Are you stuck at home with one child that's ill and another that needs to go to school? What are you going to do? Are you a busy professional that can't afford to miss time at work and can't see your doctor right away? Do you feel lousy but have to take care of the kids and don't have the time or energy to take them along to see your doctor? Regardless of your situation, we'll come to you to provide high-quality routine care within a few hours, 7 days a week from 8am to 8am. Give us a call and we'll be right over!
This service goes above and beyond. You don't have to get out of the house to go the doctor office when you don't feel like or can't drive. They arrive when they say they will, have everything needed for the visit and even give me a "goody" bag with chicken soup, ginger ale and much more when I had the flu. I cannot recommend enough!
Pros: Do not have to leave your house
Cons: None

I used White Glove for their wellness service - I hadn't gotten around to a physical/blood workup in over three years. Service was quick, professional, and fairly painless. My practitioner was funny and thorough, and did everything needed while I was in my street clothes. I DEFINITELY will use White Glove again!
Pros: practitioner arrived early
Cons: I never expected early!

This is an excellent service that I would recommend to anyone. I was too sick to leave my bed and WhiteGlove came right to me. I was treated very well, they responded to my call quickly, and I needed no additional care. They even called the following day to make sure I was better. I will definitely use this service again and I've been telling everyone I know how great it was.
Pros: Excellent service in your own home
Cons: Not everything can be treated by whiteglove

I wasn't feeling well, and with 3 small children I hate going to the doctors. The healthy kids always seem to catch something from just being in the waiting room, and then I have an extra issue to deal with on top of what I was originally going to the doctors for. With White Glove, I had no worries about this, they came straight to me at home, they worked around my schedule for an appointment, and they brought me a goody bag with all sorts of healthy treats to help me feel better. I will definitely recommend and call on them again!
Pros: The Health Care Provider Comes To YOU!
Posted 12/19/09
This service is almost too good to be true!
I cannot believe that they traveled to me, brought me all sorts of medications as well as a whole bag full of goodies to make me feel better!
I loved this convenient service. I will definitely call WhiteGlove again next time I cannot fight my sickness on my own!
Pros: too long to list
Cons: none

WhiteGlove is a wonderful service. They were very professional and punctual. The nurse practitioner that visited me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. With my schedule it is much easier to be seen for minor medical issues through WhiteGlove. I wish this service had been available years ago!
Pros: Punctual, professional, friendly, knowledgeable
Posted 11/30/09
The Nurse Practioner that came to my office was very curteous and pleasant to deal with. She was very knowledgeable. They were on time for my appointment and it didn't take forever like the doctor's office does. I was feeling 99% better the next day. I would definitely recommend and use this service again.
Pros: No sitting and waiting at the Doctor's office
Cons: I didn't find any

A White Glove Physician or NP come to treat you at home or your office. They are punctual, professional, kind and caring. They allow plenty of time to take a detailed history, talk to you about your present illness and to explain their diagnosis and treatment. White Glove provides all the medications prescribed and brings a get well soon goodie bag with soup, crackers, vitamin water, cough drops, etc. They follow up by telephone and email to see how you are feeling. They are absolutely wonderful! They remind me of good old Marcus Welby, M.D! What a blessing to have them available to us when we aren't feeling well!
Pros: White Glove treats you like royalty!
Cons: NONE
Posted 11/22/09
The nurse practioner was very friendly, sympathetic, and helpful. I got meds immediately. WhiteGlove even gave me a care package with soup, crackers, cough drops, sports drink, etc. so I wouldn't have to go to the store...nice, caring touch. Great job WhiteGlove!
Pros: Don't have to leave the house when you're sick!
Cons: None

Beats sitting in a waiting room any day.

I was very thoroughly impressed with my visit from White Glove House Call Health. They came to my office and it saved me a trip to my doctor's office, not to mention the fact my doctor's office was booked for at least 3 days and I had been feeling horrible for about 2 weeks so I needed to be seen ASAP. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone that has access to their services. They were very prompt, courteous, caring and willing to help you in any way. They even offered to have my prescriptions delivered to my home since they didn't have them on hand. I SAY USE THEM AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE THEY ARE JUST FABULOUS!!
Pros: You don't have to leave work or home.
Cons: Only con is if they don't have your medication on hand.
Posted 11/18/09
WOW! Great Service. They were on time every time I've used them. Always professional, courteous and caring. Brings you back to when the family doctor made house calls. They handle everything and even have the medicines I needed to get me up and on my feet again. I've recommended them to everyone I know!!!
Pros: Too Many To Name Here!!!
Cons: NONE!

