      .

This place is a total scam. My husband went here for an eye appt. We have insurance, and i knew the extras, i made the appt for EYEGLASSES not contacts. On the questionnaire it asks if you are interested in contacts, my husband checked yes. After his eye exam, a staff woman asked him if he wanted to discuss contacts, my husband said yes, and asked why, she said that she needed to know for insurance purposes. She then brought him to a area, where he was given contacts to put in his eyes, NO mention that a) there was a fee for someone to sit there and have a woman watch you stick contacts in your eyes or that b) insurances dont cover the fee. At the end of the appt, what was supposed to be a $20 co-pay, they wanted $168.75 for the appt!!!! Needless to say, he had to take the contacts out, and then they just threw them away. Waste of our time, and theirs, and a perfectly good pair of contacts. They also wanted him to buy a full 6 months worth of contacts that day and just added them to the total without even asking, so that they could claim it on our insurance without him even knowing if he was going to GET them yet!!!! Im a full believer in capitalism, but a company that feels that they need to scam their customers into giving them money should be against the law!
