Purchase experience was ok but when it came to handle a GAP cancellation, their accounting department was pretty useless, huge lack of customer service, not following up, did not return calls when asked to, provided wrong information and a total lack of adherence to the written agreement.
They will not follow thru the original contract agreement no matter what. Im glad I cancelled the GAP insurance and didnt have to use it. Otherwise, I am very confident that it was not going to be honored just like Legacy is not honoring what is in a written contract.
I will not buy a vehicle from this place and I will continue to deter anyone and everyone that I know from buying from Legacy Ford. Even after buying two vehicles from here, I am very disappointed that they did not honor the written agreement. Legal consequences are merited but I am not going to waste my time with this place.

Terrible customer service! I got in contact with a salesman on a Tuesday that informed me that he would get back with me the next day because the banks were already closed. Waited all day Wednesday (cancelled my plans incase he called and I was approved) and he never called. I called and he informed me that it would take at least a day to get an answer from the bank. So no call Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Friday around noon I couldn't wait any longer so I emailed him, simply asking if he would be getting in touch with me today. He replied ""theres nothing I can do for you. Finance is working on it. I was pretty upset after waiting over three days that he would tell me there was nothing he could do. I simply wanted to know if i should have YET AGAIN cancelled my plans to wait on a phone call. I then called the manager and told him about the incident. He was completely rude as well, telling me that ""banks take time."" He said he was going to go check with his finance department and PERSONALLY call me back to let me know within the hour. Well, that was three days ago and I have yet to receive a phone call. So the same day, Friday, I found a vehicle similar to the one I was interested in, at Baytown Ford. And Saturday, I was the proud owner of a new F150! THANK YOU BAYTOWN FORD, AND thanks for NOTHING except wasting over 3 days of my valuable time!!!!!

From the moment I walked into Legacy Ford I knew this was the place I would make my purchase. The staff was great ! My salesperson, Daryl Williams was exceptional. He took the time to help me find the perfect vehicle. The finance guy, Sal Trevino gave me a couple of finance options to suit my needs. I purchased a 2008 Escape . They made my purchase effortless. I've been shopping around and have found that most salespersons are too pushy, intimidating and basically too hard core for my mellow personality. I was about to give up. I stopped in at Lincoln Ford Mercury in Rosenberg expecting the same old scare tactics. WOW ! I encountered a helpful, polite young man named Bob. I waited for the ""rush"". To my amazement, he actually LISTENED to me. Even better, he heard what I was saying !! While I'm not able to purchase a car today, when my settlement comes in, I'll be back to drive off in an economical Fusion that Bob helped me decide on. He took the time to go through the options to see which ones I would benefit from. Is Bob a product of your training, or is it just his personality ? All car dealerships should have at least one Bob clone, your customers would be much happier ! I look forward to coming back in....I've NEVER said that @ a car salesperson before ! We scheduled some warranty work on our 2 year old Ford. (Our first ever American car by the way.) The trim was looking very old after just 2 years. On our first scheduled date, they had the car the whole day and didn't fix it. The second appointment (which was VERY difficult to even get a hold of someone) a couple of weeks later they didn't get to it AGAIN despite having it the whole day. I guess it was OK that they gave us a rental the second time, but it was a two door and we couldn't fit all our kids in it.
