Remodeling a complete kitchen is a major task and can be a major risk. After much research we chose New Creations and it was the right choice. We had a basic concept in mind for taking out the old cabinets and removing a bar height wall, but with Roy and his key players we were able to come up with a comprehensive plan. Their contributions really brought out some excellent ideas that pulled the plan together. With details on the proposed plans we were not only able to design a kitchen and bathroom we wanted, but had enough in the budget to then to make changes to the living room as well. The workmanship of the cabinets, the skilled people involved in all phases and the quality of the materials really made this a great experience. There were small issues now and then, and that is to be expected in a custom job. We had changes to make at different stages and they were quick to accommodate them all. The challenges then turned to accomplishments and we ended up with a remodel that exceeded our expectations. I have no hesitancy in recommending Roy, Troy, Greg or any of the other skilled, courteous people involved.

We now have an amazing kitchen and couldn??t be more delighted! Many thanks to the New Creations team for their patience, diligence, professionalism, and kindness they have shown myself and family in the renovation of our kitchen. My husband and I have been through the ringer over the years from sloppy contractors that don??t show up when they say they would, did a shoddy job, and left a mess behind as they left. We found that Roy??s crew were the exact opposite of this as they did an outstanding job of arriving on time, showing true quality craftsmanship on the task at hand, and each day would clean up before they left for the evening. Apollo was one of the main people that worked incredibly hard each day and made sure that the kitchen was perfect for me. He did a beautiful job of fine tuning at the end to make sure that every last detail was taken care of. He is such a talented craftsman and incredibly polite. This whole process has been such a positive experience and has changed our outlook on contractors. As for Roy, the owner of New Creations, my husband and I were impressed with his willingness to make sure that we were happy with every unique part of the design. Roy worked very closely with my husband and I to do so, often on his own time which was incredibly generous given that my husband and I have been juggling 2 little ones 3 and under during this entire remodel. We found the design incorporated all of our ideas but then it also took it to the next level that made our kitchen not just nice, but absolutely stunning and a lot more functional. We have received many compliments in the short amount of time that it has been complete and are looking forward to spending a lot more time in our new kitchen. Thank you New Creations!

I love my new ""spa -like"" bathroom! The New Creations team did a wonderful job. The workers were professional, courteous and trustworthy. The area was always left clean and they paid attention to every detail. The project ran according to schedule and it turned out even better than I had envisioned. I would definitely hire Roy, Troy, and the New Creations team again!

In a day of many industry and service folks showing indifference and offering shrugged shoulders, these guys shine for listening, offering solutions, creativity, and problem solving when the scope of the project changes. They have assembled a vetted collection of trades people who know how to get the job done. The cabinets, in particular, are amongst some of the best made and beautifully crafted cabinets that I have seen. Solid wood with great detail to craftsmanship make them a joy to use and look at. The compliments from friends keep flowing about the remodel. Roy and I met and discussed the project and planning multiple times before starting and the cabinet manufacturer offered suggestions about the creation of unique wall that turned out to be a wonderful focal point that ties in wonderfully with the kitchen design. Troy's hands on detail to the project was also quite remarkable in managing the day to day scheduling and ensuring that things were on time and in place. In a remodel there are always going to be surprises, but the nice thing about dealing with these folks is that they become an ally for getting a solution in place as quickly and efficiently as possible. The end result has been a beautiful kitchen that greatly exceeds what I thought was possible for my space. You can't go wrong with having these guys manage your remodel if you want the piece of mind that things being done the right way with great attention to detail.

Roy (owner of New Creations) worked very patiently with us as we painfully crawled through the design and estimating/ bid evaluation process. He had a lot of great ideas we had not considered when we decided to remodel the kitchen. Once we finally accepted his offer, he very clearly lined out all the steps his team need to do and all the homework we needed to do in order to get all materials and resources in the right place at the right time. The first day of demo was Oct 19, 2011 and the last day of punch list tidy ups was Dec 23. The bulk of all the work and adjustments were completed by the end of November but Roy's commitment to 100% customer satisfaction kept his guys coming back until everything was right per his opinion which in a number of cases was far more detailed than ours. All of his team were very personable and we had no concerns allowing them to work in our home unattended. We got to meet all of them prior to us even signing the contract with New Creations which was just another example of how Roy took uncertainty out of the equation. Add on top this, their use of a web based project planning tool that we were given access to so we could always keep up with what was accomplished by who as well as what was coming and when. The team kept the house very neat considering the level of construction that was taking place and made sure to clean up at the end of everyday. We could not be happier with the final product New Creations delivered for us. The kitchen is far more functional than the original with lots more cabinet and drawer space without adding a single inch of sq footage. From beginning to end, Roy and his project manager, Troy were always responsive by e-mail and phone for any question that popped into our heads and the thoroughness of the upfront planning & design efforts they led resulted in no change orders or other financial surprises (except for items mandated by city code i.e. smoke detectors on every open surface in house it seems, overwhich they had no control). All of Roys' subcontractors took as much ownership of our satisfaction as Roy did for which we are very grateful. We highly recommend you consider Roy Faust and New Creations for your remodeling project, you will not be disappointed!

After 10 years of thinking and talking about remodeling out 80s style master bathroom, we finally made the move and asked friends who they would recommend. Several told us about New Creations and we contacted Roy Faust and his team. From the very beginning, they listened to our needs, communicated flawlessly, and truly brought the whole team to reform our bathroom. New tub, sinks, granite counter, tile, paint, raising the ceiling, fixtures, lighting.so many decisions for us, but they delivered exactly what we asked for.\r\n\r\nWe couldnt be more thrilled with the finished product, that came in on budget and in less time that estimated. Troy who managed the project was professional, courteous, and on time every day. The crew that he brought was phenomenal, from start to finish the delivered, and cleaned up every step of the way.\r\n\r\nWe missed them when they were gone, but 5 stars to the crew and our whole experience with New Creationswe would do it all again!\r\n

Remodeling a kitchen is such a huge deal that we put it off for quite some time. If only we had known about Roy Faust and New Creations we would have started much earlier!\r\n\r\nWe love the final product and have to say that the experience was excellent. New Creations came in on budget and ahead of time!! These guys really know what they are doing!\r\n\r\nThe planning was very thorough. We had a great exchange of ideas to finally come up with the design and materials we wanted and the end result proves it. We have a kitchen that is just right for our family and lifestyle.\r\n\r\nDuring the process Jeremy, our day-to-day contact, was always polite and professional, with a good sense of humor too! The work site was always clean. The subcontractors showed up when they said they would. We loved the Basecamp tool that helped everyone know the schedule, and let us plan our lives around the work. \r\n\r\nWith a big project there will obviously be minor hiccups along the way, but it is how they were dealt with that shows the true professionalism of New Creations quick to respond and always focused on providing excellent customer service. \r\n\r\nWe would definitely recommend New Creations to anyone undertaking a kitchen remodel. \r\n

