Don't go here, they do NOT value your time- At all! NONE!
- I had an appointment at 2pm. Upon arrival , the there were two staff sitting in the corner talking and one with a family who were viewing pictures. I got there a few minutes early and waited 30 minutes ignored after check in. I asked the lady what was going on and she said they only have one photographer and he should be done soon. I explained he was not taking pictures but spent 30 minutes talking and chatting with the family about pictures. I had a 6 month old (and planned this session after a nap and being fed) so I was working in a limited window, hence the appointment. I asked why someone could not finish up with the family so we could start our session, this is a longer wait then to get into my Dr and there were only 2 customers in the shop. One lady left, the lady at the front desk did absolutely nothing and someone stopped in to check on the photo machine ( which was broke) and told me we would have to wait for photos as they drove across town to another store to pick them up, Really? I could have dealt with the entire photo printer being broke, but not an appointment going over 30 minutes while they chatted about photos.

1) Don't expect they respect your time. My grandson was only in town for the day and we were had limited time to spend but factored in an hour for the event.

2) I would not want to talk to anyone for 30 minutes about photo exposure

3) if you are running late, very late have the courtesy to tell your customer vs. ignore them while you do nothing.

4) Call for help or talk to your manager about better managing your store's service.

i don't understand how they do business this way and I see I am not the only person with this complaint. In fact, I typically don't complain but when I asked for the manager's card, I was given a generic card and she wrote the name Kara on it. I asked- does Kara have a last name or direct phone number since this is the store line and I was told no.

Not even an apology. This store sucks.

I left - the photographer was not even close to being done and after reading other reviews on yelp, I understand this is the NORM.