I have used WhiteGlove twice now and have been so happy with the service. It saves so much time and hassle when the nurse comes straight to your door versus having to load things up, go sit in a doctors office, then go to the pharmacy to fill a prescription, etc. After using WhiteGlove, I do not think I will ever go back to my doctor's office again!
Pros: Convenient, inexpensive, fast
Cons: None

I recently use White Glove on 2 different occasions. Once for myself and once for my young son. Both experiences were exceptional! I higly revommend this service to everyone. My son was especially pleased to not have to visit the Dr. office and the nurse had a great bedside manner for children.
Pros: no travel

After receiving a couple of emails from my employer about a new program called WhiteGlove House Call services I was completely skeptical. After all - house calls - yeah right - that was a thing of the past !! A few days after getting these emails my 4 year old daughter came home from school sick with a high fever and severe diarrhea. Of course being a mom, and with all of the hype about H1N1 - I decided it might be a good idea to have her checked out - so my husband and I thought about taking her to our local pedicatrician. However, we didn't want to expose her to any other germs. So - we decided to use the WhiteGlove services. Oh my goodness - were we AMAZED !! First - they were ON TIME !! Second, they provided a "treat bag" for our daughter which included drinks, medicine, crackers, soup - you name it - the bag was SO heavy she couldn't even carry it!! Third - the PA - Jon was AWESOME ! He advised us at every step the signs and symptoms that he was looking for if it were the H1N1 virus - also allowing us to "view" her ears to ensure that she didn't have an ear infection; because my children are prone to ear infections and usually show no symptoms. Fourth - he went above and beyond the normal time alotment for your visit at your pediatricians office. He made sure that all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction before leaving. My daughter was VERY happy at the end of the visit. Which as a Mom - is very important as my children usually associate the Doctors office as an unpleasant experience. With this program we were able to sit at our kitchen table, in our daughter's comfort zone, with her toys, her germs and get her seen by a PA. We were definately impressed !! So impressed that we will now ONLY use WhiteGlove House calls for all of our SICK visits !! They are AWESOME !! I HIGHLY recommend them !! You will not be sorry !!
Pros: Detail Oriented !!
Cons: They don't clean your house !! ;-)

We have used this service several times for all the members of my family. They are always on time or else call if they will be even a few minutes late. Our family got sick with the flu a few weeks ago and they tested us for it on the spot! They also carry the first few doses of generic drugs so you can take them immediately and get the rest in the mail a few days later. If you need something other than the generics you may still need to go to the pharmacy. Before they were around we used to have to weigh the pros and cons of taking our little girl in to be seen if we were unsure and there were a few times after we went in that we realized she really should have been seen earlier and really needed antiobiotics. Now there is no need to hesitate. If we are in doubt we just schedule an appointment and there really are not any of the cons there would be otherwise of waiting in a room and possibly catching something from someone else and being very uncomfortable the entire time because you are sick!
Pros: They come to you! Deliver prescriptions and well kit.
Cons: Do not see people younger than 2 or with 103 degree+ fevers.

I love love love this group! Exceptionally nice and qualified nurses arrive on your doorstep. I recommend to anyone!
Pros: Healthcare comes to you
Cons: none

I have had to call WhiteGlove in the last two weeks, and both my experiences were great. I would recommend them to anyone. It is a safe and reliable service to rely on when you are sick and do not have the time nor energy to get to your doctor. They will come to your house and bring you a goodie bag to get you through for a day or two. I have placed them in my speed dial in case I need to call them again in the future.
Pros: Convenient in home medical treatment
Cons: no draw backs

I was feeling ill and just didn't have time to arrange my schedule to get into the doctor, have the kids picked up from school...and frankly I just didn't want to sit in the Dr. waiting room. This service solved all of those issues for me. Came to my house with the needed Rx in hand. The cost was lower than going to the Dr. and pharmacy
Pros: Low cost, low time committment, and same day appointment.
Posted 11/09/09
Super easy to use, especially if you have insurance. Even if you don't, the monthly fee is so low, that it's worth it. Why wait in lines at the doctor's office to get squeezed in at the last minute? Everyone is so nice, and they follow up with you the next day. Can't be the service.
Pros: Even if you don't have insurance, you can use them
Cons: None

