We started looking at Kitchen remodeling companies during the summer (2009). Our challenge was to update a 16 year old kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter tops, and updated lighting. We also wanted to retexture of the downstairs ?popcorn? ceiling. After visiting with several remodeling companies over the summer, we decided to go with Roy at New Creations. Why? Several reasons: we were impressed with the online feedback from the customers, website photos of past projects, a call to a past New Creations customer and Roy?s openness to answer the numerous questions with regards to his past remodeling jobs and overall business structure. But the one thing that really captured us before we signed the contract was the visit to the showroom and the discussion with Roy?s team. We could really feel the true commitment to us (the customer).

We just recently finished the kitchen (October 2009) with new custom cherry cabinets, under-cabinet lighting, tile back splash, and granite counters. The one common message from our family, friends and neighbors is ?WOW! Is that the same kitchen??
The kitchen looks like a photo straight out of a magazine ? perfect and met all the requirements we set out to accomplish. Also, the removal of the ?popcorn? ceiling makes the entire downstairs look like a different house.

Roy (owner), Trevor (on site manager), Apollo (tile), Greg (cabinets), Ray (ceiling and paint) and Troy (office manager) were extremely supportive through the always unforeseen surprises that come along with every remodeling job. The schedule from Troy was constantly updated and the overall team?s communication was outstanding. Roy and his team come highly recommended from our perspective.

It has been 3 years since my remodel and I am as happy with the work as I was the day it was complete. The crew was professional and curtious. When they worked, they did their best not to interupt our lives. Not to mention, the work was done quickly and the craftmanship was stellar.

I used New Creations for a kitchen remodel 2 years ago. Roy was great about helping me through the process of choosing granite and tiles to suit my style. He kept everything within my budget but always gave me options for upgrades if I wanted them.
His team was very professional and my home was always cleaned up at the end of the day. The job was finished in a timely manner and follow-up was excellent. I was so pleased that I have now signed on with New Creations to have my master bath updated.

We had Roy and the New Creations crew remodel our 30 year old kitchen and are really pleased with how their work updated and revitalised the most popular room in our home. We liked our solid wood cabinets and wanted to try to match new door additions to existing cabinets. We were not sure it could be done to our satisfaction. How wrong we were! Our friends can't tell the new from the old, and Greg, the cabinet guy, really worked wonders with all our ideas. We were very impressed with the skilled artisans making up the New Creations team. Mike, the project manager, checked on the project every day and Troy made sure our several requests regarding the work site and our neighbors were met. For example, we didn't want loud music blasting from radios; we wanted the work site cleaned up at the end of each day; we asked them to keep the number of crew trucks and cars to a minimum and that our and the neighbor's driveways be kept free. New Creations exceeded our expectations in all regards.

We are truly pleased with the finished product and would happily and enthusiastically recommend Roy Faust's New Creations to anyone thinking about kitchen and bath remodeling. We hope to remodel our master bath in the coming months and are keeping Roy and his team on our speed dial.

Due to some structural limitations, our kitchen cabinetry had to be custom built. We chose New Creations because of 1) their business process model and warranties, 2) their flexibility in working with both our design and budget constraints, and 3) their many rave and recent reviews.

Every member of the NC Team was professional, flexible, creative, and prompt in communicating and resolving questions or challenges. Additionally, as experienced remodelers (not new construction) they appreciate architectural style versus popular trends, can anticipate potential issues in existing homes, and, blessedly, they respect that we 'live' here.

My husband and I were exceedingly pleased with how easy the entire process was, unlike our prior contractor experiences. Working with Troy, Greg, et al, we were able to smoothly coordinate third party tradesman work into the schedule, including my husband and I doing some work ourselves. The most stressful point was deciding on a paint color!

We are very happy with how the finished kitchen looks and functions, and that it was completed by the target date. We would recommend Roy and New Creations without hesitation.