My wife and I just finished a full blown ""complete gut"" custom remodel on our condo kitchen and master bath located in Tarrytown. The title says it all...these guys are a FULL service contractor and will do design, help you select materials, make color/pattern recommendations, write fixed bid quotes, manage subcontractors, and warrant the finished product. We are now enjoying the end result and get compliments on the remodel every time someone comes to the house. If we decided to sell the condo tomorrow, I think we would get back every penny spent. \r\n\r\nBefore you sign a thing, Roy will provide a detailed quotation and plans. I was relieved to get to the end of the project and owe exactly what was agreed to. We bid out the project and asked around and typically contractors don't have the ability to draw up detailed plans so you have to hire an architect for even the simplest cabinet design, which can be pricey. Not the case with New Creations. \r\n\r\nThis was the first time I went through a process like this and I have to say that while it was painful to live in a house with no kitchen and master bath, it was well worth the wait. With all the great compliments, there are some pain points that is characteristic of any remodel from what I hear. In some cases, attention to detail was overlooked in the design phase and the team had to make modifications on the fly. I would have liked to see those details worked out ahead of time. All I can say is ask tons of questions and review work often. If you see something that doesn't look right, speak up. That goes for any contractor.\r\n\r\nRoy has built quite a system with New Creations and he has some great people working for him...Jeremy, you are the man. Would definitely recommend them and use them again on the next project.

No need to look any further.\n\nWe hired Roy and New Creations in September to remodel our kitchen and bath. They were efficient, responsible, and professional, but most importantly...they did what they said they would do.\n\nWe were provided with a line item estimate and the final cost was not a penny more. Great attention was given to every detail while each and every one of our concerns were addressed along the way. They have a design center with hundreds of tiles, countertops, etc. to choose from with professional advice along the way. They will bring samples to your home so you can get an idea of what the finished product will look like. \n\nAt one point, we had received some back splash tile for the kitchen from a supplier that didn't quite line up right. Roy immediately removed the tile, re-ordered from the supplier, and re-installed it. That is the type of support I can live with. Please know that if anything is not done to your satisfaction, New Creations will do it over until you are satisfied. \n\nAttention is given to every detail of the project. \n\nOne other feature New Creations provides is a calendar of events for your project. You can log on to their website and see what work is scheduled for each day. \n\nWe would certainly hire them again and probably will for some other remodeling projects we have planned. \n\nBottom line here is New Creations will do it right. They will not nickel and dime you to death like some contractors and you will have peace of mind knowing your finished product be exactly as you envisioned it. \n

We recently completed a kitchen/first floor remodel. After talking to several companies we decided to go with New Creations and we are so thankful we made that decision. From the very beginning we clicked with the people at New Creations. Roy, Jeremy and Troy were nothing short of wonderful. They listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and offered alternatives to improve what we were trying to achieve and went out of their way to make sure we would be happy with the finished product when we were having a hard time making some crucial decisions. We wanted a kitchen that was functional and that was unique, not a carbon copy of a similar floor plan. We are really pleased with the end result. Honesty is a big thing for me when dealing with anyone. These guys and the crews they used were really up front. There were no surprises and no hidden costs. For the most part, time lines were met and the craftsmanship is excellent. The New Creation staff is young, energetic and out of the box thinkers. Most importantly they are honest and know what they are doing. Without a single reservation, I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of making home improvements.

After 8 years in our home, we decided to update our kitchen. We researched and contacted several companies who did kitchen remodels. Roy at New Creations was the first (and one of the only) to respond to our queries. \n\nRoy and his band of contractors helped us with the new kitchen design. Alina helped with paint colors, cabinet colors and getting us appointments with various vendors. Roy's cabinet maker was phenomenal. Our new woodwork is truly beautiful. His tile crew were always prompt and did an amazing job with the new travertine. Both his plumber and electrician were always on hand to answer questions and solve construction issues.\n\nWorking with Jeremy, our site manager, was fantastic! He was ALWAYS available by phone and email. (And, yes, we had him on speed dial!)\n\nLiving through a kitchen remodel isn't ever fun, but Roy and his team at New Creations made it bearable. We are so glad we hired them. Our kitchen is beautiful!!\n\n

The New Creations staff made our remodel project such a pleasant experience. Our extensive project included the entire living level of our home, including the kitchen, in addition to a bathroom upstairs. We appreciated the fact that the dust and debris were kept to a minimum during demolition and there were never construction items left outside our home. Our project manager was always available to respond to any questions or issues that arose. The subcontractors were courteous and did great work. As with any remodel, there were a few challenges, but our project manager met those challenges with a positive attitude and always found a solution. There were many times that he went far beyond the call of duty to make sure our vision became a reality and always did his best to stay within our budget.

Our home is now even more beautiful and functional than we could ever have imagined. We would definitely recommend New Creations to anyone wanting to do a remodel project.

\nI had a wonderful experience with all of the staff at New Creations. They did a expert job of refacing my kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The expertise of the installer was magnificent!!! I liked the way you were kept up to date on when what particular job would be performed and by whom. I would highly recommend the company and I do plan to use them when I redo my bathroom.

After 19 years, it was definitely time to remodel our kitchen. We talked to mulitple remodeling companies and chose New Creations over the others because they provided the most help in turning our general ideas into the final design. They also brought their own ideas... some we used and some we did not, but we still appreciated the input from people who have gone through the process many times. We were somewhat surprised at the amount of time that Roy, his staff, and his contractors spent with us up-front in the design process before asking for any commitment. That speaks to their confidence that they will build their credibility during the design process and clients will select New Creations for the remodel.\r\n\r\nSince a kitchen remodel is fairly ""intrusive"" to your daily living, it was important to us to choose a company that would stay on schedule especially when unexpected snags occur (which happens in every project). Jeremy did a great job of managing the project and staying on schedule... the entire project was completed in about 5 weeks. We were impressed with the fact that our home was kept very clean during the project with very little dust outside of the work area and are very happy with the quality of the work. We would definitely recommend New Creations to anyone looking for a kitchen remodel.

We selected New Creations to completely remodel our guest bathroom and they did a fantastic job. The project involved a complete demolition of the bathroom down to the studs and slab, replacement of sheetrock and ceiling, installing a new larger bathtub and shower, moving of the tub and toiler drains (involving jackhammering new holes in the slab, installing Travertine tile on the floor and in the tub and shower area, installing a new toilet, installing a Silestone countertop, new sink and sink hardware, installing a new can light and over the sink light, ""un-popcorning"" the ceiling, and painting. Throughout the process, New Creations kept us constantly updated on the schedule and progress with their online Bootcamp project system, they were extremely courteous and sensitive to all our needs and concerns, they kept the areas of the house adjacent to the work area immaculately, and they were fanatical about making sure that everything was done to perfection. The cost was reasonable and came in exactly as quoted. Finally, you simply won't find a nicer group of people to work with - Roy and Jeremy (the project manager) are two of the most genuinely decent people we have had the privilege to work with.