Amy came out and was friendly, caring, and gave me medicine so I could feel better. I was to sick to go anywhere so it was a relief to have someone come to me with everything I needed. Would recommend them to anyone who needs to see the doctor. It is so convenient easy.
Pros: They were timely, friendly and brought my medicine
Cons: dont have any

This is a great service!! I couldn't get an appointment with my doctor and was too sick to drive. I had a professional at my home within 4 hr. She brought a goodie bag with food, drinks and over the counter medications for my illness. She was on time and very personable. No exposure to other sickness, no waiting for 20 min. in a waiting room and one on one service.
I will continue to use this service! I recommend it to everyone! Especially for kids and afterhours!
Pros: Housecall, Goodie Bags, Personal & Professional, Convenient
Cons: Longer waits for labs

It's clear that WhiteGlove has gone all out to make sure their customers have a good experience. The staff is courteous and professional; they are very clear as to the diagnosis and treatment; and they call with a follow-up afterwards to make sure everything's OK.
In my particular case, they had a trial package of the drugs I was prescribed, which was enough to see me out of my illness. Had it not been enough, they would have delivered the drugs to me, free of charge (other than the cost of the drugs themselves).
And of course the sheer convenience of having a health professional available to visit you seven days a week is overwhelming. I can say from personal experience that having to make a trip up to the "open-on-Saturdays" clinic with a sick child (or worse, a sick parent) is no fun!
Pros: convenience and time saved
Posted 10/08/09
Who wouldn't use WhiteGlove? I made an appt. on the web and had a rep call me in 10 mins. WhiteGlove was out to see me AT WORK within 2 hours. They brought all the meds I would need for just the cost of my co-pay plus a gift bag of gatorade, crackers, vit. water, tylenol and a whole bunch more.
WhiteGlove called in the prescription they didn't have with them and when I wasn't feeling better at the end of the week I called them back and they called more meds in for me. She recommended that I see my primary care Dr. when she concluded I had pneumonia because WG cannot do xrays. USE THEM
Pros: professional/courteous/quick to respond
Posted 10/08/09
WhiteGlove came to my home within 3 hours of my call. The NP was very professional and cordial. I was tested for the flu to be sure I wasn't contagious. Having WhiteGlove come to my home instead of me having to get up and get ready to go to the Drs. office was so convenient and helpful. I will certainly use them again and again!
Pros: Convenience of having teh NP come to my home.
Cons: None

I was recently ill, and called Whiteglove. Not only were courteous. But the took the time, to hear about symptons. Came to my house on time, with medicine and care package. I was so impress with there service I informed my co-workers, friends and family about their service. I would recommend Whiteglove to anyone, who is unable to get out of bed, or refuse to their family doctor, or emergency room. Way to go WhiteGlove, keep up the good work.
Steve
Pros: The health Service for your bucks
Posted 09/29/09
It was great having White Glove come to my office to make sure a simple sore throat was not something more serious. The practitioner was also very professional, helpful, and very efficient as well, answered all my questions.
It's awesome not having to waste time going to see the doctor and waiting for services. Also, having then come to your office means no stress for being away from work. I would definitely reccomend them!
Pros: No wasted time at all
Posted 09/29/09
They come to your house, on time, and professional! I will definitely use them again!
Pros: Wonderful service!
Posted 09/22/09
The physician who came to my hotel room did a thorough exam, consulted with my physician at home (!!), did a 10-minute flu test and gave me a super prescription anti-nausea melt-in-your-mouth med (from his supply) that reduced the misery within minutes. There was no need to fill a Rx - he had the full supply with him. Managing, as it turned out, intestinal distress from bad food is tricky enough when you're at home, but to deal with it while traveling took it to a whole other level.
I cannot find sufficient words to describe how remarkable this service is and we're really fortunate to have it as one of our benefits.
Pros: House call when miserable
Cons: Absolutely none