Each associate of New Creations, from the ower Roy, with partners Troy and Greg, to the construction crew Polo and his helper Juan, truly cares about doing the best job possible and making the experience pleasant. They hire the best electricians, painters, plumbers, appliance installers in the business and coordinate their schedules so you don't have to worry about a thing. As a matter of fact, Roy's favoriate expression to me was "Don't worry...that's what you're paying me for." And with Roy Faust you get your money's worth. Not only would I recommend him to anyone looking to remodel, I'm recommending him to my MOTHER!

I would recommend New Creations to anyone looking to understand all the options when facing a kitchen remodel. The design center was unique in that Roy could create a mock up with the finishes I had chosen- this was great for a person who debates endlessly between options and is not entirely confident in her ability to picture the finished product from a sample tile. New Creations really seperated themselves from other contractors I have used while remodeling with their superb degree of creativity, communication, and customer service. Our old kitchen looks better than I had dreamed at almost half of the quote I had recieved from a nationwide company. Thanks to Roy, Troy and the guys who have worked so hard to do the job they promised!

I am very pleased with my recent kitchen remodel by New Creations. From the initial consultation, through the selection process and until completion, I was impressed with the attention to detail and customer service.
During the selection process at the New Creations design center, Roy was very helpful, giving me insight when I was having difficulty with a decision.
If I ever had a concern or question, I received a prompt response AND follow through from Troy, the project manager.
Each and every tradesman involved in the remodel was professional, punctual, courteous and cleaned up at the end of the day. I would not hesitate to recommend New Creations to anyone embarking on a kitchen remodel.

Roy, Troy and their team at New Creations did an amazing job on our complete kitchen remodel. They provided us with an accurate timeline and everyone to a man and woman were absolutely professional. The listened to our ideas and needs and the results are exactly what we were after. The craftsmanship on our cabinets, tile and counters is stellar. When I walk into my kitchen I just have to stand there and smile! I know there are a lot of great builders/contractors out there but these guys are the tops. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were 100% satisfied and we are.

New Creations completely remodeled our kitchen and bathroom this summer. It was no small job as plumbing, electrical and duct work had to be completely rerouted. The job was so major that it even required reframing part of the house between the upstairs and downstairs and relocating a drain in the bathroom. Wow, we didn?t even know things like this were possible.

Roy and his designer worked with us until we everything was perfect. With their experience they had the coolest ideas you could ever imagine. We went with all natural products and we now have the most beautiful kitchen and bathroom you have ever seen.

Everyone on Roy?s team meticulous and professional. They really cared about making us happy throughout the entire process.

We highly recommend Roy and his team at New Creations for any kitchen or bathroom job you may have. They have the necessary people and experience to handle any job no matter how large or small.

We were concerned about our ability to envision a stylish, practical design, but Roy and his designer helped us make great decisions that fit our family. Troy kept the job running smoothly and kept us aware of what work would happen each day. All of the staff we interacted with were dependable, professional, and meticulous. They even worked to minimize any mess. Roy and Troy went out of their way to make sure we loved every aspect of our kitchen. They actually made the experience fun and stress-free. Last fall, New Creations did a complete remodel of my kitchen. From beginning to end everything was done on time, within budget and with tremendous professionalism. I am very picky and slow to make up my mind, but Roy and his crew were always patient and accommodating. In the end, I couldn?t be happier with my kitchen. The design is functional and fits my needs perfectly. The craftsmanship of the cabinets is first rate. The tile work is exceptional. And, just a few weeks ago ? nine months after my kitchen was finished ? I called Roy when I noticed a slight problem. Two days later my problem was fixed. Roy is all about customer service. He says he stands behind his work and he does. I would recommend Roy and New Creations to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen.

Using New Creation's showroom it is easy to visualize the various combinations of colors and materials. Roy also worked with the appliance and fixtures vendors so we got builder's prices, saving thousands. The employees and contractors for tear out, cabinets, electricity, tile, painting and appliance installation were on time, professional, and the painter even spent extra time touching up some things where we saw no problems. And the cabinets are especially beautiful. We plan to use New Creations again for our bathroom.