We couldn't be happier with our kitchen remodel. Roy and the NC team took a 1967 L-shaped galley style kitchen (with original appliances!!) and turned it into an open, sophisticated space that we enjoy daily. From the outset, Roy,Troy, and the entire NC team were extremely organized. Every detail had a line item on the contract, so there was very little ""nickel and diming."" This was a big project which included demolition, window and door installation, wood floor installation, new AC ducts, custom cabinets, granite countertops, and a custom granite table top. They even helped to rework the support in the attic to accommodate the removal of one load bearing wall. \n\nThe NC team was phenomenal. James, the electrician, took my call during the UT/OU game to help solve a electrical problem. Lisa, the floor and tile diva, was amazing and always accessible. Larry, the plumber, solved and issue for us in our attic that we were completely unaware of. Greg, the cabinet guru, stayed late into the night to help solve a framing issue. Jeremy, my project manager, was invaluable in his assistance. He was always available via email or text and always followed up with any issue we were managing. Troy, our scheduling superhero, always kept us up to date on the who, what, where, why and when. And then there's Roy...whose excitement and persistence about his work is uncontainable. Roy's patience and guidance through a sometimes difficult project put me at ease. And did I mention the cleanliness of ALL of the crews??? There was never a speck of dust or a piece of trash left behind by ANY of the subs that NC employs. \n\nNo company or project is perfect, which is the only reason for my 4 stars, and we are still managing some small post-completion details. Yet even after the project is done and the bill has been paid, I am amazed at the response I get from the NC team in helping us resolve these issues. The entire team takes great pride in what they do, and it shows! Thanks to New Creations for a job well done!

We recently had New Creations remodel our kitchen and we could not be happier with the results! Roy, Jeremy, and Troy managed the project to perfection and the craftsmanship and attention to detail are perfect. \n\nNew Creations has a beautiful design center that is functional and allows you to create a vision of your project by piecing together the different aspects of the remodel. We were able to match a countertop, backsplash, and cupboards to our liking and see them in person at their design center. This is very valuable in making such a big decision and it gives you peace of mind as you move into the project. The web based portal to track project milestones and progress was very helpful and it also allows the customer to input information or ask questions. We loved being able to check the site on a daily basis and track the project ourselves without always having to make a phone call to the New Creations Team.\n\nTroy could not have been more helpful and caring throughout the project and he stayed in touch with us on a daily basis. Jeremy and Roy both have a great ability to create a vision that is very helpful in the design phase of the project and they do a great job of making sure everyone is comfortable before taking action. They were more than willing to work around our dog and each of the sub contractors were very nice, clean, and meticulous. \n\nThe project moved fast and they limited the time that we were without electricity and water - this was much appreciated :) \n\nWe highly recommend New Creations for a lot of reasons but most importantly, they do exactly what they say they are going to do. They bring high quality work, a huge customer focus, and a level of integrity and caring that sets them apart from other contractors. These guys truly will make sure every last detail is to your liking and they won't stop until you are 100% satisfied. These characteristics are hard to find in contractors these days but New Creations is not the norm. They are simply the best in the business and the REAL DEAL when it comes to remodels. Thanks again to Roy, Jeremy, Troy, and the whole staff!!

\r\nQuality, Integrity and Trust define the New Creations Team.\r\n\r\nRoy Faust, New Creations owner has compiled a team that is awesome. In my opinion a mans character and integrity is reflected through the people that represent him and Roy has accomplished this. \r\n\r\nOur New Creations project was managed by Troy Hester, Office Manager, who did a stellar job of keeping us apprised of the daily schedule with an online project scheduling tool that was beneficial in helping us to keep track of our project. Jeremy Vincik, Project Manager, is an amazing young man with excellent people skills and I cant say enough about him, except that he was always personable and tuned to detail. \r\n\r\nThe project at our condo was a total kitchen and bath remodel, with granite countertops and new cabinets. Our condo does not look like the same place; its fabulous! Chris Holland with CF Stone Works did a great job with our granite and the craftsmanship on our cabinets is just amazing thanks to Winston Cave with Texas Unique Custom Cabinets. The cabinets are awesome.\r\n\r\nOf course, the credit goes to Roy Faust for putting this entire project together. It all started at his design center and the end result is just amazing. It was most reassuring to know that the most important thing to Roy and his team throughout the project was that we were completely satisfied with the entire process. I would highly recommend Roy and the New Creations team! \r\n

Our kitchen was every bit the quintessential galley model from the 1980sskinny, appliance doors bumping cabinet doors, and finished with wood laminate running across the countertops, backsplash, and even surrounding the yellow-plastic-encased fluorescent light fixture. The builder even added a wall to divide it from the living and formal dining area, complete with a tiny square window so the tired cook would watch the 5 oclock news while she heated up TV dinners in her faux wood prison. Obviously, I had major issues with my kitchen.\r\n\r\nMy husband and I overhauled our house, and no matter what we did, we were stumped when it came to the kitchen. We had a few ideas, none of them terribly concretebut that didnt stop us from interviewing a string of contractors who were clearly frustrated with our lack of vision. That was where Roy and his team shined from the beginningour openness didnt frustrate him, it got him excited. He worked with us for over a month, taking our vague clues (i.e.You see the shelf in the background of this ad? Those could be cool!) and transforming them into something his team could create. He gave us the same attention as the higher end design build firms, and when the sketches were complete, the pricing didnt make us swoon. Hooray!\r\n\r\nAfter all was said and done, we knocked down a wall, covered the remaining space in creamy penny round tile, installed brand new cabinetry and shelving in sumptuous cherry and walnut stain, and tied it all together with some of the best lighting work Ive ever seen. This isnt to say we didnt encounter issues---all renovation projects of this magnitude will. And here is my favorite thing by far about New Creations: They did us right in every possible way. They were accountable, ethical, fair, and NICE. I have had good and bad contractor experiences, and even with the good ones, Im not sure I could say that so unabashedly. I am obsessed with my new kitchenIf you want to message me, Im happy to talk to you in more detail about Roy and his colleagues.

