Gillman Honda of Houston Southwest

I purchased a 2009 Pilot from Cody, internet salesman. He gave us a great price and disclosed all of the fees, etc. We had a problem with the steering pulling to the right, and i took it back after about a week. They gave us a rental, and treated us real good. I would recommend them to anyone

My Honda Accord 2003 had a squeaking noise in the front end. I took the car to Gillman Honda to had it inspect and they determined the rack and pinion had to be changed. I was skeptic about their diagnostics, and sure enough, It was the left shock the one that was damaged. What a great service from Gillman!

Traveled to Gillman Honda in San Antonio after I was promised by a salesman that the Accord I wanted was in stock. After traveling 100 miles, I find out that there is nothing in stock that even resembled what i wanted. In fact, the salesman got angry when I confronted him about a scam. I purchased the high-dollar Honda Accord of my dreams from Fernandez Honda on the south-side of San Antonio.

Fernandez Honda is awesome and the after the sale service is incredible. We folks living in the Hill Country are country, but not stupid. Love my car and will never think about Gillman again.

My co-worker recommended I go here to see her dealer, Sal. He gave her a great price and was very honest and upfront. So I recommended my friend to go see him and my co-worker was absolutely right. I told him he was a referral by my co-worker and from beginning to end, he was completely honest and gave us the absolute best deal out of 4 different dealers we had gone to. There was hardly any haggling! In fact, because he would rather give great service & price in return for more referrals, he discounted over $400 below the INVOICE price (NOT the MSRP) of the car!!! PLUS, the car was tinted and was added paint strips- FREE!!! He never once tried to pressure us into buying the car. In fact, from the very beginning, he went to Edmunds.com and showed us exactly how much the car was worth and how much other people were paying for it!! We were so inimpressed with the other dealers after meeting with him. 2 days later, I called Sal & told him we were coming back, and he held the car for us! My friend got EXACTLY the car she has always dreamed about and we have SAL to thank for it! I can't wait to buy my next car from him. Go see SAL and tell him Jennie Reyes referred you!!!

This Honda dealership has to be one of the biggest Ive ever seen. The lot is huge and they have virtually every car in every color and style you can buy from Honda. Its fun to just walk around and browse the cars.

My gripe with this dealership is that the parts department and the staff are not very customer oriented. They were very inconsiderate of me when I stopped by. The rest of the sales staff seems to be pretty nice and orderly.
