suggestions for what might be going on. I would recommend this service and company without hesitation. Thanks for your help.

Was able to diagnose and repair quickly. very knowledgeable. The repairman even through in the kitchen sink, literally he fixed my leaky sink..Lexus service at Toyota prices.

We chose Energy Experts.they were the only ones that provided a solution for the problem we were having with the refrigerator that would keep us from losing all the food in it and would allow us to make it a few days until someone was able to come to our house to fix the problem.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing refrigerator repairs.