Remodeling our kitchen and powder room was a big decision and a big investment. \r\n\r\nWe chose New Creations because they were friendly, low-pressure, and responsive from the start. We had several meetings with Roy, met all the contractors, heard their ideas, received an estimate, visited the showroom, and visited a kitchen they renovated before we even signed any agreement with them! \r\n\r\nIt was intimidating to choose all the elements for our new kitchen, but New Creations made it easy. They didnt have a designer at the time, but Roy shared his experience and knowledge of emerging trends in the industry. It was helpful to see working models in the showroom and have large samples (2 x 2) of cabinet types and paint colors available. Taking my chosen samples home with me to move around the space and see at different times of the day with the changing natural light made the selection easier. And later, after the cabinets and counters were installed, when I began to doubt my wall paint selection, Troy cheerfully delivered all the neutral samples that I requested (perhaps 20 or more?) to view again. \r\n\r\nThroughout, Troy did a wonderful job of choreographing the different contractors and communicating with us. In addition to regular email updates, we were able to log-in to see what activities were scheduled and read the communication with the contractors. With 2 full-time work schedules, a toddler, and a dog to plan around, it was very important that we knew what to expect each day. \r\n\r\nAll the contractors were respectful of our home and seemed to understand that we were still living there from demolition to completion. They kept the mess contained and tidied up before leaving each day. They were also very collaborative. We met with each contractor at least twice during the planning stages and communicated several times while the project was in full-swing. They answered all our questions, put us at ease, offered suggestions, and were responsive to any concerns that we had. Winston, James, Larry, Lisa, and Manuel (and their crews) are all very professional and friendly. They seemed very knowledgeable in their areas and as concerned as we were to create a space that would meet our familys needs. \r\n\r\nRoy prepared us in advance to expect hiccups so we werent completely surprised when some did occur. What was reassuring, however, was that someone from the team always responded to our phone calls (even when they were later in the evening!), they offered professional solutions, and never appeared to be put-out. \r\n\r\nNew Creations was thorough and honest. In our final walk through with Roy, he pointed out small imperfections that we hadnt noticed and he identified a feature which we had paid for, but hadnt received. He made sure that this was remedied within the week. In the end, it was another example of their attention to detail and pride in their work. \r\n\r\nAt first, we were surprised by the estimated costs to remodel our kitchen. But 8 months later (9 weeks of construction) - after seeing the amount of coordination, the number of professional individual contributors, and the quality of the materials involved - we are delighted with the results and feel that it was well worth the investment. \r\n\r\nTo clarify: I hesitated to give a 5-star rating out of 5 since I don't believe anything is perfect. However, my experience was better than ""very good."" They exemplify customer service and I can confidently say to anyone who is looking for a complete kitchen remodeling company, ""Run, don't walk to New Creations!"" \r\n

What sets New Creations apart from their competition? The journey, the guidance and the final product all made possible by a professional team and a great group of sub-contractors.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe Journey: Im not sure anyone really goes into a remodeling absolutely knowing every detail of how they want their kitchen to be transformed. The New Creations Team has a design center that really helps you get started and everyone from the New Creations Team to the sub-contractors will help you with suggestions along the way. No one really wants their kitchen demolished either. I think New Creations needs to come up with a new term for this part of the process because we never felt like our kitchen was demolished just removed. When we came home on day one, our old kitchen (appliances, sheet rock, everything) was gone. I mean totally removed from the property and the work Site was very clean. This is the way it was every day of the process. In many ways, the only way we knew sub-contractors had been in our house was the progress made on the remodeling.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nFor us, another critical part of the journey was understanding how the project would unfold. While they were proactive in keeping us informed, you can always contact one of the New Creations Team members by phone or email (and they are quick to respond). They also link you into the project planning process through web-based Basecamp. This lets you see what is being planned each day. Your inputs are captured as actions and assigned to members of their Team. Any issue that came up was addressed in a timely fashion.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhen I reflect back on the remodeling process, it really is a journey that includes a few changes in direction. I found that when we did want to add or change from the original plan, New Creations was very professional. If we did deviate from the original contract, New Creations was very quick to get us a quote and worked to keep the project on schedule.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe other critical element of the journey is will they complete your kitchen when they say they will. New Creations committed they would be complete in 8 weeks. At the end of 6 weeks, all that was left to be done was minor touch-up. The attention to detail was outstanding. The New Creations Team picked up on several small items we missed and had them corrected.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe Sub-contractors: New Creations has done an excellent job of picking the sub-contractors they work with. The most impressive of which was the cabinet, granite and sheetrock/painter subs. The cabinets are stunning, the granite was laid out with the grain structure exactly the way we had envisioned and the paint/texturing matched our existing walls perfectly. We also really appreciated the crew that did the demolition and clean-up to get the project started on the right foot.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThe Final Product: All of the above doesnt matter if you are not happy with the final product. I think we can honestly say that New Creations worked with us to produce a kitchen that actually exceeded our expectations.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nRemodeling is really a Team effort between you and the Contractor you choose. You need to make many decisions and actively participate along the way to make it a success. The Contractor needs to make the experience and final product what you envisioned it to be. We found the Team at New Creations to be excellent Team members that helped us realize the kitchen of our dreams. Roy, Troy and Jeremy all have strengths that complement each other a special thanks to all of you!\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n

We hired Roy and his team to handle a remodel of a 30+ year old kitchen, living room , entry way, bath and dining room along with tiling from back to front. Our project was a big one, and comprehensive. We had his crew install multiple windows, electrical, countertop, custom cabinetry, and an original cabinet piece along with raising ceiling, moving ducts, and installing new lighting. They also tiled about 1000 square feet.\nFrom the onset, Roy and Troy and their staff were on a set schedule. We received weekly and at times daily progress updates which helped us know what to expect next. We are a big family with a dog and it was necessary for the timing to be right so that all parties knew what to expect. The company's strict adherence to their plans and informing us of any changes and modifying the schedule allowed us to all go along together. The subs that he used were appropriate, respectful, and consistent in keeping with Roy's overall plan, and you could tell that they had been both well informed of expectations, as well as trained on a consistent level of customer service that the company intended to provide. Any concerns that we had were addressed quickly. Any issues or conflicts that arose were dealt with directly, without excuses. The team's handling of the project top to bottom left little to be desired, and at the end of it all, even though we did this project during the hottest part of the summer, I would have done it again. At all times we felt that there was an available person to handle a concern or arrive at a resolution. They take their work very personally, and it showed in our satisfaction and in the end product. I highly endorse Roy, Troy and their team for this type of work, and will add that they are pleasant and professional to deal with as well. \n

It is never easy to undertake a remodeling project. Instead of doing just our kitchen, we opted to remodel our entire downstairs which included our kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom and bathroom. We essentially packed up our belongings and moved upstairs for 4 months. But what an amazing investment it was. We are now the envy of all of our friends and neighbors. New Creations did a fantastic job with our remodel. They were quick to adjust to our last minute requests and slight design adjustments and the completed project/ workmanship was just fantastic. Our custom cabinets in the kitchen/bathroom in particular are absolutely gorgeous. We were pleased with the end result but also experienced excellent customer service from Roy and Troy throughout the project. We are very happy customers and now look forward to taking on our upstairs in the near future!