I was a bit hesitant about having a stranger in my home at first. Although, once the NP arrived , he made my daughter and myself feel very comfortable. The NP was very professional and attentive. White Glove is definetly very efficient and extremely convenient!
Posted 09/22/09
Proffesional attentive staff members come to your home or place of business to diagnose and give treatment advce. They have been wonderful. I couldn't be more pleased. The people are friendy and they make it obvious that they care about you.
Pros: At home service

I became ill on Saturday. Made an appointment with White Glover via their website. I had a nurse knocking on my door in about an hour. She gave me the medications I needed (no trip to the pharmacy required) and a little care package to boot. I love this service.
Pros: Fast, efficient, friendly, knowledgable
Posted 09/14/09
I became ill on Friday night and found myself even worse on Saturday. I had recently been told about WhiteGlove and their services but I was hesitant to call feeling strange about having someone come to me instead of me to them. I finally gave in and called. In no time at all someone showed up. My hesitations soon vanished as I was evaluated and treated with more respect and kindness than I expected. The provider was very professional and eager to answer all my questions. As an added bonus I even recieved a get well bag with soup, crackers, jello, cough drops and other comfort supplies! The following day, I also recieved a follow up call just to see how I was doing. I was so happy to not have to get up and out with a fever and aches to see a doctor. I won't leave home again when I'm sick and I can't imagine why anyone would ever want to.
Pros: Staying in bed while you're sick!
Cons: Ladies may feel like you have to clean the house first
Posted 09/10/09
This service is amazing! They answer the phone and respond to emails. They genuinely care about their patients. They come to your house and bring you a care package to help you feel better. I can't say enough great things about White Glove House Call Health!!!
Pros: Personalized care, friendly and knowledgeable staff
Cons: None
Posted 09/10/09
This was my first time using WhiteGlove and they are a God send. I didn't have to take time away from work to be seen and they were truly caring and compassionate. My family and I will use them first before scheduling another doctor appointment and having to wait in a doctor's office for 40 minutes to be seen. Everyone at work is on board as well!
Pros: Informative, Friendly, On Time
Cons: None that I See
Posted 09/10/09
It was great having White Glove come to my office to be seen for something simple like an eye infection. No time wasted travelling to a doctor's office or sitting in a waiting room. That also meant not stressing about being away from work. The practitioner that saw me was friendly, efficient and fully prepared to treat me. I'll definitely use them again for minor illnesses!
Pros: No wasted time getting to or sitting in a doctor's office

I just moved to the Austin area. I am a nurse. On the way to work one day, I was driving behind a cute White Glove vehicle with advertising. Being new to the city, I had been looking for a doctor that was open on Saturdays, no missing work and my boys not missing school. No luck. Out of curiosity, I called the number on the back of the car. They came out Saturday am, the time best for me. They are very personable and professional. They made me feel like I had been their patient for a long time. My insurance covered everything but my copay of $30.00. They draw labs and do anything that happens in the office. The big difference is you do not have to drive in traffic, miss work, or school for your children and they are available 7 days a week with no outrageous bill for being seen on a weekend. Thank you White Glove!!!!
Pros: Comes to ur home 7 days a week with a minutes notice.

Health care professional arrived early, provided excellent service, and had all equipment and supplies necessary. The whole process was efficient and extremly convenient. I will use them again.
Pros: on-time, excellent service
Cons: none
Posted 09/09/09
Since working outside of Austin is not convenient for the doctor's appointments, the WhiteGlove nurse came to the house after work hours in Austin to check my vitals for signing another membership for next year. They will come to the house and give a flu shot in September...I will call for an appointment.
The nurse was very professional, very concerned for my personal health care. Did not have to sit in an office with sick people for the service.
Pros: convenience in the home
Cons: only in Austin
Posted 08/31/09
The professional that visited my house was not only on time, but actually a few minutes early. He was very polite, yet personable. He was very knowledgeable about medical conditions. He was neat. He had all the equipment and supplies he needed to do what I asked to be done. The entire visit took less than 30 minutes. This beats investing an hour in travel time to my physician and then spending 30 minutes waiting while only getting 10 minutes of face time with my doctor.
Pros: On time, very efficient, fully equipped
Cons: none
Posted 08/31/09
The nurse that visited me was very professional and thorough. She visited me at my office (on time) so any time away from work was minimal (15 minutes) -- and I did not have to fight traffic driving across town, etc. The convenience factor is priceless! I live approximately 35 miles away from Austin but WhiteGlove was willing to go to my house if I desired! After my appointment, they called as a follow-up to ensure I was doing fine and asked if there was anything else I needed. WhiteGlove's care is truly excellent.
Pros: Appointments are according to your schedule
Cons: None come to mind