Many companies can do the job but when I spend my hard earned money I want quality work and unyielding customer service. I acquired several bids ranging from Home Depot to older established kitchen remodeling companies. I found Roy to be the most attentive and interested in our specific job.

Roy sincerely got excited when we talked about our kitchen. He first listened and then offered his experienced and talented opinions to help us make the best possible decision about the materials and design for our kitchen. We had several visits at Roy?s showroom where we tossed around many design ideas until we pin pointed the one for us. I feel like Roy treated our remodel as if it were a fifty or sixty thousand dollar job. But actually ours was a quite small job relatively. This is why we chose Roy at New Creations.

Roy remained excited throughout the job and was always easy to contact. The work stayed on schedule from tear out to finish. My wife and I met and talked with everyone of the laborers as they performed their various tasks and were impressed each time. Roy has selected quality folks to represent New Creations.

Weather you have a total kitchen remodel or a partial like we did (granite counter top with travertine back splash) I feel confident in recommending Roy and his crew at New Creations?. And I think you will enjoy the excitement Roy has for providing the best customer experience possible.

I had always wanted to convert a large island in my kitchen to make part of it into a bar while leaving the other half at counter height. After seeing the fantastic work that New Creations did on a friend's bathroom re-model, I contacted Roy for a bid and eventually decided to go with them for the project. Troy did a great job managing every detail of the project, and their carpenter did an absolutely fantastic job with the cabinet work. Troy ran all around town finding tile to match the slate that was already down in my kitchen, and they were also able to find a great match for my granite counter tops. The completed job looks exactly the way I had envisioned it; New Creations did a great job every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

A good contractor is an expert at "hand-holding", and Roy and Troy and crew took care of us every step of the way. My husband and I knew that a kitchen remodel would take a good while to finish, and that the mess it created would be stressful, but Roy and his staff were so good at letting us know what we could expect on a day to day basis.

All of the workers were very pleasant to be around. My husband and I both work out of our home, so we got to know most of the workers pretty well. They were very patient about answering any and all questions we might have, and always did an excellent job cleaning up at the end of every day.

Our kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. We never imagined that the transformation would turn out as well as it did. I never get tired of cleaning it...seriously!!! We highly recommend hiring New Creations to do your next kitchen/bathroom remodel. They will go out of their way to make sure that you are a very satisfied customer!

The New Creations team led by Roy, Troy, and the crew truly turned our outdated kitchen into our dream kitchen. Every aspect of the remodel was on time and just as we discussed. Roy's ideas, plans and willingness to listen to what we wanted made the experience so positive. From the early stages of not knowing exactly what we wanted we were put at ease. Roy was able to pull together an incredible design based on what we liked and disliked. The crew was outstanding. Not only was their work top quality, they were all so careful to clean the work area each day. Troy kept us updated every step of the way. We had a clear plan as to when projects were being done, who was going to be at the house, and every question we had was promptly answered. We truly love our new kitchen and feel blessed to have had such an amazing team of professionals working to complete the project.

The team at New Creations is one you can trust and will ensure that your ending result is the kitchen you dream of using on a daily basis. Let's face it, going through any remodeling effort can try anyone's patience. But with the New Creations Team we found ourselves with a partner that stuck with us through every phase of our large remodeling effort and was true to their word. Highly ethical, openly communicative, and when problems arose we were able to work through them very easily. Roy helped us in as many ways to keep our costs and headaches to a minimum all while having a great working attitude (e.g. let us manage several sub contractors to reduce the management costs and have them work better within our schedule, worked with an independent designer for two hours to select the hardware and vision for the backsplash, and had his team work extra hours to resolve the projects last checklist items). Additionally, all products used and more importantly recommended were of very high quality/standards (e.g. granite countertops, high end appliances, custom cabinets where you select the wood and stain, stone flooring). At the end of the day you want to work with people that will stand by their word and work through any issues that could/will arise during a project remodel. Roy and his team at New Creations did so over a two month period and helped us renovate a kitchen and utility room that is truly the envy of the neighborhood. I highly recommend hiring them for your next kitchen remodeling project.

