      Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. Ed is very competent! Loaner was a 2003 5-series. ALL concerns were dealt with and fixed. I drive approx. 250 miles round trip just to make the appt. IT IS worth the DRIVE (esp. in a Bimmer)! No runarounds or bull-talk, just great Service which is hard to come by in TEXAS! I purchased my vehicle from them as well. No Regrets! As long as the continue to have the small-town dealers in their rearview, they'll continue to reign!

      Everyone at the dealership treated me with the upmost respect. I know it's not their fault my car had issues... He called me to keep me updated daily! Everyone at the dealership was very friendly through all of my service issues! I would highly recommend dealing with this service department, if you have a BMW dealership if you live in the San Antonio area.

      I had been told in the past about this dealership, but now I understand why the dealership won for the first time the prestigious Center of Excellence award only awarded to BMW's top 20 dealers in the US. I purchased a new 2010 BMW X6 last December from BMW of San Antonio's website and had an excellent internet purchase experience and have been back for routine experience twice (receiving use of a free BMW loaner and free maintenance) with excellent customer service!

      There is one Fast Lane Service Tech that is AWESOME. Tara will come in or call you on her day off just to make sure that your car has been taken care of. She works really hard. She has to go by what the techs advise her, but she is very fair and honest. When ever my friends or I need service, we only ask for her and she gives us her work cell so if we do have a problem, she will handle it. Thank Goodness she is back!!!

Is this dealer buying fake 5 star reviews? hmmm, check out the reviewers history and you tell me. Somehow the reviewers buy a car every day all over the country. Funny, how they all get 5 stars, too. How about the one that knows every little detail of their alleged "service award"? Haha, we know the dealer is buying these reviews but apparently they are also writing them. Come on fellas, if you're gonna fake reviews at least mix in some local residents and a 4 star every now and then!!!

      I took a beautiful car without a scratch on it to them for routine maintenance. They gave me back a wrecked car someone had hit while in their care. They didn't care. They told me to go deal with the insurance company to get it fixed. they weren't interested in making it right or in accepting ANY responsibility for my car while in their care. Now I have a wrecked BMW which will be worth a lot less after it's repaired. I did get a ride home.....but now I have no transportation for work. DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEVES!! GO TO AUSTIN!

They told me to go deal with the insurance company to get it fixed. they weren't interested in making it right or in accepting ANY responsibility for my car while in their care. Now I have a wrecked BMW which will be worth a lot less after it's repaired. I did get a ride home.....but now I have no transportation for work. DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEVES!! GO TO AUSTIN!

      The worst plain and simple. I dont know were to beging sice I bought my vehicle I have hated going to the dealership in San Antonio. Im glad my vehicle is now out of warranty, I know have a choice of were to my vehicle. If you dont have warranty there is an alternative. I have been taking my M3 to a BMW factory certified tech who does great work at half the price he comes to me or he does pick and delivery of your vehicle. this tech has the same diagnostic equipment as the dealership you can contact him at this email BMW_Benzspecialist@yahoocom. Tell him Tim sent you.