We recently embarked upon a project to give our kitchen a face-lift. After researching a full remodel and replacement of our perfectly good (but just ugly) kitchen cabinets, we stumbled across the New Creations website and found out about an alternative to replacement. Having been down the remodel road and found that complete replacement was not something that on which we wanted to spend too much money, we met with the New Creations crew to see what they had to offer. Their showroom featured many different styles of refaced cabinets complete with interchangeable countertop surfaces and backsplashes so we were able to get a very good sense of how our material selections would combine to create an overall look. This was extremely helpful to see and quite a contrast to having to guesstimate with tiny samples at many other providers. \r\nOnce we understood the re-facing process and the timeline, we were certain that this was a better path for us. It was very important that we establish and stick to an aggressive timeline which would ensure completion by the end of September. Roy and Troy were very helpful in scheduling our remodel project and ensuring that we had good transparency to the milestones and project tasks in the schedule along the way. Once we had our materials selected, the New Creations team sent us a detailed web-based project plan that outlined the entire schedule from start to finish. With both of us working and me travelling during that time, this was enormously helpful to us as we sought to plan our weeks. Once we got started with the project, we were very happy with the teams diligence in sticking to the schedule and ensuring that tasks were completed on-time. Additionally, as we ran into the inevitable hiccups that come with home projects, we found that the New Creations team was extremely responsive and diligent in resolving things to our satisfaction. Everyone who was brought to the house to work was polite, honest and very good at their piece of the project. All in all, it took about 3 weeks to complete the project and we were able to access/use our kitchen for the majority of that timeframe. The results are great! The kitchen has a great new look thats far more up-to-date. We replaced the countertops with granite, the white backsplash with a cool glass tile mosaic and the lighting throughout the kitchen. Its like a brand new kitchen for a lot less than we were originally planning to spend. Were thoroughly enjoying the new look of the kitchen and would highly recommend this process and the New Creations team to anyone embarking on a kitchen remodel.\r\n

We used New Creations (Roy and team) to re-design and re-do our kitchen and breakfast area - we love the new look and the quality of the workmanship. \r\n\r\nThe team did everything well but really excel in the following areas (much better than I have previously experienced):\r\n1) Customer Service. Roy is a fanatic about giving the customer what they want. If something is not just so, Roy will take care of it. \r\n2) Project Management & Great Execution. It is clear that they are on top of the game. They communicate well via phone, in person, and email; but more importantly they drive themselves and their team proactively. They completely my kitchen re-model (complete demolition down to the studs to new beautiful kitchen in 8 weeks and 2 days.)\r\n3) Great design ideas. Roy and team gave us some really great ideas about how to re-layout our kitchen (really creative). They make great suggestions but know how to do this while still leaving you in control of making it your kitchen. \r\n4) High quality team. In particular, Roys sub-contractors for cabinets, electrical, and his catch all (jack-of-all trade) guy were world class. This is one of the keys to me of New Creations and Roys success..having great sub-contractors and then have a good working relationship with them . \r\n5) Issue handling & resolution. Most remodels (I have done a few construction projects) will have a few issues come up. Roy team is excellent at addressing any issues that arise. Again, the customer service attitude is a keystone to Roy and he pushes it across to his sub-contractors you can tell.\r\n\r\nOverall, I think I am a pretty tough customer (son of a carpenter) and someone who likes things done right. Roy and team do it right! \r\n\r\n

I loved everything about my new home except for the tiny, dark, unattractive bathrooms. I contacted New Creations based on recommendations from two of my neighbors, and I couldn't be happier with the results! This was my first experience with a remodel and I really didn't know what to expect. Roy's and his sub-contractors worked with me every step of the way. They encouraged me to play a big part in the design process, and this hands-on involvement was an exciting and fulfilling experience. They really made me feel like I was part of the team, all the while helping me make smart decisions based on their prior experiences. In the end, their expert advice proved invaluable. Virtually every decision we made turned out to be the right choice. Prior to the remodel, my master bathroom was a depressingly dismal place. Now it's a joy just to be in this room. We knocked out an unnecessary dividing wall and removed the outdated tub and fixtures, then installed custom cabinets, new floor tiles, expertly textured walls, a beautiful new countertop with a vessel sink and a gorgeous, modern glass walled shower. In our guest bathroom we added new cabinet and drawer faces, countertop with vessel sink and new floor tiles, and finished it off with retextured walls and fresh paint throughout. To top it off, we added solar tubes to both bathrooms, making them so much brighter and more inviting. I'm very proud of my remodeled guest bathroom, but my master bath is simply a joy! It's my own little oasis/spa. A big thanks to Roy and his team for all their hard work. I recommend them whole-heartedly!

I love my kitchen! Roy and New Creations remodeled our kitchen last spring. Even though it has been several months, I still find myself just staring at it in awe. \n\nWorking with New Creations was such an easy process. I have heard countless horror stories about remodel nightmares, and this was nothing like that. Everyone was professional and pleasant to have in our home. Roy was wonderfully honest with us as we went through the design process and I always felt like he had our best interest in mind. I would recommend New Creations whole heatedly and am looking forward to working with them on our master bath someday soon.

New Creations (NC) provided a creative, high quality, and competitively priced kitchen remodeling job. NC is staffed with professionals with knowledge and skills to educate the customer and facilitate the decision-making process. Further, NC receives high marks for its communication efforts and mediums utilized to keep customers in the know at all times, especially in the final phase of the remodeling, specifically the challenging ""punch list"" . As it has been said ""the devil is in the details which are monitored by management to completion.\r\n\r\nTroy Hester should be applauded for not only representing the company well overall, but for his time and effort to keep the customer informed of plans for the week, inclusive of delays of materials and services. Troy exhibited true professionalism and strong communication skills throughout the entire multi-month experience. Roy Faust represented the company with enthusiasm, skill, and professionalism as well. Hats off to New Creations!

We contracted with New Creations to completely redo our kitchen. We moved a wall and took out the old cabinets and installed incredibly beautiful new ones. It was like working with a blank slate and I guess it was since it was all white sheet rock. \n Julia Laughlin, the designer that used to be with New Creations walked us through the entire process. She helped us find the tile and sea glass for the back splash, the beautiful green granite for the center island and overall held our hands and kept us from making design mistakes. She has an amazing eye and we thank here for the incredible design.\n The electrical work done by Cox Electric was stellar and the plumbing done by Blue Dog Plumbing was equally as good. We also had a project manager, Joshua, who paid attention to every detail and was here everyday do make sure everything was done to specs. Troy works in the office and is basically the person who gets everything ordered and delivered and schedules the subs.He is amazingly thorough and organized and really is the glue behind the company.\n I must say that I was most impressed by Greg Olsen of OG Cabinets. It is hard to believe that a flat CAD drawing can turn into something so beautiful. The cabinets are beyond my wildest expectation and Greg was a joy to work with.\n The work was done and usable after about 8 weeks which is the time frame we were given. We had several items on the punch list which dragged on for a few more weeks, but weren't keeping us from moving things back in.\n Even though redoing a kitchen is a huge undertaking, we enjoyed most every minute of the process because the subs and Joshua and Troy are such good people to work with. \n If there is one negative, it is that the contract specifies certain items and it was very hard to know what those items were since we are not builders. Because of that, we had several change orders and extra charges that could have been avoided. On the other hand, Roy was very fair in letting us change the cabinets to the ones we got because we did not understand what the contract specified. \n All in all I would certainly recommend New Creations and tell anyone I know to just come look at my kitchen as proof.