The team at NC - Roy, Troy and Apollo - were outstanding from start to finish on our total kitchen redo. We started with an initial free consultation with Roy where we exchanged ideas of what we wanted and heard from Roy what the latest in kitchen design trends are. From initial concept, we quickly settled in what was possible given our kitchen configuration and budget. The NC design studio allows the viewing of various types of custom cabinets, granite and tile backsplash, which made the selection of materials seamless. We were given several hours of consult time with a designer at the studio that helped coordinate colors and textures and led to a beautiful, custom backsplash design. Within two weeks the remodeling started and was tracked with the NC project-specific schedule. Not only did this schedule specifically indicate what would be happening in all six phases of the project, but also described the decisions that were needed along the way in terms of product selection, where we needed to go and who we needed to talk to. The NC team provided coordination with the vendors and installers so that we only had to deal with them. At each step of the way, our project manager, Troy, was on site and ensured that the remodeling and installation was expertly performed. Apollo expertly installed the custom tile backsplash, which was somewhat complicated in pattern in design. In every construction project there are problems that arise and what I especially liked about NC was how they tackled the problems quickly and head on, even when it meant extra costs that they had to absorbed to resolve the issue. This is unheard of in this day and age in construction. Our kitchen remodel was not only stunning to look at, but represented a pleasant experience despite the obvious disruption to normal household life during the project. We would highly recommend NC to anyone who wants an outstanding kitchen remodel at a fair price.

As a first-time home remodeler, I was surprised at how emotional the whole experience can be. You're handling countless deadline-driven decisions, surprises, expenses and strangers in your home. Yet somehow, thanks to the great planning and communication of Roy and Troy at NC, I can genuinely say that I did not stress out one bit. Not only do they offer a stellar service--my kitchen is stunning--at a very reasonable price, but they bring a whole lot more to the table. They are genuine, creative, trustworthy people who are passionate about what they do, and are deeply committed to the homeowner's positive experience. Every question or concern I had was addressed completely and in a timely manner. Every potential setback was met with problem solving and positivity. I cannot recommend them more enthusiastically!

I first heard about New Creations at a local home show in Austin, Texas. I was a little hesitant about using a contractor that I found in this manner, however decided to give him a chance since our experience with other contractors had not produced any promising results. When Roy Faust came to our house for the first time I was immediately impressed by his professionalism, unique ideas and enthusiasm. By the time he left, I was convinced he was the perfect guy for the job, however his positive referrals sealed the deal.

Throughout the project he lived up to my complete expectations:

- Roy was easy to access
- Always willing to come on site at a moment?s notice
- Flexible and open to changes throughout all stages of the project
- Came up with fresh ideas with an eye for detail
- Managed his crew and made sure they produced quality results
- Most importantly, finished the project on-time.

I first met Roy Faust at the Home and Garden Show in the fall of 2007. What made me go with his company was his total passion and enthusiasm for what he does. He is totally "in to" remodeling kitchens and giving 1000% customer service. No matter what the problem he was there to solve it and frequently at his own time and expense. I am thoroughly pleased with my new kitchen and would highly recommend Roy to anyone who wants a quality company and ethical, honest people with which to entrust their home and hard-earned money. If he ever starts to remodel other rooms in the house I will definitely be calling him.

New Creations - a company you can count on! Even well managed businesses will experience glitches relative to labor and suppliers from time to time. As a business consultant I am quite aware that the true caliber and ethics of a business & their staff become crystal clear when they face difficult times, not when all is going according to plan. Ours was a project that encountered a few delays and stumbling blocks, yet, Roy remained focused and dedicated, doing his very best and honoring each and every commitment. If one is looking for a kitchen remodeling company that truly delivers a beautiful end product and that does not play games with pricing, then they would be well served to consider New Creations. We love our new kitchen!

