Mc Dougal Sandy Dds - Plano Pediatric Dentistry Pa

We have visited Dr.Sandy's office twice - once for checkups and cleanings for a 3 year old and a 5 year old, and once for a pulmotomy, crown and filling for the 5 year old. We found Dr.Sandy and her staff to be very kind, friendly and helpful and they really seem to love children. Even after the involved procedures that my 5 year old had, he still left the office happy and not afraid of going to the dentist. That speaks volumes about the gentle care these folks give their patients. Since our treatment plan included several appointments for our 5 year old, I called our insurance about possibly doing a second opinion to compare prices. But the person I spoke with from insurance said that Dr.Sandy's prices seemed reasonable and were not over the top at all. So for gentle care, kindness, and price value, this is a super office to take your children!

Very nice and clean place, office staff are really nice, made easier for moms, theirs explains was easy to understand (Im living in U.S.A only 6Years, little English skill), I did feel very comfortable, and important is my son was happy with go back to that office again.

It was my child's 2nd visit to the dentist and much more detailed than his previous visit (at another dentist)-they explained what they were doing, why it was being done and what to expect in the coming year's visits. I actually spent time with the Doctor and she went over some in home pointers. We will visit again. The staff made the visit easier and were very helpful. I did not feel rushed.

We were very pleased with this dental office. We had no wait and the staff was very courteous to my child. The best was that he was not frightened and left very happy. Wish my experiences were as positive. Nice toy selection when they leave. :-)

Going to the dentist can be a good experience. I took my almost four year old to this dentist a few weeks ago. The office was nice, but didn't have a whole lot to do in the waiting room. There were some books and a few toys. I expected it to look a little more cheerful in the waiting room. The staff was very friendly and understanding. Upon entering the exam part, I was more impressed with the decor. It was very appealing to my one year old and my three year old. The dentist explained everything to me and was GREAT with my children. She only used a few tools at once so my son wouldn't be fearful. At the end he got to pick out a prize. I felt good and so did both of my children. She even cleaned my one year olds teeth (he has 2) since I had some concerns and didn't charge us. I will be returning!

The office staff are nice, helpful and understanding for a change. The office is new and extremely clean. There was only a short wait during the appointment time-we were in and out in about 30-40 minutes. A great experience!