Pros: Beautiful Cabinets, great subs

Cons: Some things not explained well before signing on

I had gotten several bids from other contractors. Roy's bid was quick and professional. He had no problem with giving me an itemized and detailed bid, based on my budget I gave him. Several other contractors just gave an overall price and what they would do for that price. They would/could not give a breakdown. One kept trying to get me to do more than my budget would allow.\r\n\r\nEveryone was courteous that I worked with..from employees to contractors. I appreciated someone from New Creations checking on the work, as it went along, from deconstruction to the finished room. My job was not one of their largest, I'm sure, but was a big deal for me. \r\n\r\nI was excited to come home every day and see what had been done that day. Their craftsmen clean up after themselves as they go along.\r\n\r\nEven though I kept the same applicances ..my kitchen ROCKS . I have had so many compliments. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, their employees and their contractors. \r\n\r\nThank you Roy, Troy, Apollo, Juan, Joshua, Greg.\r\n\r\nOnce I figure out how to download my photo's from my camera.. I will post a before and after. :-)

For our kitchen remodel, working with New Creations has been pretty much painless with a very friendly staff. Everyone we saw come through the house were extremely willing to work hard and had a good attitude. \n\nRoy (owner) is going to blow you away with his vision and his enthusiasm. Troy (project manager) is quick to respond to your questions and keeps the schedule on track. We used an online project tool that they are trying to move to so we were a bit of a guinea pig in that regard. But for the detail oriented people like us, the tool was a fantastic resource as the project schedule fluctuates during the course of the project. The people on staff at NC are top-notch and know exactly what they are doing. They also seem to have good working relationships with other contractors for things not done in-house. This really helps when they are making changes to the schedule.\n\nThe entire gang at New Creations was completely willing to do everything possible to make sure we are happy. I probably nitpicked on issues I saw a little too much but they made sure everything was taken care of and done without hesitation. They were quick to respond and to schedule in fixes. Even after the project had completed, small items that I noticed that needed additional work on was fixed up quick.\n\nThis team is definitely dedicated to what they do and their goal of 100% customer satisfaction isn't just words they say. They absolutely believe in it.\n\nNow, for the most important part of the project... our new kitchen is AWESOME!!

Cons: could have more critical eye

Ours was the largest project undertaken by New Creations as of 1/10. We gutted our Master Bedroom, bath and closets, kitchen, laundry room, garage entry and Jack and Jill Bathroom. They were all being done at the same time! This could have been a scheduling nightmare, but Troy seemed to handle it in stride.\n\nJulia was more than successful fitting in all that we wanted in the space we had. We could not be more pleased with the design. Our house feels completely new!\n\nThe entire crew, Roy, Julia, Troy, Joshua, Apollo and Juan were very easy to work with. Roy holds each person to a very high standard of professionalism. Even the demo guys were clean and pleasant. \n\nWe love our new kitchen! The design is perfect and the quality is very evident. Like most projects we had some hitches, but they were easily worked through. \n\nI can say the entire process was so much less ""painful"" than I anticipated. I credit the team with their attention to detail, attention to what I was saying, and professional attitudes toward their work product. I can recommend New Creations.

Pros: Attention to detail and Follow-through

Cons: Several people dealing with the project

.

When I first met with the people at this firm I was very excited and ultimately chose to move forward with them. \r\nAs the project progressed, I became discouraged with the crew and with the follow up.\r\nThe designer Julia was ok, and is really nice, but I found her to be a bit patronizing when communicating what she wanted there was also a lack of follow through. \r\nOverall I am satisfied with the project, but I can't shake a feeling let down.

New Creations recently completed our extensive kitchen remodel. In addition to of the typical kitchen remodel tasks, the entire existing space was demolished, gas lines and electricity were moved. We had a couple of walls changed to accommodate our Laundry room and pantry design. The result is beautiful with a great sense of craftsmanship.\n\nThe first thing that comes to mind when thinking of our experience with New Creations is just how great everyone is to work with. Not only are they friendly and accommodating, never once was one of our requests met with eye rolling or hesitation. Just sure, we can do that.\n\nThe cabinet maker, Greg Olson, is great. A super nice guy who can build anything that can be laid out in CAD. We worked with him and New Creations designer Julia Laughlin extensively during the planning stages where we decided the location of everything, the silverware, spice rack, pantry, garbage bins, etc We meticulously made these decisions, Greg would show us the official CAD drawings, wed make changes, and eventually sign off on said Drawings. The day the cabinets came in and were set up was extremely exciting. We walked around opening all of the cabinet doors and drawers. Everything was identical to the CAD drawings.\n\nNo project is without its hiccups and we experienced a few along the way. Mostly due to our remodel taking place over the Christmas holiday and the fact that our initial Field Manager was let go, leaving a slightly disorganized period of time in the middle. Once the logistics of this were worked out, New Creations quickly regrouped and the project was back on track and finished off strong and to our liking. This did, however, cause us a bit of stress, but I believe that this was an isolated situation and that it is unlikely that their future customers will have any issues in this area.\n\nOther people who we were extremely impressed with were: Apollo, who did all of the tile work and most of the random things that needed to be completed. Troy, who handled scheduling and organization. Julia, the designer as mentioned above. The electrician, whose name escapes me was very detailed. Of course Roy, the founder of New Creations who is very sincere and will not take anything less than his clients complete satisfaction. The folks at Summit Stoneworks were also great. Im sure Im missing a few other people, but again all were wonderful.\n\nI certainly would use New Creations again in the future.\n

My husband and I were very pleased with the outcome of our kitchen cabinets. The entire job was done timely and everyone was very professional. Roy followed up to make sure we were happy with the results and Greg and other workers were very flexible with our schedule.\r\n\r\nThey did an outstanding job and I get so many compliments on my kitchen.

My husband and I want to express our sincere appreciation for all that Roy Faust and New Creations did to give us the kitchen we have longed for. \nRoy showed up for our first meeting with an enthusiastic knowledge of what could be, with a great design eye and a belief in his crew to do the job he promised us would be done. And what a job they did. The results are so much more than we ever expected! Our kitchen is absolutely beautiful! We love it! From new floors to new ceilings and everything in between, the crews at New Creations did fabulous jobs with impeccable craftsmanship. They were courteous, respectful, on time, and just plain great at their individual craft. A quick thanks to Greg for my absolutely beautiful cabinets and the stain was perfection!\n\nAnd then there is the customer service. Roy started it off very well indeed, and Joshua and Troy continued it without skipping a beat. They made us feel very well cared for and comfortable as our house was being demolished around us, as well as, while it was being built up anew. They listened. They made suggestions. They calmed our fears. They were our friends. They sincerely made us feel that we were the center of their attention. How rare is that these days?\n\nWe also had the pleasure to work with Julia on our design decisions. We would pick out products, tiles, etc. and then get second thoughts. Julia was patient and kind as she gently guided us through what can be a nerve racking assignment. ..especially for those of us who have trouble with making decisions. Thanks Julia. It all came together beautifully.\n\nAnd have I mentioned that they came in not only on time but on budget. I kept expecting that a final bill for an additional 10 20% would be coming my way, as that is what I was told to expect from most contractors. It didnt happen. Roy gave me a quote and the job was done as he quoted it would be. I was also given a 6 8 week window to complete the job. I expected it to probably run over by a week, maybe two or three. But it didnt. It was complete in less than 6. I was amazed and delighted to say the least.\n\nRoys integrity, from day one, was what we banked our money on. Our returns were more than expected.\nThanks to all of yall at New Creations for making our home, oh so much more beautiful and enjoyable.\n