Our experience with Roy and his crew was excellent. From the initial stages of developing a plan and bidding all the way through completion, this team did exactly what they said they would. Roy's coaching and suggestions helped us make the right decisions on all aspects of the project. Last minute changes were taken in stride and dealt with professionally. The quality of the cabinet and granite work exceeded our expectations. The craftsmen made every effort to disrupt our home as little as possible and were a pleasure to work with. Roy and Lewis were on top of everything, and made sure each day what would be happening and when. Our kitchen remodel went very smooth - exactly on time and budget. All workmanship was very good. When we noticed one small problem with the trim, they came right out and fixed it - after they had already been paid in full! These guys genuinely care about the customer experience - something that's rarely seen these days. They are worth every penny!

The recent remodel of our kitchen was a refreshing experience. Roy Faust and his team are extremely talented and knowledgeable in their fields. Roy or his associate Luis communicated with us every step of the way, and even stopped by during construction phases. All of the men that were in our home were nothing but extremely respectful to myself (and all my questions, ) my two small children (who sat and watched the entire process,) and to my home. After the work was done, there were a few small tweaks that needed to be made. Although my husband and I had been completely impressed by the work ethic to that point, we were blown away that final payment would not be accepted until the kitchen was 100% finished, to our satisfaction. We love our kitchen, and will recommend New Creations to anyone who is interested in a kitchen remodel.

New Creations recently installed granite countertops in our kitchen and several surrounding areas.
Roy Faust and his team were great to work with. We were especially impressed with Neil, the gentleman who installed a tile backsplash over the cook top. The results were fantastic.
Roy is a very honest and ethical young man. We know Roy comes from a good background. His father
and brother have done work for us for many years.
One thing that truly impresses us is the fact that he does what he promises and more.
We would certainly not hesitate to recommend his companay to any of our friends.

We started with a very outdated, 70s kitchen that I really was expecting to have to gut. Not something I was looking forward to as I knew our budget couldn't afford it. In walks Roy with great ideas, great materials & voila!
Roy & crew were very professional, communicated openly & were mainly concerned that our wants/needs were met. That's is hard to find in any business these days, not to mention remodeling.

The results are absolutely incredible, the kitchen looks even better than we had imagined it would. Roy is a highly energetic individual who truly cares about his customers. His company made frequent calls and emails to me during the project and any issue and concern was addressed immediately. Roy, of New Creations Remodeling recently measured and brought out samples of granite for our kitchen counters. After viewing samples, Troy, an employee of Roy's met my husband and me at the granite showroom to pick out the actual slab to be installed. Next, a representative from the granite showroom measured again to make sure the measurements were accurate before cutting the beautiful slab we chose. The old countertops were removed and the new ones installed within a couple of weeks. The results were amazing! We appreciate
Roy's professionalism, honesty, and price. We felt he was competitive and his employees were trustworthy. I would definitely recommend New Creations for your remodeling needs.

I have delt with contractors before and don't always seem to get exactly what I want.
With Roy I not only recieved excellent service, he was prompt,courteous, professional and I got what I wanted. Roy has great vision and loves what he does. The whole crew at New Creations were great. Besides having a new kitchen, I feel like I have new friend.

My kitchen remodeling experience was great. I am constantly telling my friends about New Creations and the work they did in my home. I frequently complement Roy Faust and his crew at New Creations for their strategic planning on how to come in, do the work, and finish the job. First, they came and discussed materials, colors, design and timelines with me. Second, they came stripped the old and measured for the new and finally, they came and installed the new materials and finished the job. My selection of granite and backsplash brought a 1980?s home into the present. It looks wonderful and I am so proud when friends come and see the new kitchen. Roy Faust has integrity, concern for the client, and wants to make sure his crew is treating the customers with the highest respect and work ethics. At a time when we hear of horror stories about home remodeling in the news media, I am proud to say that plan to call New Creations again to do additional work for me. I would recommend this company to any of my close friends and to others who are looking for someone they can trust with their kitchen remodeling.

