I called and spoke to Scott and told him that my car was hot. He brought some coolant and put it in but you could not actually see a leak. He said he would follow me back to the shop to make certain I got there okay and did not have any more problems.
I have always been treated decently and greeted when I go there. They are willing to stay late and assist you with getting back in your vehicle as soon as possible. I highly recommend this location to anyone I know needing a repair shop.
I took my car in for a coolant flush, transmission rush, and oil change. The crew was GREAT! They took me back to my house while I waited on the work to be completed. I always hate taking my car in, because it seems like no matter where I take it they try to sell me something or tell me something is wrong with my car. That was not the case here. They did what I asked and sent me on my way. Thank you SO much CBA!
I never ceased to be amazed at how professional this shop is run. service manager Mike and owner Kevin will go out of their way to make every visit exceptional. They won my business away from the dealership because their pricing was cheaper, but I'd actually pay more now if they charged it to know they are looking over my vehicles. They don't charge you for things you don't need. Where do you find places like this? No where but CBA! Highly recommend this shop and personnel!!
Three days later and $800 poorer my car still did not run. All I received were a new O2 sensor and cleaned out throttle body. The whole experience at Christian Brothers was a nightmare. No one seemed to know what was wrong with the car and I had no confidence in what they were telling me. When I gave a poor review on the e-mail survey the owner called me and asked me what my biggest frustration was. I told him that after seeing them and spending $800 I now had to go elsewhere and spend more money to get it fixed. He asked me to come back in and to give them another try in addition he would cut me a $50 check for a Railroad discount I should have gotten. Three days and $800 dollars later they figure out it was a bad battery. When I asked about the check I was promised they said they would mail it. Three weeks went by with no check and when I e-mailed asking about it he said they had created an account with a $50 credit. So not only did the owner lie to me and arrogantly assume I would bring my car back there for future repairs he was extorting me into coming back. I talked about this to other people I work with and they said they had similar experiences. ??We will credit your account for next time?. That place is sick and should be shut down.

Rhonda K. Delcambre Says: Christian Brother's not only offers excellent customer service; but also offers excellent repair service to absolutely satisfy the customer. It is also refreshing to find a automotive shop that has the honesty and integrity with a warm and inviting atomsphere for diverse groups of customers.
Bobby Beaudreaux Says: Always take our family vehicles there. Even the wife doesn't mind dropping off there - the guys are professional and courteous. The waiting area is very clean and the shop always looks great. I recommend them to everyone who asks about a good shop.
These guys are the greatest. My wife and daughters take the cars there because they don't feel intimidated and the front office is very clean (sometimes cleaner than our home!) They always fix it right the first time and the quote is always the same as when they quote the job over the phone.
Outstanding Service - always have had a great experience with Christian Brothers. These are the only guys I take my vehicles to. Clean shop, clean restrooms and professional attitudes. I don't get the "run around" with repairs and they repair it correctly the first time. I've been to the "other guys" around town and Christian Brothers is the only shop I will go to. My wife and daughters also feel comfortable dropping off their vehicles there and never feel intimidated about the experience. I recommend this shop to everyone - worth every penny.

I recently heard a strange noise in the back of my Nissan Pathfinder when I went around a corner or hit a speed bump. I am disabled and since I used to be a mechanic could not figure out what was wrong but thought the worst. Unfortunately, I am not able to get under a vehicle anymore and check things out for myself. I pulled into the shop and Kevin the owner himself crawled under my SUV as I sat nervously in the waiting room in my 'scotter' with my fingers crossed.
About fifteen minutes later Kevin came back with a smile on his face. He informed me that my spare tire was loose. He had tightened it up for free and he certainly has earned my business. He could have said anything reasonable and I would have gone with it. I deeply appreciate his honesty

I recently took my car in for a brake job. They replaced the 2 front rotors and brake pads. The bill came to over $500. For the sake of comparison, I recently had the same brake job done on my wife's car (at a non-dealership mechanic), and it was $400 which was more in line with what I was expecting to pay. So curiosity got the better of me and I called the local Infiniti dealership to see what this same brake job would cost in terms of expensive "dealership" dollars. They said $500. Now why would I take my car to a place who charges the same as the dealership?? Why wouldn't I just take my car back to the dealership, get OEM parts, manufacturer warranty and work done by the techs who know my car best????? Christian Brothers did the work just fine, but they are too expensive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
By the way my experience isn't isolated it seems...
I told my story to another car guy at work, and he said he had exactly the same experience at another Christian Brothers. They appear to do good work but are way overpriced with their "dealership" prices. I will not be going back to Christian Brothers.