We love it! Roy Faust and the team at New Creations exhibit a rare combination of creativity, technical prowess, honesty, and dedication that is oh so rare. From the initial meeting with Roy, where he easily understood our thoughts and goals for our new kitchen, to the design process, where those ideas were improved, through construction, where the ideas were implemented with precision, New Creations' expertise and abilities were evident. \n\nNew Creations employees and all subcontractors are skilled artisans who take great pride in their work and who are enjoyable people to be around. In addition to their quality work they take great care in minimizing the impact that a remodeling project has on your home and home life. \n\nRoy has created a design center, which, in conjunction with his expertise in creating a kitchen that is both pleasing to the eye and functional, allowed our new kitchen to come to life in a way that typical samples cannot provide. The ability to see cabinet/counter/hardware/lighting combinations in a large scale setting inspired confidence in our decisions. \n\nAs mentioned above, everyone associated with the project exhibited great honesty, and a commitment to quickly resolving any issues that arose during the project. \n\nWe enjoy our new kitchen every day, and thank Roy, Troy, Mike, Trevor, Greg, Juan, Apollo, Summit Stone, and everyone else for creating it.

New Creations captured our kitchen remodeling business because they offered the whole package from design inception through installation, with a key focus on customer satisfaction. Roy Faust, New Creations owner, lives and breathes his commitment to his customers, and it permeates throughout his team. We enjoyed being an integral part of the kitchen upgrade design process, making key selections of cabinet styles/wood/finish, backsplash tile, inserts, and hardware in the New Creations design center. One of the most rewarding parts of the design process was selecting the granite slabs at Pacific Shores and meeting with New Creations designer, Julia, and Summit Stoneworks manager, Sam, to jointly layout the pattern of the kitchen countertops on the actual granite slabs. Our New Creations project was managed with an online project scheduling tool that was very useful, and any detailed information requests were responded to promptly by phone and email.\r\n\r\nAs with many home construction projects, we had a couple of issues pop up. Roy and his team (with special note to his project manager, Troy) were professional and responsive. Issues were resolved in a timely fashion and the focus on making us happy with our project was always at the top of their list. \r\nAlso worthy of note, is that there were several subcontractors used on our project that were true artisans. We were particularly impressed with Summit Stoneworks, who effortlessly put final touches and edges on the granite during the install to make it fit perfectly. Additionally, Greg Olson and his team did a wonderful job of working with us to design, construct and install a beautiful, new family room media cabinet. Impressive workmanship!\r\n\r\nThere are always ways to improve a team, and in this case I would recommend having the project manager get involved earlier. It would be beneficial to have the project manager start engaging during the tail-end of the design process, so that there is no gap in the flow of information from the design process to the installation phase of the project. Additionally, we had a gap in our schedule between demolition of our kitchen to the start of the construction phase, so I would recommend tightening up the schedule to eliminate this inconvenience to the customer.\r\n\r\nWe are very happy with our beautifully remodeled kitchen, and would recommend New Creations to anyone interested in a well-run home remodeling project!\r\n

Pros: Design thru installation focusing on customer satisfaction

The work was done on time and in a very professional manner. We only needed a counter top and the workmen were very careful not to damage our existing cabinets.\n\nWe were given a schedule when the counter top would be installed, when the tile contractor would be there and when the plumber would install the new sink plumbing. Every process was started on time and completed on time.\n\nEver member of the work crew were very respectful of our home and did there best to keep it clean of outside dirt.\n\nI do highly recommend New Creations Custom Kitchens and Bath Remodeling to every one that is looking to redo their home.\n

I Love My Kitchen! \n\nWe met Roy and some of his team members at the last home and garden show in August and decided to let him come over and provide us some ideas as to what we could do with our kitchen. We purchased our 17-year old home in 2008 and knew at that time that it needed renovating. The cabinets were golden oak, 30 inches tall with white laminate counter top covering every available spot. Additionally, the original appliances were still in use!\n\nRoy was much attuned to our schedule and made several evening appointments to meet with us. His suggestions of installing under-counter lights and ceiling can lights (to replace the three fluorescent fixtures which for some odd reason, I really wanted to keep), were initially met with resistance, but we folded\n\nAfter meeting with Julia and Roy at the design center, we decided on a red mahogany finish over knotty alder cabinets. Julia creatively designed a furniture piece of cabinetry and enlarged the island to accompany the shape of the kitchen. I provided design specifications of the appliances I selected to Greg and his team perfectly sized all areas to fit like a glove. Larry, the plumber, and James, the electrician were pleasant and very professional. Trevor, Josh and Troy were always on top of the schedule.\n\nFrom the time we met with Roy and Julia at the design center, the cabinets and appliances were ripped out and new cabinets and counters were installed, to the final touchups, we were looking at approximately 2 months. This was primarily due to the glass I selected which turned out to not be available locally and had to be special ordered. \n\nThe professionalism, courteousness and sensitivity to customer needs of the New Creations team are second to none. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a remodeling effort.\n\nP.S. The can lights we were so hesitant to have installed we wouldnt have them any other way!\n

My wife wanted new countertops in our 10 year old kitchen. After new wood flooring in the house this past summer I looked at doing this for her. Our kitchen was ""standard, run-of-the-mill, no frills kitchen"" with pickled, white-washed cabinets (no handles), linoleum floors, and as the owner Roy called it a ""god awful"" green backsplash with walls to match.\r\n\r\nAfter meeting with Roy I opted to go with everything - cabinets, floors, lighting, fixtures, tile, backsplash. I'm not much of a designer - okay, not one at all. I met with Roy and his team at his design center and after about 90 min. or so came up with a unique flooring, backsplash design to match the granite countertops and cabinets I picked out.\r\n\r\nCut to about 2 months later (total time from intial contact to completion). OH MY GOSH!!! Like my headline says, this job went so above anything we had thought of. Not only was the end product absolutely fantastic but so was the entire process. Roy has assembled the finest work team you could ever hope to work with. Everyone, I mean everyone is absolutely professional/polite and 100% competent in their work. I dare to say you'll not find a better company to work with.\r\n\r\nThey started the job just before Christmas and hoped to have it finished prior to the holidays. Unfortunately, because of circumstances beyond their control (the tile supplier couldn't get my tile from overseas to Roy in time) this didn't happen. However, Roy and his team busted their rears to get us a functional kitchen for our holiday visitors. Also, because of the delay we were without our range microwave so they brought us a new loaner microwave to use - totally unexpected. On top of everything else, after the holidays the tile still wasn't in. Sensing my frustration (with the tile supplier NOT New Creations) Roy got our family a sizable gift certificate to our favorite restaurant. WOW! This company really steps up and delivers superb customer care.\r\n\r\nThe work was completed yesterday and I'm sitting here on my laptop today while my kitchen is detailed by the cleaning company New Creations sent over - just one more finishing touch!\r\n\r\nIf you've got your dream kitchen in mind then call New Creations. They'll deliver. If you're like me and haven't got a clue, call New Creations. They'll help you come up with a design you'll love.