When I started out my kitchen venture, I was skeptical about doing business with contractors. I've heard numerous nightmares about the outcome of the kitchen, let alone its financial impact that causes to a family. As a REALTOR, I know the importance of the kitchen for resale purposes, specifically, if the outcome was not favorable to prospective buyers. Hence, I vigorously did my due diligence by taking quotes, monitoring contractor's response, conducting reference check, et al. I am very pleased and satisfied with making the right choice by hiring Roy and his crew. Roy provided his expert opinion, provided guidance, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Importantly, he stayed within the allotted timeframe. Roy, thank you for adhering to those dates! Needless to say, I continue to recommend New Creations to my friends and family. We had Roy and his team install a new granite counter in our kitchen, new island, new sink & backsplash and also a granite counter and sinks in our master bath. Roy coordinated all of the work and everyone was on-time and professional. They kept the place clean during their work and made sure everything looked right before they left. Job was completed quickly - especially after hearing stories about other contractors. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and have already recommended them to others.

We had an awesome experience with Roy and his team re-doing our kitchen. We had been wanting to install granite for sometime, but didn't find the right company until we met Roy at New Creations. We had talked to other companies before, but no one did complete projects so inclusive as Roy undertakes. He was very personable and came over several times to measure, re-measure, and explain the process. His expertise covers many areas and he helped us greatly in choosing the granite/backspash and consulting of the design of it. We got so excited about the unfolding of it all, and had so much fun doing it, that we kept expanding the project. Roy just kept up with the expanding plan and offered his assistance each step of the way. His prices are very fair and at the end of it all, our kitchen is now a piece of artwork. During the week of installation, Roy and his team were terrific, professional, exceptionally skilled craftsman, and each one cared very much about all the details. We would highly recommend them anytime and would use them again for any future remodels!

We have had a lot of work done on our home of 25 years. Working with New Creations was the best experience I have had so far. Roy was straightforward and very in to making sure we were completely satisfied. Even monthes later. He gave me a notebook to walk me thru the process of redoing my kitchen and it kept me in the loop of every detail. I love, love, love, my groovy kitchen. Even the teenage boys notice it.
New Creations stands behind their work. I recommended them to my parents who had the same wonderful and dependable experience that I had.

We have used several contractors while upgrading our house. We saved the biggest project for last - the kitchen. By the time it came to remodel it, we were so sick of contractors, people not able to speak English, not showing up, messing up our house, or screwing something up, that when Roy came over we were a little hard on him. He took it well, explained very thoroughly how the process would work and helped us pick out the granite & backsplash. He stayed true to his every word. The people he works with are all wonderful! We were able to communicate with them, they were extremely respectful of our house (and our little dog), picked everything up at the end of the day and were eager to please. Words cannot describe how very happy we are with the outcome. We feel we got much more than we paid for - certainly beyond what we expected. We recommend New Creations to everyone who asks and would absolutely hire them again.

We are so happy to have used New Creations for our kitchen remodel. From our first meeting with Roy, we could tell he was very concerned with customer satisfaction. We found this to be true throughout the entire process. We knew that if Roy said it would happen, he meant it. All of the workers in our home were helpful, respectful, and trustworthy. New Creations did a fantastic job remodeling my kitchen. We added granite, new plumbing, new dry wall with granite backsplash & a travertine backsplash. Roy gave me a very fair and competitive bid (I got several bids so I knew his was fair.) All of the workmen were courteous and respectful in my home. They were helpful and interested in my concerns/feedback on the job as it progressed. Roy returned all of my calls and made sure that I was completely happy with his product/service. If you want to make sure you have a quality job, great service and a fair price - call New Creations. I would definitely use them again!

