Avoid Dr Jim McManus at all costs. I emailed him a list of behaviors I had been observing in my family member that was a patient of his and asked him to keep this communication confidential. He did not. I often would email him and beg

THIS PLACE NEEDS HELP and SHOULDNT BE TRYING TO HELP OTHERS. ONE BAD EXPERIENCE AFTER ANOTHER. Dr. Castillo is the only person there that should still have a job.

First of all...me giving this place one star is giving them too much credit! I started going here after a search through my insurance provider, the website seemed pretty believable. I was seeing Dr Merrit and she was ok I guess, she really

So, I heard about this office through this website and thought I would try it out. I read the bad reviews and went through the odd voice portal to schedule an appointment. I already could tell that with the way you have to schedule the

I have seen Nancy Daniels for 5 years. Last week I received a "dear john" letter in the mail giving NO EXPLAINATION as to why she would no longer see me. I was molested for 8 years as a child, and at the age of 26 took my abuser to court.

Do NOT waste your time here!!!! This is San Antonio's TOP WORST places to work in. Managment is horrible and you will be assigned a million duties and will be thrown all over where they need you. They are not friendly and all they do is

Dr. Walter Root practiced on me and his recommendation sent me to the ER. I find out from another doctor, who was on call, that he wasn't licensed by the state health board, yet he perscribed and diagnosed me and many individuals. This not

Dr. JS is one of the most caring MD's i know. He caught something about the cause of my condition that no other MD ever considered, and it returned my life back to normal (100%). There are very few MD's that will go the extra mile. All are entitled to their opinion, but the truth is that you are truly blessed if Dr. JS is your Doctor.

Pros: there are many, mostly they are compassionate and up to date

Dr. Olkowski was terrible the way my son and I were treated, he looked at us as if he didn't even want to speak to us, my son was asking for help mentally . Well we had set up an appt and to find out this doctor didn't see substance abuse patients, what does that tell you about there office people. No communication . Then he didn't even bother to refer us to anyone all he said was well there must be a doctor that can help you around this building. Off he went showing us the door., To find out he moved out of town this month. Believe me, these doctors just look for a paycheck, do not care to take care of patients. OH! and he even saw the sales rep before he took us in. Ha!

I have a 13 year old son that has bipolar disorder and sees Dr. J.M. at this location. I have tried in vain for the last three weeks to get Dr. J.M. to return my phone calls and discuss my sons bipolar diorder and he refuses to do so. i got a return phone call from someone in the office telling me that Dr. J.M. would return my calls and to this date he still has not done so. I am divorced from my sons mother and Dr. J.M. still refuses to discuss with me the status of my sons medications and treatment. Even though he has a copy of the divorce . child custody decree stating that I am to be given any information, he still refuses to do so. i would not recommend this group or especially this doctor to anyone. he has my son taking medications that create hallucinations, tremors and other side effects and the medications are not to be prescribed to anyone under 18. Go figure.

Pros: Haven't seen one yet

Cons: Very poor work

Either their office is terribly disorganized, or DR J. S. there is terribly disorganized. I called repeatedly, leaving messages asking for a callback to change my appointments there, and NEVER received any kind of return call from my (former) md -not even when he was booked for an appointment with me, and I called during the time of the appointment!

The receptionist who answered the phone told me - confidentially of course- that the md I saw was terrible about returning calls, and that they used to emply a nurse who handled calls for him, but office cutbacks had eliminated her position. Believeable, given the fact that even their office manager cannot return a call.

I know another md there (socially), so I asked him to ask my md to call me, and I STILL got no return call.

I finally received a letter from Dr. JS telling me that because I did not communicate appointment changes to him, he could no longer see me!

I would never recommend this specific md there, not even to my worst enemy! If you have a chemical imbalance problem like bi-polar disorder, and are dependent on medication to control your disease, I sincerely doubt you will be helped by this incredibly disorganized and understaffed md, and in fact you may be harmed by the apparent inability of the md to communicate with either yourself, or the staff.

Pros: beautiful park like grounds

Cons: utter failure of md to return calls, ar even take calls and respond to messages, same for office staff