We recently finished our full kitchen remodel with New Creations. After viewing photos of the companys work on their website, meeting with Roy, and visiting their showroom, I never doubted we would get a gorgeous kitchen. (And we did). What did surprise me was the exceptional degree of customer service, attention to detail, and true commitment to making the customer happy that we experienced, something that was demonstrated by every member of the New Creations team. These guys take pride in their craftsmanship and truly dont rest until the customer is satisfied. Our concerns were their highest priorities. \n\nI was also surprised by the efforts they took to make sure the remodel process was as painless as possible on my family working quickly to allow us to have our functional kitchen back, blocking and ventilating the worksite to minimize dust in the rest of the house, cleaning up the jobsite each day, and even having a professional cleaning service come in at the end of the project. We not only have an incredible kitchen now that we love, we had a great experience in getting it. Who would have thought? I highly recommend these guys.

New Creations is the company that will give you the quality results and the peace of mind that you will be taken care of. Roy and his team take pride in their work and the results are just beautiful. My 25 year old kitchen and bath make us feel like we are in a new home. We were able to expand our guest bathroom and add a window. The tile work is just wonderful to look at in the bath and the kitchen. Our kitchen cabinets are gorgeous and the layout of the kitchen design turned out better than I imagined, thanks to the New Creation team.

It's amazing what a little change can do, that makes a big difference. My kitchen cabinets were ugly, outdated and needed a change. So, I searched around for a couple of companies that did cabinet refacing and had them come out and give me a quote, but there was no comparison to New Creations. Roy Faust and his team are great to work with, I could really tell he loves what he does by his enthusiasm and knowledge. My whole experience was amazing and I can't wait to have them put in a new back splash, new tile around the fireplace and downstairs floor. I'm madly in love with my new kitchen. Thank you New Creations....you guys are awesome!!!!

We started looking at Kitchen remodeling companies during the summer (2009). Our challenge was to update a 16 year old kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter tops, and updated lighting. We also wanted to retexture of the downstairs popcorn ceiling. After visiting with several remodeling companies over the summer, we decided to go with Roy at New Creations. Why? Several reasons: we were impressed with the online feedback from the customers, website photos of past projects, a call to a past New Creations customer and Roys openness to answer the numerous questions with regards to his past remodeling jobs and overall business structure. But the one thing that really captured us before we signed the contract was the visit to the showroom and the discussion with Roys team. We could really feel the true commitment to us (the customer).\r\n\r\nWe just recently finished the kitchen (October 2009) with new custom cherry cabinets, under-cabinet lighting, tile back splash, and granite counters. The one common message from our family, friends and neighbors is WOW! Is that the same kitchen? \r\nThe kitchen looks like a photo straight out of a magazine perfect and met all the requirements we set out to accomplish. Also, the removal of the popcorn ceiling makes the entire downstairs look like a different house. \r\n \r\nRoy (owner), Trevor (on site manager), Apollo (tile), Greg (cabinets), Ray (ceiling and paint) and Troy (office manager) were extremely supportive through the always unforeseen surprises that come along with every remodeling job. The schedule from Troy was constantly updated and the overall teams communication was outstanding. Roy and his team come highly recommended from our perspective. \r\n\r\n

I used New Creations for a kitchen remodel 2 years ago. Roy was great about helping me through the process of choosing granite and tiles to suit my style. He kept everything within my budget but always gave me options for upgrades if I wanted them. \r\nHis team was very professional and my home was always cleaned up at the end of the day. The job was finished in a timely manner and follow-up was excellent. I was so pleased that I have now signed on with New Creations to have my master bath updated. \r\nMy master bath remodel is now completed and once again New Creations came through and gave me the bath I've always dreamed of. Even though the remodel took place around the holidays, schedules were kept and there was minimal disruption of daily life. Roy and his team helped choose exactly the tile combinations I had in my mind and also gave me good suggestions on ways to compliment my choices. Tile work by Apollo and his assistant was wonderful, the vanities that Greg created are awesome and everything was done with little disturbance or mess. All the New Creations employees are professional, pleasant and easy to work with. Thanks again to New Creations for the bath they created for me!

We had Roy and the New Creations crew remodel our 30 year old kitchen and are really pleased with how their work updated and revitalised the most popular room in our home. We liked our solid wood cabinets and wanted to try to match new door additions to existing cabinets. We were not sure it could be done to our satisfaction. How wrong we were! Our friends can't tell the new from the old, and Greg, the cabinet guy, really worked wonders with all our ideas. We were very impressed with the skilled artisans making up the New Creations team. Mike, the project manager, checked on the project every day and Troy made sure our several requests regarding the work site and our neighbors were met. For example, we didn't want loud music blasting from radios; we wanted the work site cleaned up at the end of each day; we asked them to keep the number of crew trucks and cars to a minimum and that our and the neighbor's driveways be kept free. New Creations exceeded our expectations in all regards.\r\n\r\nWe are truly pleased with the finished product and would happily and enthusiastically recommend Roy Faust's New Creations to anyone thinking about kitchen and bath remodeling. We hope to remodel our master bath in the coming months and are keeping Roy and his team on our speed dial.

Pros: Best Remodeling Work We've Ever Had Done

Cons: NO Drawbacks

Due to some structural limitations, our kitchen cabinetry had to be custom built. We chose New Creations because of 1) their business process model and warranties, 2) their flexibility in working with both our design and budget constraints, and 3) their many rave and recent reviews.\n\nEvery member of the NC Team was professional, flexible, creative, and prompt in communicating and resolving questions or challenges. Additionally, as experienced remodelers (not new construction) they appreciate architectural style versus popular trends, can anticipate potential issues in existing homes, and, blessedly, they respect that we 'live' here. \n\nMy husband and I were exceedingly pleased with how easy the entire process was, unlike our prior contractor experiences. Working with Troy, Greg, et al, we were able to smoothly coordinate third party tradesman work into the schedule, including my husband and I doing some work ourselves. The most stressful point was deciding on a paint color! \n\nWe are very happy with how the finished kitchen looks and functions, and that it was completed by the target date. We would recommend Roy and New Creations without hesitation.\n\n

Pros: ease of communication and flexibility.

Message from New Creations Custom Kitchen & Bath Remodeling

New Creations Custom Kitchen and Bath began because of a love of remodeling. I got the urge to start my own company when I realized there was a tremendous void in the current remodeling industry. Contractors had developed a reputation for being dishonest with their clients and abusive to our environment. I felt that no company really embodied a passion for design nor had a strategic system to deliver their plan. I had the idea of creating a remodeling company that worked hard to protect our environment, developed comprehensive systems for project management, and offered selection and designing processes for the client to ensure a great experience.
