I've been a patient for 3+ years. Everything is always great in terms of medical care and admin support. There is a wait to get in and be seen, but I know that's always a possibility and prepare for it and it is totally worth the walk-in format. As long as I know I'll be seen that day and not have to wait days for an inconvenient appointment time at some other clinic. I love it here. Dr. Beene is great and makes sure all my issues are addressed and discussed.
The wait was extremely long but the actual interaction with the staff was very nice.