The service w/ White Glove is "above and beyond". I have been w/ White Glove for about 2 1/2 years and have never had a bad experience w/ them. I've used White Glove for all my medical issues in the past 2 1/2 years and saved alot of time and money.
Pros: Extremely convenient/ the best alternative for non-emergency
Posted 08/27/09
When your feeling under the weather and the last thing you want to do is call make appt., drive to doctor, wait in germ filled waiting room then this is the service for you! They are professional, timely, through and great follow up.
I am so glad I chose to call. Excepts some insurance and brings "get well" goodies at visit.
Pros: Doctor/P.A. comes to you, no waiting
Cons: none
Posted 08/25/09
It took less than 45 minutes for a very pleasant nurse to show up at my house after my co-workers felt the need to have my pink-eye formally diagnosed to avoid contagion. She not only arrived prepared with the right medication, but she also provided a load of goodies that made me feel extremely pampered and well taken care of. Sort of what my grandmother or mother would put together for me if I were feeling ill. I really appreciated the fast response and great service and would not only recommend it to anyone, but would definitely try it again.
Pros: Everything comes to you!
Cons: None
Posted 08/25/09
WhiteGlove House Call service is amazing! When I feel sick the last thing I want to do is drive anywhere, wait in a room filled with other ill people, wait in a treatment room and wait for service. No waiting! They come to your home (or office), fully equipped with the things in most doctor's office, do the same processes that I receive at the doctor's office...and treat me! A terrific "get well" bag with essentials to get you through a couple of days, medication right then...even bloodwork! I am more than pleased with this service and every person associated with WhiteGlove is extremely professional! Even my lab tests were waiting for my doctor before my checkup! I recommend this service to everyone! Feel better...in your own home...in your pj's!
Pros: EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS SERVICE IS PHENOMENAL!
Cons: None

We have had great experiences with White Glove house call health. Especially Anne Vozza! She rocks! She went our of her way to make sure our four year old got checked out and got the care he needed at 7 o'clock at night, and we didn't have to wait at an urgent care!
Pros: Health professionals that come to you!
Posted 08/19/09
They came to my workplace, diagnosed me swiftly, gave me the medication I needed, mailed me another 7 days worth, and I never had to go anywhere near a doctor's office, waiting room, or pharmacy. They were well worth the money and knowing I have them available makes it much, much easier for me to take the plunge of calling the doctor when I don't feel well.
Pros: Professional, courteous, cheap!
Cons: No cons.

An appointment was made within 30 minutes of my call to WhiteGlove. The PA was on time and extrememly thorough. She took the time to answer any questions that I had and to explain the diagnosis. She brought me a "goodie bag" with everything I needed to help me get better so I didn't have to leave my house until absolutely necessary. I will definitely use this service again and may sign the rest of my family up for WhiteGlove.
Pros: very promt and courteous
Cons: none

We called the white glove service on a Monday evening. We just got back from the beach, and our 3 1/2 year old was complaining of an earache. I heard of the service through a client of mine. Within two hours of calling, an R.N.P. showed up at our home gave us our medications, and an amazing goody bag. My son still talks about how much he liked her, and wants her to visit again! Thanks white glove for an amazing experience, and a saved trip to the pediatrician. I didn't even have to call in to work the next morning.
Pros: friendly, quick to arrive, and very knowledgeable.
Cons: NONE!
Posted 08/18/09
They are always quick and to the point. However , they are not designed to diagnose strange ailments so it's best to only call them if you have a pretty good idea of what it is that is wrong with you. I get sinus infections all the time and they are so great and convenient for run of the mill stuff like that, and I have saved so much money not having to go to the regular doctor everytime. Their hours are great and not having to drag out of the house when you're feeling awful is awesome. I would recommend them to anyone.
Pros: They will get you fixed up quickly and they are hassle free
Cons: If you are calling them you are sick, that's a con hahaha