We used New Creations to remodel our our kitchen and got wonderful results. We bought somewhat of a fixer- upper last summer and the first room that had to be remodeled was the kitchen. They put in granite countertops, travertine tile backsplash, a new sink and some additional cabnetry. The granite looks seamless all around, the tile is perfect and the additional cabnetry matched our existing almost perfectly. The results were great. The job was completed quickly and the end price was the same as Roy had quoted me in the beginning (except what I added on). Roy always answered the phone when I called or quickly returned my calls. We were on vacation during the remodel and I felt comfortable leaving the keys to them. We returned to a beautiful kitchen! We would use them again.

I knew what I wanted in my new kitchen, I just needed someone to implement my vision. I went to the Austin Home Show to find a contractor/remodeler and that is where I met Roy Faust of New Creations. I talked to many remodelers at the show, but Roy stood out. He had worked for others in the business, but now he is starting his own company because he wants to do it the right way. He has a passion and enthusiasm for what he does and it shows when you talk to him. I decided to to take a chance with him and I am very glad I did. His network of professionals and contractors always did the job right and on-time. There were no cost overruns. The only times I had to pay extra were for the changes I requested after the estimate was signed off. Roy is always available, day or night, to discuss anything about the project. No problem is too big and no detail is too small to discuss. There were some personal touches that I didn't expect. For example, he drove to Round Rock Ikea to pick up the hardware I picked out. Saved me 1/2 a day as I live in Sunset Valley. Overall, I am very pleased with the way my kitchen turned out. My taste is contemporary European. I had some special requests for my kitchen. I wanted stainless steel backsplash and I wanted my base cabinets on 4-1/2 steel legs. He found the professionals that made them all happen. (I liked the custom kitchen cabinets so much, I ordered a set of custom vanities and a book case from the cabinet maker separately.) There is one thing I wish Roy would do and that is bath. Too bad he only does kitchen. I need a reliable remodeler to do my master bathroom.

I used New Creations to remodel my kitchen with new granite, back-splash, sink and new hardware for my cabinets. I was very satisfied with the whole process. Roy Faust of New Creations had an estimate for me the same day along with lots of information and ideas. It took 1 to 2 weeks to receive other estimates from other companies. The staff is very professional and easy to work with, they completed the job on time and I did not experience any problems. I also received a call from Leah from New Creations every afternoon to follow up on the days work. So I never had to track anyone down. I would recommend New Creations to anyone thinking of remodeling their kitchen

I wanted my kitchen remodeled and I was willing to buy the pre-fabricated cabinets, find someone to tear out my kitchen and be the boss on my own job. What a nightmare that would have been. I received a couple of estimates from remodelers and one of them took 3 weeks to get back to me with a figure. Neither one of those guys was willing to coordinate any other sub-contractors like plumbers, electricians or any specialty job that needed to be done. So I would have been on my own. A friend of mine highly recommended Roy Faust and New Creations. His quote on my job came in about four thousand more than the other two quotes, but I would be getting CUSTOM CABINETS and someone who knew sub-contractors and someone who would coordinate all of them. I signed up pretty quickly with Roy. He gave me names and phone numbers of clients that he had worked for, he took me to one of his clients' houses to see the work and either he or his assistant, Leah, called me almost every day to let me know what was going on. Roy has his own crew that does most of the work, but he knows and has contacts of people that he has used before and he knows that he can trust their work and most importantly their word. If he feels that they are not accomplishing the best job possible, he lets them go. He just will not put up with it. The plumber that he had hired had been good in past jobs, but on my job the plumber was not following directions. And I was present when Roy was giving instructions, so I know what was supposed to be done. Roy got the job done correctly and I never had to deal with the plumber, nor did I have to pay anything extra for the corrections. All I had to do was have the confidence in Roy and his crew to get the job done right. I never once got upset about ANYTHING, I never had to. The cabinet maker, Scott, is an artist and all contacts that I had with anyone was a pleasure. And my kitchen? A dream come true. Marsha Krueger
